The chilaquiles is made with a red salsa, and you can ask for their house salsa on the side. The eggs come scrambled, plus a side of sour cream and avocado. I really enjoyed it. It had just the right amount of spice. I also ordered an iced soy milk pistachio coconut latte and I couldn't leave without trying their pastries. I ordered a chocolate croissant and a chocolate chip & blueberry scone. They also offer day-old scones for $2, which I love that they offer to reduce food waste.

There are tables on the outside with a view of Crystal Pier and the beach. The tables inside gives you a view of the foot traffic on the boardwalk. Parking is tight around this area. We ended up paying for parking in the next block. I got the big breakfast number one. It is generous enough for two adults. Two pancakes, two strips of crispy bacon, English Muffin, potatoes covered in ooey and gooey mounds of cheese. It was tasty and hit the spot. My wife got the breakfast burrito. I washed my food down with a cup of OJ. They also have coffee but no decaf coffee. Here's the workflow, order at the counter, get a table, the staff will deliver your meal to your table inside or outside. From the outside it looks like a laid back beach restaurant, but the food prepared here is more than meets the eye. There is a reason there is usually a long line, the food sells itself. I loved being able to choose my own spot and settle in for a while. As a plant lover, this place was right up my alley. The walls are covered with greenery, and the whole café has a bright, garden like feel. I had been here one other time and hated it, but decided to give it another try. I ordered two honey salted lattes. After waiting about five minutes, the girl called my name and handed me one hot latte. I told her I had ordered two, and she said the ticket only showed one, but then proceeded to make the other drink. She poured the hot drink into two cold cups and added ice. I asked if they had any espresso in them because the color was basically just milk. She said, "Oh, I forgot," then proceeded to pour a shot of espresso on top of the already diluted coffee. I tasted it and asked if there was any honey or salt. She said I had ordered a vanilla latte, which I didn't. She finally handed me a "salted honey latte," and it was gross and tasted like milk. I almost asked for a refund, but after three attempts, I just walked out. Don't come here--horrible.
