I have been here twice and both times my order was wrong. Each time, I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal and once I got home, I noticed there were only 3 tenders and the other time, there were only 4. The first time my order was wrong, I called and complained and Leigh Anne (?) who was super nice, apologized and told me I could come back whenever so she could rectify the issue. Months had passed so I told myself I'll just go ahead and order and not worry the manager with rectifying my initial issue. But again, my order was wrong. I would think whomever is boxing the food would make sure the order is correct or even the person at the window, but I guess not. Keep staff off of their phones. Same girl every time. Why does she have a job? Educate that cookies come 3 per order. I was charged for 2 orders and got 4 cookies. My sauces was not put in the bag. My chicken was tasty! The restaurant was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. I made my order to-go because there were a lot of people inside and one of the workers even ran to hold the door for me. The workers were polite, and my order was out within a few minutes. I ordered a chicken finger plate; the fries were hot, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I am kind of a fatty, so I ate my entire meal in one sitting, but they give you enough food for two meals. I think that balances out the more expensive cost. My only complaint is that everything was served in Styrofoam, and I think they can be more eco-friendly. read more

Stopped by Zaxby's to pick up supper for the family the other night. Hit the drive through since I was on my way home. Little bit of a line but they were moving quickly. Ordered a couple of salads, a snack pack and a 10 piece of chicken fingers. Food was hot and served quickly. Even received extra Zax sauce on request. Lettuce in salad was fresh and chicken was piping hot. Fries were fresh and Texas toast had a great garlic butter flavor. Chicken fingers were nice and crisp as always. Nice flavor and Zax sauce adds just what you need. Good food for the price and speed. Will be back. read more

I usually don't do chains much, but when I do, I try to find a Zaxby's or Chic Fil A. This Helena location is one of the better locations near the Birmingham area in my opinion. The staff was very friendly to me and greeted me with a smile; the food was prepared very fresh and was out to me in less than five minutes. I ordered the Cobb Zalad grilled and the meat was very hot and perfectly grilled(didn't taste like it was out of a bag or freezer). The bacon tasted the same and the lettuce, onions, eggs, tomatoes etc all were fresh and perfect blend with their ranch dressing. I've never actually tried this item before and it is now in my top 3 for Zaxby's. If I am ever back in Helena and feeling Zaxby's, I will definitely come here. read more

My daughter and I love Zaxby's and we like this location the best. My current favorite from their menu is the boneless wings, tongue torch flavor. I want to branch out and try other flavors, but the tongue torch is perfect, so I keep getting that one. Since I tried their boneless wings, I've been craving them constantly. My My daughter got curious and tried them and now she wants them all the time too. Their chicken is always good, not processed junk. Their fries are the best and taste like real potatoes. Taken for what it is the Zaxby's in Helena is exceptional. The employees are friendly and provide great service. Our orders are always freshly prepared and to our specifications. On a couple of rare occasions when our order was not completed accurately my wife called and the meal was replaced at our next visit at no charge. The first and last time I will ever go to a zaxbys, their was 6 of us and we all ate very little and all said it was disgusting,chicken strips were rubbery and fries were soggy,sweet tea was nasty,sorry I hate to sound mean but just being honest,tasted like oil needed changed very bad flavor on all,yuk,someone needs to take a serious n honest look at this food and we r now heading to a McDonald's to get full which we were trying to avoid for something different,never again stay with what we no when traveling,I just wasted $42 and iam a cook n own a restaurant n would be very ashamed of this food,owners if u see this plz get some independent honest people to help and change the oil n don't over cook strips may help also,take care n good luck read more
