Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant ever!! Clearly the staff was all drunk. We placed an order for appetizers and entrées. We were only checked on once by our drunk waitress that thanked us for not drinking our drinks so she didn't have to refill them. After wait 65 mins for our appetizers and not getting checked on again I walked to the bar to let them know we were leaving. We were never offered anything for the bad service and the 4 drunk people at the bar then told me they work here as well. I am truly shocked at the lack of professionalism and clearly no regard to guests. I strongly recommend no one eat here and support this business. read more

My husband and I are new to Johns Island and were looking for a good place to go with great pizza and we will probably look no further than Zeppelin Pizza! They recently opened their patio for dining and it was such a cool little place to just hang out and eat delicious pizza! We loved the outdoor seating area and just the all around feel of the place. Laid back and just filled with great staff that were super nice! Aside of the really cool environment, the pizza is also delicious! My husband and I believe that the best way to tell a good pizza place is by trying their plain ol cheese pizza and it did NOT disappoint! Great amount of cheese, delicious sauce and nice soft crust! We are excited to move down here and make this our official go to pizza place! read more

This restaurant is by far the worst. It definitely deserves absolutely no stars; I hate having to give them 1 star. The staff is not friendly, they're all about themselves and the customer service sucks. The manager was so unprofessional as far as problem solving and I witnessed her tell a customer that it was fine that she wasn't coming back; all while having a smile on her face. So unprofessional! We stopped at the James Island location with 6 teenage girls on the way home from the beach. We walked in and sat ourselves and the friendly young lady at the bar said she would be right with us. She accommodated all of the requests that teenagers have with a smile, and made a great recommendations for a refreshing and delicious beer! The pizza is DELICIOUS, so many topping options. We ordered 3 16" pizzas and had a little accident and sadly dropped 1/2 one on the floor, the gentleman in the back came promptly out asking what he could remake for us, WOW! We still had plenty of pizza so there was no need but that was SO kind. It was my daughters birthday and they even surprised her with a ginormous piece of chocolate cake (it was amazing). If you haven't tried this hidden gem you are totally missing out. I just wish they would expand into the midlands so we can enjoy them more often...hint hint! Can't wait for my next trip to the beach so I can return to Zeppelin Pizza! read more

This restaurant is on Door Dash, and yet, when my Dasher showed up to pick up my order, they told him that "they don't do Door Dash." I had to cancel my Door Dash order (losing $ on the transaction because the Dasher had already arrived at the restaurant), and order from somewhere else. Me and my girlfriend had been waiting for months for this place to open. Yesterday was the day we ordered pretty big order pizza mozzarella bites meatballs chicken Caesar salad and 12 wings. I'll be honest the mozzarella bites were soggy barely breaded and so filled with greece that it was soggy. The pizza was so soggy at least I could eat the crust. We had to take the wings back before we even left the parking lot because they were bland soggy barely coated with any sauce, better yet the sauce couldn't even stick to the wing. The only thing I can't write about was the fried chicken Caesar salad and it didn't even get eaten all the way by the person that ordered it. I will definitely be giving this place some time to grow. Save your money go to Paisano's. At least till they tighten up! read more

Front staff was kind and courteous in trying to resolve a problem where my takeout pizza didn't come with cheese on it, although the kitchen claimed there was light layer of cheese on it. The kitchen agreed to fix the problem, but all they did was make the pizza worse! They re-cooked the same pizza with a tiny bit more cheese on it... safe to say that was the worst pizza I've had thus far, $25 for a burnt rubbery pizza isn't even close to ideal. I had their pizza once about a week before this and it impressed me so I went back for more, after this experience I wouldn't go back and try my luck again. read more

Honestly we love this little spot. Saw it driving by on the way to another restaurant late Friday night, and decided to stop by the next day. We sat on the (VERY CUTE AND WELL DONE) patio, watched football and had pizza and beer... the perfect afternoon. I had a couple of Low Tide brews which were fantastic, and we did a CYO pizza with mozz, onion, bell peps, mush and sausage. Just plain old GOOD PIZZA. Crust was perfection. Service was really good. I had family in town and we stumbled on Zeppelin Pizza and I am so glad we did. It was great. We were able to sit outside on the shaded (dog friendly) patio. They had fans for an extra breeze. The staff was friendly and polite. The food was amazing. We ordered several salads, the chicken tenders, and a sub. The salads were huge, made with fresh cut lettuce, and house made dressings. The chicken tenders were a hit and the sub was huge and delicious as well. The home made chips were delicious. Since finding it last week, I have already returned (from Mount Pleasant!) for lunch. My wife and I live here on Johns Island. We were happy to finally have a decent pizza place on the island. We have ordered pizza here on 3 separate occasions and were pleased with the product. Tonight however was another story. The pizza we got was thin, burned and dried out. Not at all what we expected. I called the manager just inform them. I couldn't hear his name but he just basically said ' okay, thanks' and hung up. You guys just lost a customer and if you keep up this kind of service you'll surely be out of business soon. read more
