We stopped by there after having drinks downtown and before getting a nearby Voodoo doughnut. The person running the cart was very nice and helpful in decision making. If you've never been to downtown Portland, just be prepared to see things, especially at night, that many people don't see all too often. There are a lot of food carts and so making a decision on where to eat is difficult. They way I like to do food carts, is to get something small from each different ones, or share with my partner and I share their...
