I am looking forward to combing back. Great customer service and liked how clean it was. The food selection is cool, and drink selection does not disappoint. Coffee, tea, or fruit drinks, they have them. I got some French fries and the portion was good, with some mango drink for the kids and a house coffee for mom. Will be back!

Not all the Mild Popcorn Chicken made it home, despite us living down the street

Because of prior experience at another Zero Degrees, I didn't expect much, but with the right recommendations, our first experience at this location was amazing! My cousin said she loved everything she got so we followed suit with popcorn chicken, Garlic butter wings, and pink lychee, along with a mangonada. I don't love mangonadas in general, but if I get one, it will definitely be from here. The garlic butter chicken and garlic butter fries came swimming in butter--and lo and behold--they really DID taste like crawfish, as she said! Perfect for lazy days when you want that flavoring but dread the effort it takes to make and peel actual crawfish. Another possible reason to enjoy Zero Degrees is the safety measures they have in place. Customers are met with a huge bottle of hand sanitizer as soon as they enter and plenty of signs to let them know "Masks are required." That illusion of safety was muddied during my last visit by, ironically, a group of state troopers. If they had food or drinks or face coverings, there was no evidence of any of those things in the brief time I was inside to use the restroom and pick-up my food. The 4 of them sat chatting casually at one of the few tables available, directly under a "Mask Required" sign, with no masks on. I can't dock Zero Degrees any stars for this because what is an hourly cashier at a fledgling business to do in the (literal and figurative) face of that? I'm high-risk right now so the next time I see "official" vehicles parked outside, I'll pass. Perhaps they would consider bringing it out to my car, since there's no drive-thru.

Went this morning and it wasnt busy like usual but school just started so no surprise there! We got the Ube Camo (ube + oreos) and the Pink Lychee (strawberry + lychee) both were absolutely delicious. The Ube Camo was a perfect creamy blend and came filled to the top of the LID not cup! Definitely got my money's worth. The cashier/boba maker was extremely nice and patient as we chose what drinks we wanted. Definitely recommend bc the service was great, drinks good (still need to try the food), and the inside is nicely spaced and chill.

The Ube Horchata is delicious! I got the salt and pepper popcorn chicken, medium spice and it was ok. I wouldn't order the chicken again, but the drink was bomb!

Tiger sugar milk with very little hard boba

It didn't take long for drinks to come out but it's hot and humid inside.. the ac must be broken. The drinks were messy and were overflowing from cap and leaking everywhere and right in front of workers but they didn't try to help or apologize.. I had to ask for extra boba bc they give so little compared to other locations.. and the boba was HARD and not fresh

I've wanted to come to this place for years, maybe I had my hopes too high because it was very average, we got the carne asade fries, some wings and a chocolate shake, I believe it was called Cookie Monster, the fries tasted bad, the wings were good but no where near the top wings places, the milkshake was about Sonic level and much pricier. I wouldn't go back.

Took my kids here yesterday and it was delicious. My 8 year old son ordered the Cookie Monster which he stated was delicious & he would order it again. My 5 year old ordered the Strawberry Horchata which was okay but he wouldn't order it again because it didn't taste like the "real" Horchata. I explained this was more of a fusion style Horchata. He said he would want to try something else next time. Also, if mgmt is reading this, I would recommend making the strawberries a tad bit smaller because there were numerous time where we couldn't get it to fit through the large "boba" styled straw. Wife got the Magonada which was perfection. However, our family agreed the best part of our order was the Chicken Wing Combo. We ordered the Garlic Butter Salt flavored one which was very flavorful with a side of Cajun Fries (recommended by the cashier). Not too spicy, great texture, and good aroma. Be advised, the food is cooked fresh so there's a normal wait time. Drinks came out quickly, but altogether with drinks and hot fresh food 10 minutes? Oh, and customer service was on point! Even though they were busy, we had employees make small chit chat, give recommendations on items, and come check up on us while we waited. Please come support them, we need this place to stay in Mansfield. Can't wait to go back and try other items. Good job Zero Degrees, your soft opening is going well. Can't wait for the real deal.

Mangonada, pina colada, spicy watermelon and strawberry horchata!

Ive been let down by zero degrees before but since this one is new and way closer to my house, I decided to give it another shot and I was not disappointed! I ordered the spicy watermelon, mangonada, pina colada and strawberry horchata for drinks and they were refreshing and delicious! For food we ordered the crispy fried shrimp combo(w/ garlic butter salt) and the popcorn chicken. The food was so good and the portions were great!!! Customer service and cleanliness is so much better than the other locations, I will definitely tell a friend to tell a friend. Update: I came back after 2 days and tried some of the other things on the menu. I got the strawberry bliss and the tiger sugar milk tea this time. I'm so happy I came back!

I went with my boyfriend during soft opening and we had a great experience. Right off the bat, we were greeted by Lilly who was very patient with us since we were a bit indecisive. We didn't go to other locations often. We decided to go with two elotes, a pink lychee, and cookie monster shake. The elotes were good, but I personally don't think it compares to authentic elote. It lacks the citrus flavor but not that big of a deal. The pink lychee and cookie monster drink were both really good though. read more

Two of the main things I really enjoy about this location is its atmosphere and customer service. When I walked in I was greeted by Lilly and when taking my order she was polite and thorough. I ordered the Ube Shake and their garlic noodles and they both came in a timely manner and were pretty tasty! This location also has very large windows which serves to bring in plenty of natural light and to give you a nice view if you ever decide to dine in. All in all I had a pleasant experience with the people that worked there and the large windows at this location really set it apart from other Zero Degrees I've been to in terms of the overall aesthetic of the place. read more

Their fries weren't made like other Zero degrees. They are cut thickier and not as crunchy. Flavor was also off. I ordered 5 drinks, and were brought only 4 straws. The portions weren't as much as other locations too. I guess I'll stick to what i know. read more

Went there to try the Strawberry Horchata and ended up getting the Honey BBQ chicken poppers with rice and corn and Cucumber Limeade. Was pleasantly surprised at how good the horchata was along with everything else. I don't think I've had an horchata that good before. I recommend that and the honey bbq chicken poppers. They had a perfect crunch and the sauce was spicy and delicious. read more

Easily the best Zero Degrees location! Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the restaurant and the welcoming staff! The employee who took my order, Abby, was very helpful with suggestions and prepared my order quickly. Another employee, Kwame, was very friendly offering to wipe our menus and table and asking if my party needed any help. I'm not really an avid boba drinker but I came her with my family and decided to get a drink. Upon entering, the employees were very welcoming and one immediately wiped the door handle after we entered (great hygiene!) However what really made my visit memorable was that the cashier, Mayce, was so friendly and patient with me--she allowed me to sample a variety of drinks to help me decide on my order. I'm a very picky drinker and don't tend to like boba milk tea, but i ended up ordering a matcha milk tea and loved it! Will definitely return when I'm craving boba again. read more

Coming in on a scorching hot summer day, I was extremely parched and thought I would die of heat exhaustion. I was pretty hesitant about what I wanted but a girl named Abby was extremely nice and explained the menu to me, as well as recommended some of her favorites to have. I ended up getting the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea and I must say, it was one of the most delicious drinks I've ever tasted in my life. That drink just about saved my life and the sweet angel Abby gave just about the greatest service I could have asked for. 10/10 don't come here if you're not capable of receiving amazing customer service. read more

I got the flamin elotes and garlic salt popcorn chicken. The chicken didn't seem well cooked but worse than that all the food, corn and chicken, had a sweet taste that was not desired or expected. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a savory meal. read more

Come for the drinks, DO NOT GET THE FOOD. It's absolutely terrible. Got the chicken wings, and my wife got the fried shrimp. We took about one bite and dumped it in the trash. Even the fries are bad. It was all just really, really bad. The drinks were good, but the food was so bad, that it just ruined everything. read more

First and last time at this location. I was very excited to see that it had finally opened. Especially close to home. Today I went in for lunch ordered the #10 Shrimp and corn at 2:00. 2:23, I'm still standing, no one acknowledged me or the fact I'm still waiting on.my food. I walk to the counter and ask what the delay was. To my surprise they hadn't even put my order in. I was advised that no one took my ticket to the back to be put in...... I advised the lady at the counter to just give me my money back. Another lady goes on to say, your order is coming out soon. No give me my money back. At this point, they are all still standing around discussing what happened. The guy working the register, tells me that he refunded me my money and it'll show up on my card. I asked for a receipt of the refund, he huffs; reprints and hand writes REFUND on the top my my receipt. Then says, you can keep the drink. Well duh, you wanted it back after I stood for 20 minutes drinking out of it. read more

This location is new so i was expecting for everything to be absolutely perfect and ... let's just say ... I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! First, let's talk about the shrimp!! The shrimp is huge and the flavors were beautiful! It was cooked to PERFECTION! I'm actually, truly, blown away by that. That is now a MUST HAVE when ordering from here. The Honey BBQ wings were absolutely amazing!!! The spice really adds an awesome dynamic to the sweetness. My Spicy Watermelon drink was everything i dreamed of and MORE! I was looking forward to trying Zero Degrees as all of the food online looked amazing and the reviews were very good. Unfortunately though the food was not our favorite. We ordered 6 wings buffalo style, popcorn chicken family size with butter/garlic/salt and Honey BBQ, 1 Xtra hot Cheetos elote, carne asada fries and 4 drinks. To start, the drinks were fun, different and at least enjoyable. We will most likely try some of the drinks again. Now the food...... popcorn chicken did not look appetizing and the flavors were just meh. Honey BBQ was not a normal honey BBQ as it had some heat to it and my kids did not like it. The elote came in a small coffee cup which I was not expecting because all of the photos online showed bowls so that was a huge let down. Not only that but the corn was not fresh corn (I am assuming frozen) and the amount of mayo was unbearable for the small cup. I giggled when I realized that t-shirts worn said fresh ingredients when it definitely wasn't. The wings were a bit soggy but the buffalo flavor was decent. It had buffalo sauce with hint of an asian sweetness which I did enjoy. Lastly the carne asada fries.... if you like cheese fries then you will like these. I thought they were tasty but my issue was that the carne asada was garbage. Not much flavor and not worth the extra money. I will finish by say that this was an order placed online, they didn't miss anything that I ordered and I think that thing wings at least would have been crispy at the restaurant. I will definitely try this again at the location to see if there is a difference but my hopes will not be as high as they were tonight. Overall very disappointing round 1. read more

Established in 2013.

With their shared passion for entrepreneurship, the founders Ken Le, Trinity Le, and San Huynh launched Zero Degrees Italian Ice & Custard in the fall of 2013, in a sleepy corner of Westminster. It's the sort of menu I once tried pitching to my mates back in the UK. Their response? "Who's gonna eat all that?" Me. Apparently. I rolled into the drive-thru, completed what can only be described as a textbook pickup, and returned to my hotel room like a man on a mission. The first casualty was the Italian beef, dressed with spicy peppers because life is simply too short to order it any other way. What happened next is probably best kept between me, the sandwich, and whatever poor soul has to wash the bedsheets. The fries disappeared without a trace. The Coke Zero fought the good fight but ultimately shared the same fate. For a place I'd never even heard of before today, Portillo's has made one hell of a first impression. 5/5. I'd happily commit the same crimes again.

Also, the restaurant was packed and it was hard to find a spot. It was probably difficult to bus and clean everything, but the space was less than immaculate Some tips: I do like that they offer breakfast tacos - served all day. Prior to handing us the menus, she disinfected them which I found very comforting, considering the circumstances, and truly highlighted her commitment to customer service! I was torn between a few drinks, but Kwame gave fantastic recommendations! My family loved all the drinks he recommended (Cookie Monster, Peach Blossom, and Wintermelon tea with Sea Salt Cream), and said they would definitely get them again. This was my first time going to any Zero Degrees restaurant and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Abby and Megan at the register and my order was promptly taken. I ordered the honey barbecue popcorn chicken combo with rice and corn and asked for a drink recommendation. Megan said the peach blossom and zero degrees tea were good and I decided to get the peach blossom. The price was great for how much food I got. My drink was made by Alex very quickly and only took about 5 minutes for my food to be brought out by Abby. I was visiting my friend in Dallas, coming from Houston and he recommended me this place and it was awesome. The popcorn chicken was really good and so delicious. The workers seem to be friendly. I made good friends with Kwame, the one who served me last week, he was friendly and recommended me the drink. The mangonada was usually too sweet, but this time it was the perfect balance of sweet and sour :) I asked one of the employees what she did differently so that I can get it the same way again next time.
