Today I went with the half chicken which comes with white rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. The chicken was falling off the bone, tender, juicy, and hot. You get a lot of rice and beans too so you're not leaving hungry and the sweet plantains make a great little dessert at the end. On top of all that, I always try every side of salsa, hot sauce, and dressing they have, so I'm super stuffed; I couldn't have asked for a better meal. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I put my order in turned around to get my drink and 20 seconds later the pager was already ringing in my pocket. I didn't even have time to load up all my condiments and get a table before my food was ready, now that's crazy fast! The restaurant is well kept and they have lowered the overall volume of the music in the dining room which I appreciate. I just can't believe this place isn't busier on a Saturday at dinner time.
