I got the black rice with plantain and red snapper in red sauce. The rice and fish were cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. The size of the fish was a perfect size, not too big and not a little tiny fillet. It was fried in the red sauce. Even the side of salad that came with the fish was dressed in a light olive oil and lemon dressing. It was very fresh. We were here for a while, so we got some drinks. I got the passion fruit Mojito mocktail, which had a great balance of sweet and sour. My friend got a Cosmo x2 because it was that good. On the way out we saw another table get some beautiful drinks so we decided to try those which was the Haitian voodoo drink. This should be the restaurants signature drink!
