The pizza was good, and the help was nice and friendly, so I will leave 2 stars instead of 1. However, every time I visit this restaurant the bill is more than last time, and they seem to find a way to charge me more for less. My friend and I ordered two large pizzas, and the total with tax and tip included was just over $104! This is pizza for 2 people folks, not a fancy steak dinner. Granted, the pizzas were large and we took half home with us, but we didn't even order drinks. 2 pizzas and no drinks for almost $105? Doesn't compute. I only left a 13% tip after the sticker shock, but I figured $12 ain't bad for putting two pizzas on the table and filling up water glasses. It took a long time to get our order in, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, but the waiter was nice and so was the nice lady making the pizza, and I guess the owner is too cheap to hire more help. I was charged $44 for a $35 veggie pizza (which is already insane for a veggie pizza IMO) and all I did was make a few substitutions. Seems I was charged for every ingredient as if I had built the pizza from scratch. I asked for a Veggie Thai with no cheese, no green pepper, and no pickled daikon/carrots, and instead asked for 3 veggie toppings as substitutes. Why was I charged an extra $9 for a pizza with less toppings that doesn't have any meat or even any mozzarella cheese on it? To be fair, they offer a vegan cheese as a substitute for no charge but I didn't order any, but meat and cheese are probably the most expensive ingredients on the pizza anyway. Get over it, your pizza is good, but it's not that good. No pizza crust with a bit of sauce and a bunch of cheap vegetables on it is worth $44. I estimate the ingredients of the pizza I ordered to cost about $1 - $2 max. Any pizza on the east coast is far better at a *quarter* of the cost - literally. I'm tired of getting ripped off at this place just because I don't eat meat and dairy (ironically the most expensive ingredients on the pizza). No more paying for more to get less. OMG! Seeks is absolutely amazing! Tried it for the first time when I ordered for a work party and it was phenomenal! Best pizza I have ever had! We got 3 large pizzas and breadsticks delivered to Swedish in Issaquah and I told them I wanted them by noon and they were right time! At first u think they might be expensive but their pizza is quality and u definitely get what u pay for! Plus the servings are generous for sure. They say one large will feed 3-4 but3 large fed about 14 ppl and I had a few pieces left over. Their delivery charge for business delivery is only $1.50 which is awesome! This is for the Sammamish location only !! They do not have a yelp page yet. This was the 1st time I've tried zeeks so I went with a medium Hawaiian and an order of breadsticks . Luckily , the breadsticks were free because the new location is running a deal. My total came to 20 bucks for a medium pizza , would have been 30 if I paid for the breadsticks . The pizza was good, but wow was it small !!! This medium felt like a small and the breadsticks were not worth 9.99!! Pizza is still good but service went downhill. We ordered takeout over the phone and was told pizza should be ready in 20-25 minutes (matched the online estimate on their website). We go there in 20 minutes, they take our payment and say it should be a few minutes. After a few minutes we realize, they are just preparing our pizza and it is not even in the oven yet. When we asked where our pizzas were they told us it would be another 15 minutes without any excuses. Note that the restaurant was empty at this time and cooks weren't preparing pizzas either when we got there so it wasn't the case that they were busy. I love their pizza. I use to come here all the time, as it is very conveniently located from a friends house. Walking distance. When they first came out with their chicken wings, they were the best (Hands Down). Had a lot of meat on them, cooked to perfection...I would go here specifically for the wings. It had been ages since I actually had been here and last week I went twice and got wings both times. To give you more info, I prefer to have them crispy, I dont like the skin to be soft. Well I had asked for them to be on the crispier side, holy moly, they were beyond crispy, they were so over cooked. BLAH! When I signed my receipt I noticed that the bartender specifically put down "Well done" which is annoying. I also am one of those people that loves Ranch. In the last 6 months I have ordered pizza from Zeeks Issaquah branch approximately 3 or 4 times. Two of the times I have been asked by separate delivery drivers for a tip directly (both female). One asked me to my face and the other asked me over a text message. One of them stated any tip I put on my original order only goes to the crew at the pizza branch and not to delivery driver. From the customer's perspective I believe this is extremely rude and if I wanted to leave a tip I would leave a tip and should not be asked directly for this. Would love to speak with the owner of the Issaquah store to share my dissatisfaction and willingness to never purchase another pizza from this branch again. Having lived in Kirkland a few years ago and also ordering Zeek's on a regular basis. I never had this issue so it seems to be localized to the Issaquah Branch. We absolutely love Zeeks and are closest to this location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a takeout order this time (during covid-19) and got a half/half medium pizza with wood butcher and cherry bong, breadsticks, and a half chop salad. We have always loved how fresh everything is, and this visit was no different. All of these were so delicious and well enjoyed and we're always happy to have leftovers for later. We even got two 32 oz growlers ($5 each). We'll definitely keep recommending Zeeks, especially during this time period. read more

We used to order from Zeeks all the time and really liked their pizza; but hadn't ordered in a while. Just had two pizzas delivered tonight and no one in our family enjoyed their pizza. One pizza was supposed to be 1/2 and 1/2 and it was a whole; also asked for no broccoli and there was lots of broccoli. I asked for pepperoni and there was no pepperoni. I ordered delivery, so my review is mainly on the quality of the pizza. That being said, the one word that sums this pizza up (besides "delicious") is: FRESH. You know your pizza is fresh when the greens they use to top it aren't even wilted by the time the pizza arrives! The portobello mushrooms were so good that I ate them off the slices I couldn't finish. The Forager is an absolutely fantastic and unique white pizza that I would have to order again even if I wanted to try something else. Luckily, you can get half and half specialty pizzas. Let's talk about crust. There are 2 popular types of crusts: hand-tossed and pan baked. Most of the "awesome" pizza places I've ever been to specialize in hand-tossed crust. Zeek's takes the other route, and offers a fantastic pan crust. It's crispy and buttery on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The cheese melds into the crust really nicely, so you don't get the sloughing off effect that you get with hand-tossed crust. I dare you to try The Forager and tell me it's not among the best pizza you've ever had delivered to your doorstep. read more

This was pretty good pizza for my first time eating here. The variety is good with quite a few choices of all veggie, meat or combination of both. The toppings they put on all the pizzas are generous and fresh plus they don't skimp. We tried 2 large pizzas with 4 different kinds toppings split in half of each pizza. I was able to try all four varieties and I have to say they were all very good with not too much topping of one kind to overpower all the other toppings. The sauce was an adequate amount with just enough to cover the entire pizza and was not overpowering with the tomato base. The crust on the pizzas were very good with it not being too chewy and had a slight buttery taste. Service was good with coming back to check on how we enjoyed our meal and refilling our drinks. It didn't take too much of a wait for our pizza to be baked and served nice and hot. The only downside is that the cost of each pizza is a bit spendy with each large pizza over $25 otherwise I really enjoyed my meal here. This was definitely one of the better pizzas I have had in awhile. read more

I usually have zeeks pizza at work. It's the primary choice of pizza and like it for the variety on offer. Since the issaquah one was close to where we live, we decided to order it as a to go. We ordered the buffalo soldier. I never open the box to check before paying and this time was no exception. After coming home, to our disappointment we found it to be a bare 'Buffalo chicken' and sauce pizza. Nothing else. None of the remaining toppings of the buffalo soldier. There was no cheese either. The worst possible experience ever. I can imagine that placing the order over phone has some margin for error, but driving home with a pizza without cheese is just not acceptable. Either the person who took the order or the person who made it messed up. What's worse, I paid the full price for this barely qualified pizza same as the fully loaded Buffalo soldier. I have never in my entire life had anything so horrible. I mean not edible. I am intrigued with what I am missing? This review has opinions formed from several visits but is based on my final (ever) visit. If you're not happy with what they give you, just don't go back. They have the same level of accuracy and service as any other restaurant in the area (including fast food, they are all abysmal) but they charge more and have an attitude. They were unable to manage a single thing with full accuracy and quality. Giving me a pizza box that had been used (even if you just wrote in it, it's used and shouldn't get re-used, dammit), failing to get pizzas right, forgetting to bring things we paid for, those are typical. When the manager gives you a ration of corrections, which degrade from "Happy to fix that!" to an implication that I was ripping them off for wanting to get what I paid for, that's special. I returned less than half what I bought but this guy had the nerve to hint that *I* was not fully honest. Screw you, dude, you are the scammer: get the order right and give me all I paid for and I won't complain. As I've said elsewhere, just fixing the order with regard to giving me what I paid for is *not* customer service, that's just barely staying legal. If you want to make me happy, you need to make me whole and that means making up for the time and frustration you cost me. Since the general manager here seems to feel that he's being gracious by giving me anything and that I'm scamming by wanting my order accurate, I have no intention of going back. Summary: We went back - it was a lot better. After my initial review, I was contacted by Zeeks apologetic owner. According to him, our experience was out of the norm, and that there had been some issues in play that had since been resolved. Since we both love a good pie, we decided to give Zeeks another try. First thing I should mention was that the owner comped us our second pizza. Normally, I wouldn't have accepted this, but we felt that we hadn't gotten our money's worth on the first visit, so this was payback. Second thing I want to mention is that the owner wasn't there Wednesday night, and we didn't identify ourselves until near the end of our meal as "the complainers", so the staff had no way of singling us our for special (good *or* bad) treatment. We found a nice table in the bar area and, after about five minutes, were asked by a friendly bar tender if we wanted drinks. My Bloody Mary was pretty good, but Blushing Bride went with water. We ordered and split a Mediterranean salad which again was good, and also ordered a large pepperoni and olive pizza. This time, the salad came out first, and the pizza was served about five minutes after we finished our salad - you know, the way it should be. The pizza was good (i.e. not greasy, good flavor, etc.) and served up hot. We weren't smothered by overbearing waitstaff, nor were we ignored - it was just right. Wednesday night isn't especially crowded at Zeeks, so I can't say whether or not they'll be able to keep up the good work on a slammed Friday evening, but our experience this time was great. For American-style pizza, Zeek's is a pretty good option, especially in Issaquah. I ordered a Wood Butcher pizza (Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions and peppers) for pick up, and it was ready right when I walked into the restaurant, which is located at the top of the Highlands. Although I didn't eat in this time, the service seemed to be organized and the employees were friendly. The space itself looks decent as well: modern and clean. As far as the pizza goes, it was pretty good. I normally like really thin crust pizzas, but this crust was crispy as well. Prices are ok (around $25 for a large).
