I started coming here over a year ago and quickly loved the way Mira did my eyebrows. I come to her every 2-3weeks, that's my girl! They're all good but Mira is my favorite. I usually do just walk ins and for the most part wait 10-15mins, which is a reasonable amount of time. It gets the busiest right before holidays, proms, graduations etc so I tend to go earlier in the week rather then close to the weekend. Really nice & chic place, definitely recommend! read more

I've been to many threading places and this one is by far the best. The brow threading is extremely cheap, being only 8 dollars, and they have a card where after 9 threadings you get one free! I also come out loving my brows every time. They do an excellent job and they take their time with you. If only the drive wasn't so far I would come every 2 weeks! read more

I come here now instead of driving to my usual since HS (Shear Artistry in D. Bar) because it is 5 mins away from me and plus they have a stamp card (shear artistry never offered/had it). I like the look of the place...it's really cute inside. I have gotten the same girl ever since I started going (not sure what her name is) and she does a great job but the only thing is that she takes at leat 10-15 mins (or at least it feels like it) doing my eyebrows and I can only stand the pain for so long. BUT i guess it is good because she is making sure she gets everything...it just really hurts. For having my eyebrows threaded for 6 years, this has been the worse pain I have experienced. I wish they were a little bit friendlier ... maybe I am just used to my old eyebrow place where they would greet us friendly and have mini conversations. I just feel awkward here :( read more

This is my favorite place for threading and I've been to a lot! Every time I come here, the girls are great and take their time to shape my eyebrows. Other places I've been to, they just do whatever and get me out of there in 5 minutes, but Zia Threading actually asks what kind of shape I want and works with that. Today, I got my underarms waxed as well, but the manager suggested I get them threaded, to prevent ingrown hairs. Even though they were busy, they took the time to do it right and go the extra mile..at no extra charge. :) Threading itself is a little painful; almost like someone scraping your skin, but Zia does it well and I plan to make this my go-to place as long as possible! read more

Prior to going to Zia, I would randomly get my eyebrows threaded where it was convenient. Well unfortunately all the convenience took a beating on my eye brows they were as uneven and thin as can be. I am now obsessed with Zia Threading. Cristen does an amazing job! In the few short times I've gone there she has seriously revamped my eyebrows back to a lovely shape and are on there way to back to normalcy! Not only does she do a great job but she double, triple, and quadruple checks to make sure your happy which I really appreciate! I have been getting my brows and upper lip waxed for as long as I can remember. I'm not good with tweezing my own brows so I gave that up a long time ago. This was my first time getting my brows and upper lip threaded and I love it! Mercedes was the girl who threaded me, I think it took her no more than 10 mins for my eyebrows and lip. She did an excellent job cleaning up the brows and even giving them some shape! My hairy upper lip is now cleaner than after all waxes I've done. I think threading will be my new thing.... no more tugging and hot waxes on my skin! read more

I should have known better than to go somewhere new but I was desperate to get my eyebrows done before an event I had. It was my first time, it's a nice place the staff is friendly but the job was horrendous. I sat with whom I believe is the owner and she just doesn't know how to shape. My eyebrows are light and sometimes sparse but I had had them growing out for at least a month before I went it. She asked if I plucked and I told her no she immediately tried to blame her bad job on that but I've never plucked and my eyebrows were even when I walked in. She basically told me in the end I'm not going to like them come back in a month. First and LAST time I'll ever go here! read more

She threaded slowly so it was more painful and she took off a piece of skin near the corner of my eye!! Day 2 and it still hurts! I didn't realize until I left the salon and got home.
