It still looks nice inside, but the food and service are MILES below what this place used to be, while the prices are still just as ridiculous. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get seafood here. The fried calamari used to be one of my favorite things on the menu. This time, it was like eating rubber bands. Tough as nails, insultingly small, cold, and fishy. I don't know how something can be overcooked, cold, and suspicious tasting all at the same time, but somehow they achieved it. The lobster bisque was even worse. It came out this weird deep red color, almost like marinara sauce pretending to be soup. I was highly skeptical, but I tried it anyway. MISTAKE. It tasted super seafoody in the bad way, and then there was this strange artificial sweetness that made the whole thing even more offensive. Who asked for sweet lobster marinara soup? Absolutely no one. The lasagna was probably the only thing that was close to decent. It tasted almost like I remembered, but even that felt like a tired version of what BB used to serve. Not terrible, but not what it once was. Service was equally bad. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Our server clearly did not want to be there, and the whole experience felt awkward and uncomfortable. At a quick service restaurant, I could let some of this slide. At BB prices? Absolutely not. I've had better food and service at quick service restaurants. I'm honestly not sure what happened here. BB Italia still has the look of an upscale Sugar Land restaurant, but the food and service are nowhere near the level they are charging for. This used to be a place I really liked. Now it feels like another restaurant coasting on its old reputation while serving food that should have never left the kitchen.

Rating: 1 star I recently visited Zaxby's for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience that has left a lasting negative impression. The drive-thru employee didn't greet us and seemed irritated, rushing us to order despite there being no other cars in line. When I received my drinks, they were sticky with spilled soda, and I was handed just one napkin. When I politely asked for more napkins, she dismissively told me there were more in the bag and didn't offer any additional help. Additionally, when I inquired about sauces and mentioned that this was our first visit, her response was cold and unwelcoming. She curtly stated that she had already included sauces in the bag and just stared at me, making the interaction uncomfortable. This poor service has definitely tainted my view of Zaxby's, and I am reluctant to return after such a disappointing first experience. Customer service is crucial, and this location failed miserably in that regard. read more

My orders are typically correct, the food is consistent, and Arby's has been doing new promotions every now and then to keep things interesting. One downside is when the little center where it's located gets crowded and everyone is funneling out to leave. Traffic congestion does occur, which can be frustrating at times. Although I'm over in Missouri City and they closed the Sienna location, I still find myself coming here for that classic roast beef option to every other burger joint that's around.

In the bag, there was no napkin or spoon for the side. Or maybe I just didn't see them next to the soda machine because I was getting annoyed at this point and just wanted to leave. As for the food, barely any icing. The chicken was mid. The meat has a reddish tint to it like it's supposed to be a spicy chicken ? It was confusing to look at. The biscuit was slightly sweet and crusty along the edges (the best part of this whole thing). Mac and cheese was mid. The whole combo was overall mid. Admittedly, tables and chairs are clean. Lots of space. They have an outdoor area too. They have a small window in the kitchen area where you can watch them make the dough. Free parking out front. I would take out the ai in the drive through. I did not like it at all. If I have to wait for a bit, it would be good if they have a spot I can go to while they take care of the customers behind me and I'm not holding up the line for 5 minutes.

Both times I've visited, she has greeted us with a smile and has been extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Excellent customer service makes such a difference, and Shaterica definitely sets the tone. On my first visit, I ordered the four-piece chicken tender basket. The tenders were fresh and delicious, the fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly, and THAT ROLL! Listen...that roll deserves its own review. But the surprise winner was the apple empanada. I don't even like cooked fruit, so I scraped the apples out--and still tore that pie up! The crust was THAT good. This time I tried the Big & Wicked Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and it was SO good! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and I loved the sauce. I took the pickles off because they're not my thing, but the sandwich itself was a winner. The fried okra came out hot and fresh, and the jalapeño poppers were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside with a creamy filling and little pieces of jalapeño throughout. And yes, I ordered another apple empanada! I was also really impressed with the dining room. Everything was clean, neat, and well maintained. If I'd had more time, I definitely would have stayed and eaten inside. They even have a couple of little game machines, including a claw machine where you can try to win stuffed animals and another machine where you can get a little Golden Chick. It's a cute touch and makes the dining area feel a little more fun and inviting. My only complaint? Pepsi products instead of Coke. Golden Chick, we need to work on that! Overall, this location gets a solid 10/10 from me. Between the fresh food, clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and especially Shaterica's outstanding customer service, Golden Chick has officially made it into my regular lunch rotation. And on top of that, they also gave me a gift card for future use. I can't remember exactly what the amount was. I wanna say it was $20 but I'll never find out. Why? Keep on reading. So months later, I finally decided to go back to the restaurant to use the gift card. Keep in mind, this location is so far out of my way I don't come here often. I usually would order delivery as noted in my original review. But guess what? When I had placed my order and I tried using the gift card, I was told that the gift card was the 'old' version and might not be usable anymore. And it wasn't usable. They tried swiping it, they tried calling the number on the card, they tried everything, but the gift card was just useless. I mean seriously? What a waste of time and gas driving here. So I paid for my order and I left. I'm giving up on this location. I do have to mention though; the two times I came into this location the staff were all helpful and friendly. So there's that. But that still doesn't make up for the horrible, horrible experience with wrong orders and gift cards that don't work.
