I've taken in my cars for minor things to larger maintenance matters and inspections. Oil changes and transmission servicing are quick and simple. Never a hassle, they will give you the service you asked for and will advise you of any issues that they observe, but will not force you to receive servicing for other issues. I've brought in my Corolla for heavy work such as replacing motor mounts, renewing the brake components, repairing axles and control arm issues. They absolutely make sure your vehicle runs smooth and will not turn break apart like Lego pieces. *Even better since I was able to purchase my own parts and get servicing completed within the same day. When I used to bring in my MR2, they did all the necessary work when an issue came up. They taught me why something didn't work or made a funny noise, and troubleshooted the problems with ease. Another shop told me I needed a new engine (cue internal panic), but they were pretty dismissive and didn't explain much, which made me uncomfortable about such a huge repair. So I decided to get a second opinion at Alex Jr. Auto Repair, and I'm so glad I did. The first thing I noticed were the classic cars they were working on. My gramps was a big car guy, and one thing I know is people with classic cars don't let just anyone work on their babies. That immediately made me feel like they knew what they were doing and I was in the right place. The team at Alex Jr. Auto Repair told me something shocking: I shouldn't have even been driving the car because it had a huge leak and basically no oil and could have caused a fire. I had no idea the previous shop had let me leave like that. Talking with them felt like talking to family. Their engine replacement quote was reasonable and even a little lower than the first shop, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I waited a bit before writing this review so I could really test my Honda Element out--highway speeds and normal driving. She's running great. At one point the check engine light popped on again (brief panic), but they were happy to check it out. Turns out it was just a battery issue. Had it smog tested and I could see the technician notice the quality of work and asked where I had it done. They also offer Snap Financing, which helped a lot since a new engine isn't exactly something most people budget for. They even have a special oil service that helps engines last longer, my baby is purring even better than before. At Alex Jr. Repair Shop I didn't feel like just another customer--I felt like a little sister they were looking out for. It's rare to find a mechanic who is both skilled and honest, but I found both here. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic or engine repair shop, I highly recommend Alex Jr. Auto Repair. I took my Bmw E92 M3 for inspection after buying it pre-owned to find out for any leaks and general…read morecheck up. I told them that I saw possible leak on the oil drain plug. Report showed leaking drain plug and needs new rear brakes and differential service. I let them replace the drain plug and differential service. When I got home, I still noticed oil leaks. I paid another shop for inspection ( bmw specialist) They found leaks on the air separator and oil filter housing. I had leaks resolved at the same shop. They also showed the error ( ghost code for the alternator) which they cleared. Did not get any obd testing result from Euro car masters. I am just disappointed for Euro car masters did not do a thorough inspection. I feel like they are more focused on replacing brakes, oil change and regular maintenance. I live near the shop but won't go back there anymore.

Not sure I agree, but I want a good shop that I can trust. So far, I have a bill of just under $2000. I truly hope the work is consistent with the price. Customer service is very fair. I would just say get pricing up front and make sure you know the prices from a dealer if going to get work on foreign cars. One acknowledgement is their desire to make sure I understood the charges and to follow through with showing me what they repaired. I appreciated the questions and the customer service. The price was still a little high but it was done and a warranty was included.
