I usually come with my kids, and by that point they were starving, so we ended up leaving and ordering our food to go instead. The crazy part is we usually know exactly what we want right away, so it's not like we were taking extra time deciding. We ended up going next door because the wait was much quicker. Again, the food here is genuinely so good, and the people are very kind, which is why this is disappointing.
