First time eating Zaxsbys (Boiling Springs loc), from CO. I liked it better than Rasing Canes or Slim Chickens, which we have there. I've been watching my sugar intake lately, so I've been drinking water whenever I order any food, but at this particular Zaxbys, THEY CHARGE FOR WATER. No, seriously, They charge for water. If you get water with a meal, it's the same price as if you got soda or tea -- which is ridiculous. When I asked an associate about it, she said that their "free" water comes in a 6 oz cup. Literally the ONLY place on the Eastside that has water stipulations, yet they have some of the highest prices. Hell, at Chickfila, you can get a free 32 oz water. I'll gladly give my business to Zaxbys on John B. White, who doesn't have this stipulation. Edit: Got home and checked my food -- I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and got LESS seasoning than normal smh. read more

The service here is extremely terrible. Seems like every time I go, it gets worse. Not only did they make me wait an eternity for a small order of fries, they were also getting all the orders wrong. I saw at least 3 people complain about their orders being wrong while I waited. I overheard them argue about my order, it seemed they gave it to someone else so I continued to wait. At least 5-7 more minutes go by and they approach me and ask what my order was. So they have me waiting like 20 minutes for a simple order of fries they had apparently given to someone else then just let me wait when they weren't even ever working on my order. In their defense, it was busy. But at least apologize when you've wronged a customer. I got nothing but rudeness. If I'd have a received a simple "I'm sorry about that" I wouldn't have cared. It's fast food, no one is expecting 5 star service but it is in fact still a service. Customers like to be treated nicely. Long story short, I'm done with this location. read more

Fantastic service. We can't fit under the drive thru in an ambulance so the staff had us pull around and came out to get our orders. This Zaxby's is a joke. Too many issues to list but if you actually get food (they will close up early with people in line. Tonight at 21:00 when their hours are until 21:30... this is not an occasional thing) be sure to try a fry if you order comes with them as often they taste like cardboard and you must request them replaced. read more

I went there with my mobile order on the app and I was not very happy cause it took almost 25 minutes to get my mobile order. My food wasn't even hot. It was room temperature. Don't recommend using the app. Just go through the drive thru cause like 10 cars went through it before I even got my food. read more

Drive through only, which I respect but at least have some order on how you go about doing it. This location had the main road blocked, exits blocked, people cutting off one another..it's honestly a pile up waiting to happen. Until they learn to run a drive through, I would avoid. read more

Big fan of Zaxby's. Lived in SC for 20 years prior to relocating to Chicago. Zaxby's is a chain chicken joint. Spicy chicken tenders, fries and a piece of Texas toast. Love it. They have really nice salads and sandwiches too. You can usually get in and out pretty quickly. Nice decor with ample seating. Place is always clean and neat. Service area is stocked and clean. I miss Zaxby's for lunch. So every time I head back to SC I make it a point to have lunch there. Cheers! read more

I tried Zaxby's for the first time and was a little disappointed. I went on their website to see what I would want to order, and the southern tlc fillet sandwich looked good to me. However, when I received it, the chicken was about 1/3 of the size it was in the picture on the website, which I guess I should've expected. There wasn't really any flavor, it was just a lackluster chicken sandwich. I did like the fries though with their seasoning. Also, the drive through line was efficient. I may be back to try other things, but not really a priority. read more

This location of Zazbees off east Main Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina is a great place to eat. It is close to Wofford college, and is good for college kids and people of all ages. The fried chicken is always cooked to perfect and the delicious crinkle cut fries are spectacular. The drink machines with so many flavors are amazing because you can get drinks you won't find in stores. This location even had super nice people at the counter who prepared the meal in less then 2 minutes. read more

Love the crinkle fries but the service here is completely awful. I ordered 4 LARGE orders of fries and they would only give me 4 sauces. My kids like to eat a honey mustard and a zax sauce with their French Fries. Clearly will NEVER be returning to this Zaxby's. Several years ago we went into this restaurant and my husband was in his police uniform. We heard someone working there holler cop, but ignored it. We ordered our food, ate, a customer harassed my husband about an arrest he hadn't even made, then we left. Shortly thereafter we had upset stomachs followed by diarrhea. Needless to say it's been about 8 years since we had gotten food there. Well last Friday my husband went through the drive through and ordered two Cobb salads. We had horrendous stomachs aches, headaches, nausea, most of the weekend. On Tuesday my husband was talking to a coworker about the upset stomach he'd been having, he found out the coworker had randomly eaten at this same Zaxby's, and had also had a salad. He also suffered stomach pains, nausea, etc...up through Monday. I called this store and asked for a manager, doubtfully she was, and said she'd look into it. She didn't ask any questions or for my name. The end. I'd say this will be the last time ever that we will eat at Zaxby's. read more
