Perhaps they viewed my counter offers as unreasonable as their original offers, but I was at least expecting a counter offer maybe somewhere in the middle. I never heard from them again. If you want to negotiate a fair deal on a vehicle this ain't the place to do it. I ended up buying from Fox Nissan in Kentwood, MI who were great to deal with.

We have a daughter in a wheelchair and I was concerned about parking in the snow. They opened the showroom floor and allowed me to drive my trade in onto the showroom floor then they brought our new vehicle into the showroom. This allowed Neil to give us a complete walk through on all the systems in a dry and warm environment. All in all, Neil spent about 2 hours with us to make sure that we were familiar with the vehicle.
