This was my first time at the Grant location and my first time getting the Ahi burger. It was really good and I think the bun may have been sweeter than the normal burger bun. I love this restaurant for dine in but take out orders are always wrong so I recommend not getting take out. This past time they forgot a burger of course we didn't realize until we got home so we had to drive back to get it. It's an annoying inconvenience that has happened nearly every time we have ordered takeout something has been wrong. It was poppin' even on a Wednesday evening! I always like to try entrees that are named after the restaurant. The zinburger did not disappoint and it was delicious! The beef was cooked medium and it came out probably more like medium rare...but I actually like my meat medium rare so that was a great treat. I used to be in love with Zinburger, and visited the Grant location nearly every Sunday. But in the past year, there's been a subtle change. The fries, which used to be cooked to perfection, are just a little bit greasy. And the burgers, aren't quite as well-made, and the toppings are a bit of a mess. The milkshakes however, are just as amazing as ever. I'm hoping this is just a phase, and the restaurant goes back to the quality I've loved. I love this place! Definitely my favorite burgers in town. I've yet to have anything I dislike. My favorite though is actually the buffalo chicken sandwich. Soooo good! I also love the turkey burger, the flavoring of the meat is awesome. Can't go wrong with anything in the menu. Be warned - it gets busy most nights here so the call ahead wait list is a good bet. Oh Zinburger, you let me down AGAIN! I think I want a great burger and get sucked into thinking I must have been mistaken about my displeasure the last few times I have eaten there. Nope, it was just as bad. I ordered the wagyu burger and it was way smaller than the bun and lacking any taste. Very skimpy on the toppings and I swear it tasted just like my husband's burger, which wasn't wagyu and also was not good. I paid 9.00 for a sangria that was a very small glass and over filled with ice. It was about 5 sips of liquid. I asked for another with less ice and I swear it was exactly the same. 80 dollars later for two burgers, fries, two beers and sangria and two unhappy customers. Sure, they are known for their burgers and their burgers are very good. However, today, wanted to have a salad. May sound crazy to get a salad at a burger place but my salad was quite wonderful. You are given a choice on the salad I got (farm salad) of full or half portion-nice to have that option. I had the half option and it was plenty big for me. The items in the salad were chopped pretty fine, making it easy to scoop a mouthful with your fork without having to further cut things up. The pieces of chicken were a nice bit size, tender and tasty. I had the salad dressing on the side and didn't need to use all of it but it was very tasty. While I've heard others talk about how good the burgers are, I would say the salads are also very good. The passion fruit iced tea was also good. The waiter (Jon) was great-attentive but not intrusive since we were deep in discussion. He brought the tea and water as requested with lemons and even an extra plate of lemons. He was helpful to the two people that were ordering a burger on how they wanted it cooked. The restaurant is an area with several other restaurants-like a strip mall. There is a sheltered area when you enter in case it is cold. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a bar top seating area. There are a couple of rooms but only separated by glass. The fries and sides come in a large enough size for sharing. It was a good experience and good lunch. read more

This is a nice spot, right down the street from my apartment. It was our first time here a few days ago. I ordered a custom burger. It was a good burger, lacking in some ingredients (I added caramel iced onions and mushrooms- there were hardly any on it.) but otherwise good. Not a fan of how the burgers come without fries or any side choice, however. At the end of our meal my boyfriend and I split a caramel apple shake- now THAT was good! First time here...didn't go at a busy time. However mixed up my order. Blamed me for mix up. Bought new food...still wrong and cold. Brought fresh drink to table with things floating in it that were not the color if the lemonade I was drinking. I had brought my husband for his Birthday(today). The food is great but I hold Zinburger to a higher standard. We got there 10 to 2 and it was 2:50 and our order had yet to be taken. We talked to someone and they told us that there was only one waitress on the floor. I don't know why during the lunch rush there would only be one waitress. There were people that arrived after us that got their food before us. We had to ask multiple times for condiments and just resigned to not getting them. They gave us free dessert for the wait but to top it off we found a hair in one of our milkshakes. I've only been once, but will definitely be back. The Grassfed burger with Double Truffle Fries was INcredible. I added a fried egg and ordered it bunless = perfection. Topped the meal off with a chocolate malt which was creamy and delicious. Great service, too! We ate indoors (in December) and the patio was temporarily enclosed and heated with lamps, so there's that option. I'm looking forward to bringing my kids!! read more

Let me answer it this way, it's true. My review was based upon my trial of trying the burger many months ago. Since then, my husband and I went back. Here are the results. - Over priced - Not that Great - Not so fond of the customer experience either. I ordered the grass fed and my husband ordered the sunrise burger. Mine was okay, ( just a burger lol ) my husband's burger egg was over cooked. When mentioned to the server they plainly blamed it on my husband for not being specific on wanting the egg over easy instead of well done. So yeah, not fond of the service. Also, zinburger-- you don't need to keep asking me to show you my receipt. That's just awkward and weird.
