Beautiful coffee shop with a small patio outside and a very beautiful mural painting depicting a tropical scene. Inside is also very cute and tropical looking the very way I like a coffee shop by the beach areas to be, also with a feminine touch here and there, I find it very girly and cute. There is a nice vibe to it and the coffee drinks are great.

I came across this café after a friend posted about it on Instagram, and it looked so cute that I immediately added it to my list. It's tucked away off the main street, so it's a little easy to miss if you don't know it's there. I visited on a weekday, and aside from one other group, it was pretty quiet. I loved being able to choose my own spot and settle in for a while. As a plant lover, this place was right up my alley. The walls are covered with greenery, and the whole café has a bright, garden like feel. It was such a relaxing place to sit and get some work done. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and my latte was really good. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and can't wait to come back.

Coffee going straight to the trash.

Pretty gross that they keep cups and lids in the bathroom. The ambiance is poorly redone garage adu. Funky smell. Not to keep piling on but it is truly one of the worst coffees i've had, iced salted honey latte tasted like cigarette butts. My wife had a chagaccino and it was alright. Acai bowl was all acai with sparse toppings.

After eating next door at Rocky's, I needed a little pick me up and stopped in at The Grounds Bean Bar. I was so torn on what to order but decided on the lavender honey latte. It was so good! I was afraid it would be too sweet but it was perfect. It mixed a sweet and earthy flavor into the perfect latte. The shop itself is so cute! The decor was great and the tables were comfortable to sit at and chat.

This place was subpar in my opinion The coffee wasn't great as it was just milky and not very sweet either The bagel was good in terms of cream cheese amount and toastiness but the bagel was pretty generic Cute interior and nice service but if I'm looking for tasty coffee it's not this place

Location is probably the selling point here - near crown point park! Next to other restaurants. Parking can be tricky on the weekends. Coffee was just OK. I did enjoy the art and murals around the shop and the homey feel. Few tables and a bar with quiet feel if you wanted to get some work done or meet with friends.

Lots of inside seating. Our waitress Allie was super friendly. We had the short rib hash & the florentine Benedict. Both were delicious and the presentation was great. Visited on a Sunday morning and they weren't terribly busy. Looks like they have music on Saturdays. Not a huge menu but good options. We found parking on the street. Try it! Super cozy here.

There's a little patio area to the right, and if you have a large group, they ask you to move to the side. They take your order. Then, when you go sit down, the food comes out about five or so minutes later! WOW! I ordered buttermilk pancakes and requested a half order (3) because I thought the pancakes would be massive. They weren't! I was surprised by that. I recommend a full order (6) for anyone who has a big American appetite. I thought the pancakes would be the star of the show, but you know what surprised me? THE BACON AND SAUSAGE! The sausage links were sooooooo good. The bacon was thick and absolutely delicious. Our five-year-old got the strawberry patch waffle and that was super tasty! My husband's apple pancake was yummy. It's enough for two (or even three people)! Overall, this was a great breakfast restaurant and perfect for families. I'd come back!

Thank goodness there was room too, because wow oh wow. It has been three weeks and we keep talking about that happy hour. LOL I appreciated that their happy hour menu wasn't all snackable appetizers; there were smaller-sized dishes for those less hungry, too! I ordered the Kiwilango slider + fries, my mom got the HH fish & chips, and my dad got the wagyu smash slider. Plus $10 beers, of course. Everything came out quickly and beautifully portioned, which made getting dessert (magpie ice cream cake) a no brainer. Delicious!!! I didn't stray into their full Kiwi-based dinner menu, but I can fully vouch for their happy hour, the cozy, charming vibes, kind and attentive servers, and flavorful dishes.
