I thought they are okay, the meat and taco didn't have much flavor on its own. The two salsas that came on top of the taco and the pickled onions made it very delicious! Those pickled onions were spot on. The consommé didn't have much depth of flavor in it, unfortunately it tasted like salt and water. The rice and beans that came with the plate was another favorite! Spice levels are mild, medium, and spicy. We got the mild and it probably a 5/10 on the spice level. If you want a little more kick, definitely opt for the medium. The noodles are perfectly thick, chewy, bouncy, and slurpy. The service size is just right for one person -- probably not big enough to share. We also tried the #2 chow mein with veggies and a choice of meat. The flavor for this dish is much more muted than the biang biang noodles, but there are more variety of textures and flavors here. The only thing I didn't really see was the roast duck. Before I get into that though, I just want to say you can tell how much care the people who work here put into their food. If there's a line, they don't rush the process. The crepe outside is perfect and the crispy wonton pieces in the middle are the star of my Jiang Bing. Their cucumbers are fresh. You can taste the sauce. I just would have wanted a little more meat so it wasn't so much crepe and crispiness. I give them a solid 4.5 though. I couldn't finish both halves of my Jiang bing because it's filling. I suggest bringing someone who will want to share food. I may be back to try their handmade dumplings next!
