Might be the most disorganized Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Their drive thru is incredibly slow. We went through the drive thru with a mobile order, they asked us to go around to the parking lot so they could work on the food. We proceeded, and they brought our food out to us. We noticed that our drinks were missing. We told the person bringing our food out, and they said they would get them for us. We proceeded to wait for 10 more minutes until we had to go inside and once again ask for our drinks. Another 10 minutes to get those drinks. Don't come here if you're in any kind of rush. I had a mobile order for my gf and was waiting for half an hour for my food. I get it, drive thru is priority but I stated that I was here for my order to a staff member and she said "OK" and kept working. About 10 minutes later I mentioned it to another employee and let her know I already told the other worker. The other worker finally said "please check if it's in the system" letting me know that despite my comments earlier, she never even looked up my order. People who came in after me were complaining amongst each other too as we waited together and even they got their food before me despite coming way later. I didn't want to be rude so I came to yelp to express my frustrations. That was the slowest, most lackadaisical and unpleasant experience I've ever encountered at a Chick-fil-A franchise. Furthermore, why wouldn't my order be in the system?? I was not pleased and I speak for everyone else who stood there with me. Horrible horrible horrible! I waited 20 min for my catering order that I made days in advance. My mind is blown by their selfishness. Also, when I received my 2 gallons of sweet tea, they began to leak & drop down my leg & onto my new Uggs. When I asked for a new lid the worker was utterly confused & almost peeved by my request. Disappointed is an understatement. When I finally received my order, no apology was made. I think I saw one singular person smile within the 30 minutes I waited in agony. The food other than the grilled nuggets which were a bit bland was up to the Chick-fil-a standard but unfortunately the costumer service was far below the standard. I went here after class today and management had an ugly attitude and was very rude. Their facial expressions was just nasty. All I did was ask for what I ordered and they said they couldn't do it for me and that I would have to may for a different thing. I went there and asked for 3 sides of extra pickles yesterday and was given them and when I went today they told me I couldn't have them and that I would have to buy a bowl instead but how come I was given them yesterday. Then I asked was 2 ranch pack and the manager told me that since I have 12 nuggets I only can have 1. I have worked for the company 2 times before and that isn't true. They only give you 2 and if the customer asks for more after that then you give it to them. I will never come back to this location again. I want to start this off by saying I have praised Chick-fil-A for years. Today my opinion changes. I am a Paramedic for a 911 ambulance service in Spartanburg. My ambulance will not fit in the drive through. As of today not only have they stopped offering to go ordering inside, but they've also canceled curbside pickup. I have had to stand outside in the rain multiple times by the front door to be able to order & receive my food. I understand covid precautions (more than most) are extremely vital for employees and customers, but this has become way excessive and frankly unacceptable to force somebody to stand outside in the rain for 15 minutes to receive their meals. Episode 1 of "The 12 Chiks of Christmas". At my family's Christmas celebration, we all participated in a "Left Right Dirty Santa" game. This game entails giving everyone in the circle a gift; in our case 12 people. Then, a narrator reads a story with a proliferation of the words "left" and "right" inserted at both strategic and not so strategic locations. Strategic- "Santa flew right through the window". Not so strategic- "Santa delivered right many presents". Although, some could argue that this second example is acceptable in the Southern dialect. Upon hearing the words "left" and "right", each person is required to pass the gift in their hand in the direction given. My gift was a Chik Fil A calendar with a gift card inside entitling the owner to a special treat each month, see attached picture. January's gift bestowed upon me was a free bowl of soup. Either chicken noodle or chicken tortilla. I chose the latter. Although tasty, the soup had a paucity of chicken and an abundance of salt. Basically, it was a white bean chili with a couple scraps of chicken and some tortilla strips on top. I still don't get how a restaurant with the name Chik in it, consistently under delivers on chicken portion sizes in all dishes. The nuggets are as big as a corn nugget, the sandwich meat fits in a Yoplait yogurt container, the food is salty, and its damn expensive. This bowl of soup retails for $3.69! I would take the $1.59 chili at Wendy's over this any day. I'm still not a fan of this place, but I am not turning down free food. read more

My only problem with fastfood places is with so many of them they are a hit and miss. You can go to one and have great drive thru service and bad inside, while visiting another to get the opposite of each. Wow! This is the biggest Chick-fil-A I've ever seen! It is right next to Herron Circle in Spartanburg. It's huge, and clean! I'm here during lunch and it's not taking very long at all They have bus parking and extra parking for a lot of cars. Easily accessible through SPARTA transit (bus), and the customer service has always been excellent for me. Parking is great, and I really like the drive-thru layout. Very disappointed in the "effort" of this CFA. I have been ordering grilled nuggets and the large superfood side. I get a slightly bigger container - the one they use for salads and have them combined to make my own salad if you will. At the drive thru last night, I asked for this and the girl said "hang on, I need to check if we can do that." She came back and said - "sorry, we don't have a large enough container".
