No line. Idk why my food was so bad like they were busy

I live in the galleria area, so coming to sugar land for some crinkle cut fries is crazy. But I did. They were delicious and hot. My 10 piece traditional on the other hand were cold. Hard. Dry. With minimal sauce. No effort was made in costing them with sauce either. Money wasted. Won't be returning

Service is mediocre. Ambience and seating area feels dirty. The table was dirty and the cashier handed me a dirty rag to do his job. The MR. Beast collectors box is a scam. The chicken fingers are OK. The Texas toast sucks, too salty and it's made with regular thickness bread. This place is more hype than anything. Go to Canes for a much better experience and food.

Went to the 1960 location and it was ok. Came to this location to redeem a free big zax meal. I asked for crispy fries and as you can see neither meal is crispy fries. I never feel comfortable sending my food back so I just ate it. Next time I want no seasoning on my fries and hopefully they are fried crispy. Also, the ice is better at the 1960 location. Its so soft. Not chik-fil-a soft but nice and soft. LaDarius took our order and was very pleasant and welcoming so I appreciated that.

Fried pickles on the go, anyone? This was my first time visiting Zaxby's and I can't believe I haven't visited it until now. I definitely agree with others that the wait is longer than usual fast food chains, but the food is good. From the About page of their business on Yelp, it seems that they aren't operating like fast food chains and their food is on a made-to-order basis. This could be why the wait times are pretty long, but it's a sacrifice of either wait time or quality. It definitely gave me the impression of fast food with the drive thru window though. We decided to try their fried pickles, which came with a side of ranch. The breading was really crispy and flavorful, but we felt the pickles inside didn't match that crispy energy. It was still a yummy side to try! We also had their Zaxby's Signature Sandwich, which comes with a crispy breaded chicken dressed in Zax sauce and pickles in a buttery, toasted bun. This was really good and we loved the seasoning and the crispiness. Definitely one of our top chicken sandwiches. Their crinkle fries weren't overly salty, which is a big factor when I rate my fries LOL. The inside was a bit softer than usual, but the exterior was very crispy and yummy. Overall, I'd come back to try more of their juicy and flavorful chicken but I'd anticipate some time before getting my food (Note to self: don't come hangry)

5 piece chicken tenders for $6

How can anyone begin to choose where you get your fried chicken from when there are SO many places to choose from?! Well, convenience in this case. Before making a trip to Costco, my stomach told me I really needed to eat or my Costco trip was about to be very expensive from me wanting to buy everything. You know what they say about not going grocery shopping while hungry... So the husband and I stopped by Zaxby's right across from Costco to grab a snack. I was excited because I had never tried Zaxby's before and who can resist chicken tenders?! So we went through the drive through and ordered a 5 piece chicken tender entree, which cost around $6. The price seemed pretty reasonable and each tender was a fair size so no complaints there. When it came to the taste however, I was slightly disappointed. While crispy and juicy, the tenders unfortunately lacked flavor. I think a little more salt or seasoning would have gone a long way! (Though I feel like Cane's lacks flavor too so maybe it's just me?) Though I'm glad I've tried it, I would probably stick to other fried chicken places from now on.

This place is so good their "box combo" is very similar to canes. I love that when you first make an account and download the app you get a free meal which comes with alot you get texas toast, fries, tenders and a soft drink. They have their own unique sauce as well that's very good. The service was amazingg the man that was taking our order was very enthusiastic and so nice!

Teriyaki sauce.....barely filled. Third time this has happened in a row.

I love the salty soy garlic flavor! The Yangnyeom was not bad, but it was more sweet than I had anticipated. There wasn't really much spice to it. If you like sweeter sauces, this might be for you. The curly fries were scrumptious! The regular fries were a bit disappointing . Overall great job!

Surprisingly some of the best fries i've had in the houston/missouri city area, great crunch and seasoning, and we got the sauced fries as well but for me i preferred sauceless as i feel the sauce is a little too overpowering for the fries. I had got the spicy lemon pepper wings and my sister got the sweet and tangy wings and both were amazing, very unique and flavorful sauces with the plus of being able to buy your own, however I would not eat 6 lemon pepper wings in succession as its very overpowering, but besides that nonproblem was very good. The only thing we didn't really like was the mac and cheese, i myself am not a big mac and cheese person and i thought it was just above average, however my sister could only eat a few bites of it and thought it was fine.Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would definitely recommend coming here if you are willing to wait the extra time compared to other wing restaurants, and i see my family coming here again for the food.

And that takeout experience is just not good. 1. The portions of the sides make you feel like you're being robbed. You get about half of what you get dining in even when you order a large. I'll go in & take videos just to prove this. 2. There's ALWAYS something missing. Always. This last time, it was the celery, ALL of the sauces & they gave us 1 wipe for 60 wings & 2 large sides and a large order of ranch. Just minimal effort. And by that point that you're picking up, you've already tipped someone who doesn't really deserve that tip. On takeout, I will do a 10% tip & if they do a good job, I will give more. They make me regret the 10%. You get home & you think everything's there, and you realize, nope. You can either drive all the way back to the other side of town, or just accept what you got. You ordered takeout bc you don't have a lot of time to waste - so you deal. But come on. In this economy, you don't want to spend money just to have food you can tolerate. You want food you can enjoy. If you like BWW, I don't know, maybe try a different location or a different wing spot. I did find a pizza joint recently that had mindblowingly great wings.
