3.5 Stars The owner of Zia, Sakina, contacted me after my last review. She was shocked to hear about my experience and offered to do my eyebrows. I obliged and I was very happy with her services. She even gave me a small amount of mustard seed oil to help darken and thicken my brows. Apparently the lady that gave me poor customer service is no longer at the shop. I would definitely return but probably only to see Sakina unless I see and trust the work of the other ladies. read more

I did a full face threading which was much more painful than I remember, but it came out amazing!! I don't remember her name but I assume she is either the owner or manager. She is extremely detailed and did an incredible job on my eyebrows. A little far from me but definitely worth the drive. read more

First timer and is now a fan! Love the location here cuz it's right next to everything (starbucks, market, gym, restaurants). I can go to the plaza at anytime and get my eyebrows done! The prices are good and their skills are legit. I asked them to make my eyebrow shape more curvey, and boom! done =] The lady who did mine was telling me ahead of what she will put and do on my eyebrows. So this will be my first and last time walking in this place. I walked in at about 747pm and seen 4 people waiting to get there brows done plus the 2 already in the chair getting theres done. Anyway the lady in the first chair asked if i was getting my eyebrows done then she went on to telling me how they have 4 people waiting and they close at 8 basically telling me they didnt want my business. Heres a thought if you dont want anymore customers past a certain time why not lock the door?? I think that was very rude and unprofessional. If a customer walks in before the POSTED closing time there is no reason to turn them away! read more

Can't complain been coming here when I need my brows done I never get the same person but it seems to be consistent helps with the check in on yelp and they have a rewards program I think it's 10 brows 1 free don't forget to tip they work hard to make the brows look good read more

My first time here was great. I don't know the name of the lady who helped me out but she was great. Took a lot of time to make sure my eyebrows were even and symmetrical. I told her i wanted a clean up and she kept true to the clean up and maintained my eyebrow shape that I came in w. Other places I go to for the first time, they always try to mess w my eyebrow shape. I really wanted to like this place... the ladies were very friendly and the place is quite cute but the lady who threading my eyebrows (chair number 3) cut me very badly with the thread.. not only was it painful but she then had the audacity to say she did not know why I was bleeding...hello, you pulled out a chunk of my skin. I initially loved my eyebrows until checking back on them a while later, only to find that they look completely different from each other! One is round and the other with the arch I originally had, one is also shorter than the other... the experience was good but the outcome of my eyebrows were underwhelming. read more

Review update: I still love this place! I started coming because I lived near by. I moved awhile back, but I still will drive ~45 min here just for my brows as I haven't found anywhere quite as good. Because of my check-ins, it's obvious that this is my spot to get my good eyebrows :) all the girls here know what they're doing. I've tried all of them, even the ones who aren't there anymore, did a great job. I should've made a review before my actual go-to girl left, Cynthia. I'd like to update my review to a more positive one. I did have a bad experience with an employee who no longer works there. Thank goodness. So I'd like to positively recognize this store. I've been coming here for a little over a year and have had nothing but a good time. They thinned out my eyebrows. Do you know how long it takes to grow them. I asked for a clean up. Not to shape them and thin them out!

They're the best!Super friendly ladies and they always do a great job.

All of the good people they have end up leaving. I went in asking just for a clean up and my eyebrows are totally uneven. The women who threaded my brows put so much pressure on my eyes the strong kept snapping and my eyes were watering like crazy. read more

I've been going to Zia Threading for almost 3 years now. I've gotten my eyebrows done by almost everyone that works there. I've had my fair share of unhappy eyebrows, but those girls no longer work there. Now my main person I go to is Ami & she's awesome! She's so sweet & gentle. She always takes off my eyebrow makeup before starting. She shapes my eyebrows & trims them very well. I'm always rushing from work to catch her before she leaves for the day & she always takes me even if she only has 5 minutes left on the clock. The place is clean & well kept. The other workers are always nice & the owner is good about remembering who you are. :) Thanks Zia Threading & Ami! & oh! Prices are cheap. I pay $10 (including tip) for my eyebrows & I love that they have a rewards system! read more

Uh I don't know what happened here. I don't have a preferred threader but I'm not picky and my brows usually come out fine. However, the last time (and probably the last time) I came here, my brows were pulled so thin and CROOKED. Like, a chunk of it went missing. Now, I have to draw my brows when I leave the house. I have a full rewards card waiting to be redeemed, but I don't think I'll use it. read more

Horrible. They were training someone new to do my eyebrows and it came out horrible!!!!! It was not clean at all and I had a patch missing from my right brow. Someone stepped in to try and correct it but it was still a horrible result. My brows were not even. I wouldnt come back here unless it was with one of the Indian ladies...even then I'd be skeptical because I had such a bad first experience. Im still pissed that I paid and even tipped them.
