I bought…read moremy 2018 Kia forte in 2022 with 52,000ish miles as a certified pre-owned vehicle, since then I've had nothing but issues with not only the car but with the terrible customer service. The week I bought it I noticed it had a weird shake, mentioned it to the dealership and they said if it doesn't show a light.. they can't fix it. Well the light came on a couple months later and since it wasn't covered by the "certified pre-owned warranty" they couldn't fix it. The man who sold me the car felt bad and paid for half of the repairs (shout out David) which ended up being the ignition coil and spark plugs to which I've had to replace them 4 times since then which is UNHEARD of. Then I had an accident and had them fix my car since they're the "pros" and they had my car for 3 months which was fine except everytime I would call to check on it they wouldn't answer or hang up after no actual update, just being extremely rude to the point where I felt I was bothering them by wanting to drive a car I was paying for. Fast forward, three sets of ignition coils later (paid for fully by me) and a cv axle going out.. my car has sat in my driveway underivable for 6+ weeks due to the fact my motor is garbage. The warranty expired at 100,000 miles, and I'm at 101,000. I've been in contact with Kia because it it a known issue that kia motors are trash and I was hoping they would catch me a break or at least show me mercy. Nope. The warranty is expired so there's nothing they can do, they didn't even pretend to care. Just the generic "we're sorry". What a joke Kia is. They did say if I brought it into the dealership for a diagnosis (that I pay for) they would maybe look into getting it covered but the chances are extremely low. Long story short never buy a Kia, if it's not getting stolen it's breaking down constantly.

Worst Service Experience I've Ever Had - Avoid Zeigler Honda of Kalamazoo at All Costs…read more I had the unfortunate luck of breaking down in Kalamazoo while visiting family. I took my car to Zeigler Honda, assuming a dealership would be the easiest. Big mistake. They quoted me $4,000 for a new clutch on a car with only 40,000 miles. The estimate was nearly double what multiple independent mechanics quoted me. I was told that if Honda ever issued a recall, only work done through a dealership would qualify for reimbursement--so I felt completely trapped. The service advisor assured me this was the worst-case scenario and said the parts would be sent to Honda for review after the repair. Once the job was done, they changed their story--said they'd "held the parts" for me but wouldn't be sending anything in. Honda already issued Technical Service Bulletin 22-017 acknowledging premature clutch wear due to a supplier defect. Zeigler charged double the labor listed in that bulletin, and to make things worse, they performed additional work I never authorized, which ended up causing additional issues I had to have corrected elsewhere. In short: this dealership is dishonest, overpriced, and untrustworthy. I've owned Hondas for many years, and this experience was such a disaster that it's made me question the brand altogether. If you ever find yourself needing repairs in or around Kalamazoo, take your car literally anywhere else. You'll save money, time, and a lot of frustration. Zeigler Honda is an embarrassment to the Honda name.

The service staff was nice, but I miss Rich and his absence was noticed. They were not busy at all. I waited over an hour with zero check in or communication. My car was gone from the service bay for over 40mins, and again no communication. They used to check in when the service was done and it went to the wash, clearly not anymore. I've never had this experience and will never be returning. Do your self a favor and go anywhere else but here. There are too many good shops in Portage/Kzoo to subject yourself to this.

Montana would constantly text her to nag her, and when she was finally ready to buy something all they did was yank her around. They told her about a vehicle she would be interested in, but it wasn't there, but they PROMISED it would be there Monday. She set an appointment with them, drove all the way there from Battle Creek, just to be told that the vehicle was in CHICAGO!!! They told her that it would be back on Wednesday, so she set an appointment, then texted them that she was on her way and he said ok. She made it almost there, and he texted her that the vehicle was already SOLD!!! What a complete waste of time, and so unprofessional. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this dealership!!$

Recall states 4 hours to multiple days. I live 40 miles from the dealership. The appointment was scheduled. A week later, I received a call indicating that since we didn't buy the car at their dealership, a loaner was not available. The car has 28,000 miles on it! I could understand if it were something I caused, but it's a recall. Booked at a local Ford Dealership and problem solved. Audi and BMW never treated us this way. Be warned of a lack of past sale support.

I have gotten the runaround quite a bit from them after dealing with BC Auto and not getting it fixed there when they said it would be and then dropping it off at a place in Kalamazoo and being told it was going to be done on a certain day and it wasn't and, what they do not tell you (so read the contract carefully) is that they can put an important part like an engine or transmission into your car from a junkyard that you have no idea how it has been taken care of, or IF it has been taken care of. They (Ameer Ghazal) refused to let me get into another vehicle I felt was safer because I commute 30 miles one way each day for work and I am the breadwinner of the family. I am beyond disgusted that all they care about is the vehicle and not the safety of their customers. I expressed multiple times that I didn't feel safe, but that didn't matter. I will never, ever, ever buy another vehicle from them (or any member of my family). And, PS - the only other option they did give me was to voluntary surrender (repossess) the car and then I would be responsible for the residual after it was sold at auction for $1000 to $1500 and that my wages/taxes would be garnished. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We (my fiancé (26) and myself (25)) had scheduled an appointment with the service team at Seelye…read more We had purchased our F150 the previous year and needed the brakes to be looked at as it was squeaking. The morning when we arrived it was very chaotic, the workers were obviously unhappy. As we waited to be helped I watched as they frantically were shuffling papers and such. We gave them the keys around 8am. At around 10am they texted us, letting us know the truck was ready. We drove back to get it and were met with more unhappy chaos, and given keys then the worker, Jason, walked away. At this time Jason had mentioned that there was confusion in the back on where the keys were located and that he found them on the "not done" board. When we walked up to our truck we realized they were NOT our keys. We had to walk back in and ask for our keys. We were met by a different service worker who got us the correct keys. We drove home and almost an hour later I received a call from them that the truck was actually NEVER looked at. This is extremely disappointing and unsettling. They blamed it on a busy drop-off this morning. However I dropped my car off at the time on my appointment. When I mentioned the key mishap to the manager on duty he stated that "this doesn't happen often" and that he could remember the last time this happened "six months ago". I told him I do not trust that my keys would not be given to someone else and some people would not be as honest and potentially steal my truck! They apologized, but no one took accountability or acknowledged that this was extremely unprofessional and wrong. I am disappointed to say that I do not feel comfortable, or welcomed, at Seelye Ford and we will not be able to return.
