I came here around noon on a weekday and there wasn't even a lunch crowd! I'm guessing because of the location; its not exactly off the freeway nor is it by business offices and the area is still developing. I ordered the 4 fingers combo which included 4 fingers, crinkled fries, cole slaw, 1 toasted bread, drink, and one zaxby's sauce (25 cents for extra sauce). I do have to say that the meal reminded me of Cane's. The first bite of the chicken finger was absolutely juicy! They were a little bit smaller and less breading (which is good) compared to Cane's. The cole slaw and fries were definitely better (fries had seasoning sauce on it and a little bit thicker cut). Bread was buttery good, but the sauce was "eh okay" (personally think Cane's sauce is better). There were more menu options compared to Cane's which I will definitely come back to try (wings, burgers and salads and even desserts!). Well how do I begin, around lunch time today I placed an order that totaled over $70 worth of food through DoorDash. This was done to avoid getting out in public. Well, the order came as stated in time and delivered by a pleasant doordash driver. Well I only had one bag and knew the order was short. I brought that to the attention of the driver he stated I'm sorry this is all the store gave me, you should call the store. Okay. I call tell them and inform I just received and my order and it is incomplete, the woman states oh yeah your salad and 4 piece finger meal is here. The driver didn't take it what would you like to do, you can come get it. Really come get it, I ordered using door dash to avoid leaving. She puts a manager on the phone who I explained the situation to three times. He too blamed door dash said I had to call a 1800 number. I argued I did my part I ordered and paid for a service and you are telling me I have to do more to fix your mistake he continued to blame doordash. I ask does door dash come in and cook prepare the orders, no they pick up what you give them so again your error. He then stated call back in thirty minutes for a number to call. I say no give me the number now. He gives me this number (281) 905-9610 which still doesn't work claims it is for a manager name Rochelle. Then when I ask for the 1800 number he states he doesn't know it. I ask his name he claimed his name was Alvin and hangs up the phone. I get mistakes are made but when you provide a service but fail to provide it sufficiently and fail to own up to your mistake is an example of what customer service should not be. Losing my business will not cause you to go bankrupt, but I assure you if Zaxby's is ever apart of a conversation involving me I will say everything to influence that you are the worst company that exists. read more

Went to this location tonight and it was great. I went through the drive thru and the young lady Olivia I think her name was did a great job. She was very nice and patient and knowledgeable of the menu. When I go to Zaxbys I usually get the wings n things which has 5 wings boneless or traditional 3 chicken tenders fries, toast and a drink. Everything was hot and fresh. I'm happy they've finally made it to the southwest side of town I hope they have more locations to come. read more

This is the most ghetto, horrible customer service I have ever encountered through a drive through! I told the girl over the speaker I needed a minute and not even a second later she came back on and said "okay ummm are you ready??" And then as I pull up to the window I see this same girl busy on her phone. If something is bothering you, stay off your phone while your at work so the bad attitude don't rub off on customers. Yikes. One star review for a chain that has been a favorite for years. Living in Macon, Georgia for a decade and a half, I became well-acquainted with the Zaxby's standard: savory chicken, crisp crinkle fries, and the sauces! Zaxby's food always has such a quality taste that it did not feel like "fast food"... Until I moved West and ran across this "can-get-right" location. Occasionally wanting a "taste of home" I have stopped by this local franchise five times in the 18 months I habe lived here and they have never failed to disappoint. Unclean bathrooms, a messy soda station, poorly prepared food, long wait times, counter staff that don't know menu basics... It's always an issue and never a pleasure. Today, I walked out without my order because, after waiting 15 minutes for my order (dine in order number 41) the counter girl comes up to me to tell me that the to go order that's been sitting on the counter is mine. They had called it out as order 39. She says she'll have them remake it. I tell her not to bother because I'm leaving. No scene. No fuss. So, I walked out without a refund or my food. That's the second time I have done so at this Zaxbys and this trip is the last one I will make to this location. I can only hope that Corporate sees this review and my follow up email to them and shuts down this location that is awfully run. Pretty decent fast food chicken. I like the club sandwich, the wings are decent, the tenders are pretty good, and the fries are nicely seasoned. The mushrooms are too flat and greasy, just a little weird. It does remind me of canes chicken and the Zaxby's sauce sorta does too. Would I pick one over the other? Yeah, I like canes tenders better..but the fries at Zaxby's are pretty legit and not soggy. I will definitely come back for the sandwich and wings. If you don't want to wait at wing stop or bdubs the wings here are pretty decent. Love the bbq, sweet and hot but not the spicy wings. The food here is decent, definitely not the "Indescribably Good" that they advertise, but ok. That's all this place has going for it. The floor is always sticky, the area around the soda machines is always a mess. Today there was a pool of standing water around them. The machines were out of ice and the beverages were flat & gross. I asked for them to fill my cup in the back and the soda from back there was off as well. The staff always seems less than thrilled to be there. This is the first Zaxby's I've ever been to that wasn't clean. Water was over the floor in front to the drink machine and the drink area was a sticky mess . There seem to be 100 staff members on the night shift having a big party. They where loud and ghetto!!!
