The owner has threaded my eyebrows 3x now and I have to say I have been very pleased each time. I always ask to get my brows cleaned up but keep them as thick as possible. Whenever she finishes I am always surprised at how good they look. They almost look fake/tattooed because they are perfect. I only want to use the owner since I have seen some scary reviews about missing eyebrow chunks, but I purposely waited 3 appointments later to give my review. I also felt like the owner took her time and was not rushed at all as other reviews seem to say otherwise

Took big chunk out of my right eyebrow :( I'm so sad guys. This place is def a hit or miss I wouldn't recommend honestly.

Super bummed out the lady who did my eyebrows (forgot her name) took a whole chunk then got upset and walked away from me mid conversation as I was telling her I wasn't happy with my service. I was so polite when letting her know I wasn't happy with my eyebrows but she legit just brushed me off and dismissed me. My customer service experience here was horrible. ruined it for me :(

Very nice place and service. Can't wait to come back to get henna!

Very nice and clean. Did an excellent job on my girlfriends eyebrows, can't wait to come back and get my henna done with a friend from Germany who is very excited to see what they can do! The location is easy to get to and around a lot of different shops too, easy parking, friendly staff, and really clean.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get my eyebrows done. This business…read morehad great reviews and it's close to my house, so I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, I was barely greeted, which I didn't mind too much. However, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes because the owner chose to take a girl who came in after me simply because she knew her. I then had to continue waiting while they chatted. When it was finally my turn, the owner quickly directed me to the other woman doing brows instead of taking me herself. I'm assuming she realized how that looked after having me sit there while she took someone who arrived later. Another concern I had was that the scissors were not cleaned between clients. Also, the woman doing my brows applied rose water to my face without asking first. I have sensitive skin and always decline having products applied to my face, so this caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. My previous brow artist always asked before putting anything on my skin. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Being dismissive of customers and disrespectful of their time, especially as the owner, is not something I would expect. It's a shame because I was genuinely excited to try this place, but I won't be returning or recommending this place ever.

From the moment I sat down, she really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She didn't rush at all and made sure every detail was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. My eyebrows have NEVER looked this good -- clean, shaped beautifully, and still natural. She has such a gentle touch and an eye for detail that makes a huge difference. And the whole vibe of the place? So calming. The music she plays is incredibly relaxing and just adds the perfect finishing touch to the experience -- like the cherry on top. If you're even thinking about getting your brows done, go to Mansi. I HIGHLY, highly recommend her and this place. I will definitely be coming back every time!

This was probably the strangest eyebrow threading experience I've had…read more I stopped in for a quick eyebrow threading and tint. The younger employee who was helping me was kind, but while I was trying to explain what I wanted, an older woman repeatedly talked over me so the younger employee couldn't even hear me. It came across as incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don't know why some people think it's acceptable to speak over their employees like that, especially in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere from the very beginning. After I had to move my car, I came back and asked if I could use the restroom before my appointment. I was told they don't have a restroom for customers, so I said I would cancel the tint and just do the threading because I needed to leave sooner. Only after I said I wanted to cancel the tint did they suddenly tell me I could use the neighboring business's restroom if I told them I came from their salon. At that point it was the principle of the matter. If you're unwilling to accommodate customers until they're about to cancel a service, it doesn't leave a great impression. Even after I explained I wanted to cancel the tint, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to keep it anyway. I finally had to say I was ready to check out because I was becoming uncomfortable. The threading itself was okay overall, although the left eyebrow was noticeably more painful than the right. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that the older woman stood there watching the younger employee perform the entire service. Instead of allowing the technician to work independently, she hovered over her the whole time, making it feel like I was sitting in the middle of a training evaluation rather than enjoying a relaxing appointment. Getting your eyebrows done should be a pleasant experience. Instead, the atmosphere felt tense, uncomfortable, and unnecessarily stressful. She also had the audacity to ask me out of nowhere if I had cash or only a card for no benefit to myself. Only a card you're welcome for the payment. I have cash but not for you. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. One other thing that stood out: I arrived around 4:30 PM, and the business advertises that it's open until 7:30 PM. When I first came in, I also asked about getting a brow lamination, but I was told I had to make an appointment in advance. That's perfectly fine if that's their policy. However, when I left, there were no customers in the salon and both technicians were available. One of them even asked if I wanted to schedule a lamination appointment, but by that point I declined. I came in ready to pay for threading, a tint, and a brow lamination, but because of the overall experience, I ended up getting only the threading. That's a completely preventable loss of business and an unfortunate example of customer service driving away a paying customer. UPDATE: To the terrible manager Raman who responded below. I see why the service is the way it is. What part of talking over a customer don't you understand? Is it reading minds or talking over customers the only two options to you and your unprofessionalism? Yes, I was told there was free parking in the back. I moved my car to the back and there was no open parking in your spots and I told you all that, you twit. So what's your point aside from showing your aggressive temper with baseless retaliatory points as a "manager?" And who said I felt pain in my upper lip? You need to take a breather lol. Your response below says a lot about you and you as a representative of this establishment.

Over time the color faded, and I struggled to find someone willing to work with my old tattoo and help improve the look. Several technicians actually declined. Nour, however, was up for the challenge. She expertly color-corrected and reshaped my poor, neglected brows, and the results are amazing. She has a true talent and an incredible eye for both color and shape, creating brows that look natural and flattering. I've already gone back twice and plan to keep returning. I am still suffering with the horrible jib done by Nour…read more The first time was Good but I needed 2 touch ups for it to stay so a year after that i opted to come in for a touch up and upon my arrival she tells me it's been more then a year sot its the full cost again- i was kind of shocked and should of left. So she proceeded to do them all over while in her phone it hurt so bad way different then Yhe other times but I thought i just need to suck it up. It took her like a half hour which is the time of a touch up- she kept telling me to make sure i come back for The touch up and wehen I need to return by. A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. My eye brows are still Red oh and btw she changed the shape so she tried to color over the red but that was red as well. Its been a horrifying experience that will take years to get over..
