Great coffee and traditional matcha I believe can be elevated with accompaniments, like an amazing buttery croissant or a sweet and chewy mochi. It's important to know going in that Hazel is beloved by the Instagram set who enjoy the visual appeal of layered and flavored drinks with bright, bold, and contrasting colors. And good for them.
