This is the truck that apparently no other dealership has in this condition.

Save your time and go to a different dealership, there are far better dealerships out there. This is precisely why people hate car dealerships. Don't waste your time with a dealership that is going to waste your time and make up stories to try and con you into ridiculous prices for things you don't need. I read plenty of reviews that laid out the same things and should have known better. This is a typical snake outfit who prides themselves on fake pricing and shady tactics to try and squeeze out every penny. Hope this helps someone. I stopped in on 11/25 to buy a 2016 Silverado for $24,500. I walked in and had to walk up to the managers desk to get some help. He got me in touch with a salesman. Have him some info, test drove the truck and told him to give me his best price and I'll purchase. He comes back with a price of $36,xxx. That's $12,000 more than the listed price. Breakdown of other costs as follows. (I obviously was not interested in any of these) - $2,000 for detailing and cleaning up the truck. I've been in the industry for quite a few years and at most this is $500 for recon and detail of a used vehicle and dealers don't openly pass this through on a line item to the customer. - $4,000 for dents, dings, touch up, and window chips for and undisclosed amount of time for the loan term. Again this is ridiculous. - $6,000 for low jack. I explained that I wanted none of these and the salesman said there is nothing he can do on the first one listed for $2,000. I thanked him for his time and he stopped me and asked if I'd buy it for $24,500. Obviously yes as that's why I was there. He came back 10/15 minutes later with the same manager that I addressed when I walked in and explained I was here to test drive this truck. He went on to say he had a deposit on the truck with an out of state customer from Arizona who opted for the low jack. He went on and on about low jack and the benefits and what a pain in the a$$ it is to sell to out of state customers because he has to get things notarized. He ended with basically telling me he can't sell me the truck unless I go with the low jack. I shook their hands and said they should just sell it to the guy in Arizona then and left the dealership. He also had to throw in there that there is no other truck in this condition in the country It's now 11/29 and the truck is still listed and they have raised the price to $26,325.

Today was a good day working with Amber. Amber's personality is infectious. The service is top tier and I am happy with my purchase.

Price and warranty listed in photo not honored.

*** Bait and Switch *** Went in to buy a used car. Fought me on the price they had listed online saying they couldn't honor it because market prices change by the hour. (Yes they really said that). To which I said your site right now shows a lower price. The manager asked me how much I'd like to pay over the price that's posted online. I said nothing and he finally agreed to honor the online price for the used vehicle. Then he tried removing the certified used car warranty that it came with and was posted online as coming with and said he wouldn't honor what was on their website. NEEDLESS TO SAY ID STEER AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, very sketchy practices here by management. Search the rest of the "bait and switch"reviews

I was also charged a $13 oil disposal fee, which after speaking with other oil change companies, seems unnecessary and excessive. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency. Kristian did not clearly explain any of these charges or discuss them with me beforehand. I trusted this dealership to provide fair and reasonable pricing, but this experience left me feeling taken advantage of. Be cautious of what you're paying. They will no longer be getting my business.

I show up to the service center, I was immediately asked if I knew that the cost of brake service went up, asked them how much it would be for service and quoted $1,400...! I immediately grabbed the quote from the other location ($700 less than quoted at Schaumburg), and showed it to them, and asked why there's such a huge discrepancy in cost from what I was quoted earlier at the other location "Umm, let me talk to my manager" I can hear the manager on the phone (if he actually called them), "Hey, what are you guys doing at your location, giving away this stuff for free..!?" They come back to me, provide me with an updated quote saying that there must be someone new at the other location because there's no way the pricing is correct, but they'll modify my cost because I brought it to Schaumburg's location.. Absolutely absurd! Definitely lost me as a customer!

I recently attempted to purchase a BMW X7 from Patrick BMW in Illinois and unfortunately the…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. Two days before pickup, I had already completed everything the dealership asked of me. I secured financing through my bank, had the purchase agreement sent to my lender, the check was issued, and I even added the vehicle to my insurance policy. From my perspective, the deal was essentially ready to close. However, when it came time to finalize everything, several additional products were introduced that had never been discussed earlier in the process. The finance manager explained that the $3,500 maintenance plan would be important because brakes on this vehicle can cost around $5,000, and she also recommended wheel and tire protection for roughly $3,000. While I understand dealerships offer these types of protections, my concern is that these options were introduced after the deal was basically complete and after my lender had already issued a check. As a consumer, I expect to be given all available options upfront so I can make an informed decision before moving forward with financing and insurance. Introducing additional costs at the final stage forced me into the position of having to call my bank, void a check, and restart the funding process. To make matters more frustrating, after everything was already in motion, the salesperson informed me that I would also need to physically "wet sign" documents before the vehicle could leave the dealership. This was never mentioned earlier either. Since I live about 4.5 hours away, that meant either driving nearly 9 hours round trip or waiting for documents to be mailed back and forth. At that point, I asked to speak with the General Manager, Keith, hoping we could find some kind of resolution given the amount of time and effort I had already invested. Unfortunately, the response I received was simply that there must have been "miscommunication," with no real effort made to acknowledge the inconvenience or salvage the deal. In the end, poor communication and last-minute changes ended up killing what was nearly a $74,000-$75,000 sale. Buying a vehicle in this price range should be a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Will never consider using them again!! Worst experience ever!!

Beautiful facility with great waiting room accommodations…read more Easy to access and a very friendly staff. One complaint-Do these dealerships even care to provide a car wash after a service is performed? One would think if you are spending your valuable time and money, they would at the very least run the vehicle through for a courtesy car wash? Maybe they only provide such a courtesy if you spend above a certain amount of money on a repair? Also, can just go one time without these dealers trying to sell you on over a thousand dollars in various filer/various fluid change services/etc.. I guess that is the state of things nowadays....Profit is our prophet.

I would not normally write a review after one bad experience, but after multiple frustrating…read moreinteractions and far too much wasted time, I feel compelled to share our experience. We have a 2024 Hyundai Palisade with only about 20,000 miles, and it has already died on us twice. Unfortunately, that has meant interacting with this service department far more than I would have expected with a nearly new vehicle. The customer service has been consistently terrible. On one occasion, I brought the Palisade in for a routine oil change and learned there was an outstanding recall. I was then told I could not have my car back until the recall service was performed.... TWO MONTHS later. They did provide a loaner after a period of time, which I appreciated, but keeping a nearly new vehicle for two months because of a recall suggests a much bigger problem with Hyundai's ability to support its own vehicles. Even routine service is frustrating. Every time I come in for a complimentary oil change, I feel like someone is trying to sell me something else. Even worse, at least twice I have received a Hyundai mailer telling me that I am due for my free service, made the appointment, driven to the dealership, and then been told I am actually about 3,000 miles too early. But, of course, they are happy to do the service anyway if I pay for it. This most recent time, I called in advance to ask if I was due for the free service, only to be told someone would call me back, and no one ever did, which is something that consistently happens with this place--lack of follow-through, even when I ask for things to be escalated to managers. What bothers me most is the response when I express frustration. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or trying to help, the service staff have been argumentative and essentially told me to take it up with corporate. There seems to be very little ownership of the customer experience. At this point, our family cannot wait to get rid of this car once we can do so without taking an unreasonable financial loss. We had previously owned Toyota/Lexus vehicles, and this experience has made the decision very easy: we will be going back.
