Had a great lunch at Park Shore. What a great location in the heart of downtown. Never had a bad meal and always treated well by the entire staff ( hostess, bar, server) Will be back again and again

Park Shore Grill is one of my favorite restaurants on Beach Drive. The food and service are always on point, and this last visit was no exception. I love their large outdoor seating area-it's the biggest on Beach Drive and perfect for dining outside. In the cooler weather they have heat lamps. On this visit, I ordered the fish special, a triple-finned grouper. It was cooked perfectly-white, flaky and incredibly fresh-and served over a creamy risotto with a pesto sauce that really hit the spot. We started with blue cheese-stuffed meatballs, which are always a winner. My husband ordered the beef Wellington, something he always gets when we come here, and the presentation was outstanding! We also somehow ended up with an order of bread, which turned out to be the perfect vehicle for mopping up every last bit of the delicious sauce from the meatballs. One of friends ordered the tomahawk pork chop, and his wife chose the seafood mixed grill-both were home runs. Everything was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly, which just reinforces why Park Shore Grill remains one of our favorite spots on Beach Drive.

Outstanding in every way. The halibut was delicious. Light, flaky with a scrumptious crust. Service was excellent too.

My husband and I had dinner at Parkshore Grill and overall, it was just okay. The ambiance was nice, and the service started off fine but became spotty as the night went on. We shared the burrata appetizer, which was good, and both ordered steaks--mine was the filet and his was the ribeye. Unfortunately, my filet lacked flavor, and his ribeye was overly fatty. My salad arrived without any dressing, and it took a while to flag down our server to ask for it. At one point, our server disappeared completely, and I was left without water and ended up drinking my husband's. It wasn't a terrible experience, but with so many dining options around, we're not likely to return.

I have to update my review since we came back again. This time we started with 3 appetizers for the 4 of us. The chicken croquettes were good but extremely salty. The calamari was good and the barata was good as well. Our server was helpful and attentive. My entree was the lobster pasta, which after eating all the appetizers, I didn't even need. All 4 of our meals arrived and looked wonderful. All 4 of us commented that our meals were barely warm. Disappointing!!!! Our server offered us dessert as an I'm sorry. My pasta was good but would have been so much better had it at least been warm and hot would have been divine.

It's all about the Beef Wellington. Start with a wedge salad. Blue cheese is bomb. Sourdough bread, mash potatoes, and brussels for sides. Bring your parents when they are visiting from out of town. You will be their favorite child. Walk it off at the pier after dinner.

Had to be in St Petersburg, Fl for meetings and a friend recommended this restaurant in a very pretty bay front area of St Pete. They had a very nice setup of café tables outside. We made reservations so we were seated pretty quickly inside. Our table was in a quiet spot with dimmed lights. Nice date night for hubby & me. For our meal we selected: Grilled 8 oz Filet Mignon with au poivre sauce Seafood Mixed Grill Drinks were: Napa Cellars Chardonnay & Old Fashion cocktail Food was delicious. Dessert selection was not exciting though. Overall this is a nice place for any meal in a scenic location. I will return!

We went there on the fly as we were strolling down the road. It was so so good. Our waiter Reese took great care of us. I had the fish of the day which was halibut with a lovely lemon caper sauce, red mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had it blackened. Hubby had the lobster tails and scallops. We started with the artisan bread and a crab and oyster cake .. also amazing. Finished off celebrating with a house made chocolate cake and because we were celebrating a big honor for hubby the waiter brought it out with a candle and a scratch off card. So special. Oh hubby also enjoyed a mocktail.... Grapefruit something... sorry don't remeber the name. We simply asked for the one that was the sweetest.

I have been to Parkshore several times now, and I have to say it has not once disappointed. It's in a fantastic location right in downtown St. Pete very close to the pier. Great area to walk around and then come for an equally great meal. Inside the restaurant is pretty upscale and much nicer than you'd expect from the outside. Honestly, between the name and the look from outside this is never a place that would catch my eye, but I'm glad that I decided to try it one fateful day. Everything I've tried has been so high quality. In my most recent visit I got salmon pasta, and the salmon was cooked to perfection, it was marvelous. The service is good and everyone is friendly, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. You can make reservations, which is probably recommended for when they get busy. And inside their bar area is pretty cool too. Again, so unexpected from just a glance at the outside, but don't be fooled by this book cover, because the inside is certainly more than meets the eye!

Parkshore Grill never misses! I got the Marinated Creekstone Farms Skirt Steak and wow, it's flavorful excellence! The Chimichurri pairs perfectly with the tender steak, which is accentuated by delicious leek butter, and the hand-cut parmesan fries are crispy-crunchy perfection. The service is always amazing and the ambiance is relaxing. I love dining outside because you get insular views of Beach Drive, which is one of my favorite spots in Downtown St. Pete.

    Shrimp Pasta .. Beyond Amazing!

I was visiting St. Pete's for 4 days . I took a chance eating at Parkshore Grill. I loved my meal so much that I came back a second time . The wait staff was attentive and wonderful. My favorite dish was Shrimp pasta.... DELICIOUS! I would have given five stars but the hosts were not friendly or welcoming at all . Both visits I was greeted with a blank stare , no smile ... nothing. It was quite uncomfortable. Regardless I came back because I'm there to eat and the food was fantastic!

It was that good. The tuna was delicious as well and we loved the shrimp chips and how they were shaped like little tacos to make your own tuna tacos! For dinner, I got the branzino and my husband got the cheeseburger with truffle fries. Both entrees were incredible. No notes. Then we got three desserts...we had the lemon tart and the donut bread pudding while at the restaurant and we got a chocolate cake to go. All of the desserts were delicious. It was our first time dining there, but it definitely will not be the last! Few things to note before you go. Definitely make a reservation! It's not a large space, but it is a popular one, so you want to plan ahead. Also, parking is a bit limited, so using a ride share wouldn't hurt. Lastly, come hungry! The portions are generous, and if you're going as a date night destination, the options on the "Secret Menu" for dinners for 2 include wedge salads, sides for the steaks, and dessert. All that said, we knew the minute we walked in that we were in for a good time. The atmosphere is cozy, casual, and distinctively Chicago, with dark wood everywhere, red accents, and vintage photos and prints all over the walls. It's a feast for the eyes to go along with the feast for your stomach! Though we arrived a little early, we were seated right away. They knew we were celebrating an anniversary, so they spread rose petals on our table! Our server, Angelo, was exemplary--professional, attentive, and full of great recommendations, the most important of which was recommending that we order the Chateaubriand off the Secret Menu. Everything it came with -- the wedge salads with homemade dressing, the sides, the red wine reduction to drizzle on the steak, and the mini cannolis at the end -- were delicious. Aside from cocktails, we didn't need to order anything else! Speaking of cocktails, Beau's Old Fashioned is one you can't not order if you love bourbon and bourbon drinks. However, I was even more impressed with "The Chicago Man." Try it at your own risk, though - it packs a punch. All that said, we can't wait to go back. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean!

The service was outstanding. I felt accommodated and checked on from the host to our server to the manager coming by personally to greet us. Impressive. I had a mocktail which was a little sweet for me but my DIL had a mixed drink (No Mock) and she loved it. I ordered the coconut shrimp (which was really good, the presentation was amazing!, I wish that the popcorn would have been just made because my greedy self wanted to eat it too!) Ours was Thursday at 8 pm and definitely not needed but I wanted to ensure I got that window seat for the sunset! To be honest, the food was not my favorite. I got the wonton tuna tartar tacos as an appetizer and easily my favorite of the night. I also ordered the snapper plate that was served with blistered tomatoes, creamed corn, and tostones. It was fine. Nothing to write home about and I did have to ask for salt. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi and the shrimp was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The pasta was a bit lacking. He also ordered steak frites (to go) and the steak was a bit overdone and dry. Not enough to send it back or make a fuss but not exactly what we wanted either. The dining room is cute and cozy. We had a window seat and didn't realize our sunset view was going to be behind the skyline. It was still gorgeous though. The kitchen has sort of an open concept and I'm not sure if that contributed to how warm it is in the dining room. They had a couple of industrial fans blowing to help but it is on the top floor with wide windows and the Fl summer sun shining right in. It's to be expected. I've seen it a lot since I've been visiting but it should be noted that almost every establishment comes with a 20% service charge. All of the staff we interacted with informed us of this before ordering though so not a big deal. Our server was absolutely attentive and so kind.
