You can fold it over (pretty much all you need to know) and the mozzarella tastes great and will fall out of the pizza on you. Pizza is delicious. Ordered Lager Lovers and it was so good. Perfectly cooked. Sauce is balanced between sweet & acidic. Steve brought it out to us at the bar and his service and smile is great. Had a 2 Town's cider at the bar that was very good also. Not a beer gal so I can't comment on that but I'm glad they had ciders and NA options. Again, pizza was the unofficial fifth food group, and I could easily eat this every day. Honestly, beer and pizza was the perfect combination. How much dough would it cost me for all of this positive zen!? PURCHASE The Kahuna Pizza ($16.00): This 6-slice slightly larger than a personal-sized pie but smaller than a 10" version, was created with sweet pineapple chunks, savory Canadian bacon pieces, and their signature red sauce and mozzarella cheese. The crust was airy and crispy with some nice scorching, while the amount of toppings was plentiful where you had a bit of everything in every bite. OVERALL I found peace within the food I ate at Zen Dough's and would try them again the next time I visited Oak Creek Brewing Co. There wasn't enough for me to return just for them, but as an accompaniment while I guzzled some beer, they would be an automatic choice. The menu was extremely limited to eight pizzas and garlic knots. Thankfully, everything tasted wonderful. However, I felt the pizza price was a tad high. And, the service was easy, quick, and straightforward. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $26.00 BEFORE any discounts/tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...
