I requested the Hanny pedicure, the massage was amazing but the paint job is very poor. My nails didn't looked filed or shaped. I had to fix to my best ability after I left the salon. My friend and I were rushed out of our chairs while they attempted to fix her services. The employee also yelled at the employee who messed up in front of us which was extremely uncomfortable. They never even fixed her nails. They moved us and made us wait. After I went to pay an employee took my debit card and then walked away. A couple minutes later another employee came over and I told her they had my card and I was trying to pay. She apologized and handed me my card back. She then stated that the other employee never charged me and she would need to do that. This was very odd to me because they just took my card but I paid and tipped and left. Overall a disappointing experience for both myself and my friend. This is not a salon I recommend to anyone. It's described as a luxury salon but this was in no way a luxurious experience.

Well this little business took me in, had me wait but not very long (in late Friday even!) and I had 3 techs start the process as the other two had appointments & the last one just finished up. He was very attentive, good at details, friendly & funny-I didn't get the young man's name but I would recommend him and I will come back here when I'm in the area which is frequent. I really liked my nails they look like they might last a few weeks.

She was so rough on callous removal that she cut my heel so I said that's enough thank you and had to walk out. I had waited months for the time to come in and get a mai/pedi. I left in tears. I have been here several times. It's usually a fairly last minute decision or time allowance to get…read morea gel pedicure but they are typically able to accommodate me with the technician I prefer which is always nice. Today I called and was asked if I could come now as the tech was available right then. She is always meticulous in her work and makes sure I am happy with the color. I made a bad choice initially and she was happy to pivot and allow me to make another choice in color. My only issue is that out of all of the open chairs (Wed morning before 10 am with approximately 7-10 chairs occupied), I was sat next to a girl who was FaceTiming with her parents with no air pods. This girl was rude and inconsiderate speaking so loudly that every customer in the spa was looking at her. Thankfully her service half over when I was seated so I was at least able to enjoy the second half of my service w/o listening to a conversation I had absolutely no interest in. I suggest a no calls w/o earphones for everyone policy. This girl should have been asked to end the call or go outside.

The technician doing my pedicure was noticeably rude and kept commenting that I wasn't "relaxed enough," which was frustrating given the environment. I was seated right next to someone having their nails filed, and the dust was blowing onto my area, including my purse and the coffee I brought in, I had to keep everything in my lap (I commented about the dust flying all over my things they did nothing to help the situation) They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and both felt hurried. Toward the end, one of my nails was uneven, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the response felt annoyed rather than accommodating. (They did not fix it properly just painted over the issue area.) The pedicure technician was apparently angry I asked the manicurist to fix my nails so she ripped my toe separators out as fast as she could and gave me a dismissive look, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant visit and uncomfortable I have never been treated so rudely during a nail service. I will not be returning to this establishment. That's a lot of money to spend to somebody treat you so rudely. I hope management takes steps to improve both the service quality and overall customer experience.

The entire staff is so professional, kind, thorough, and very warm. The first time I experienced their attentive service I was blown away. Sophia gave me the best pedicure/ massage I have ever had! I go to her regularly now. She pays attention to all my little requests and you can tell she really cares. It often feels like customer service is so bad at nail shops at times so it was so refreshing to find this shop. They do an amazing job on your nails. You will not find a better pedicure/manicure than this within a 20 mile radius, trust me. Lastly, I told them I was looking for a certain color and they ordered it the shop! WOW!
