    FREE SOUP W $30 ORDER...NOT TRUE!!!
    Lori K.

I thought it was appropriate to acknowledge how disappointing & unprofessional our experience was at Zingers Deli today. It is sad because when the original owners opened Zingers, it was wonderful. Their food was excellent, the staff were accommodating, and they did not have false advertisements. On the Zinger's website, it states that members get FREE DELIVERY with $25+ order. It also offers a free cup of soup with any...(but does not subtract the $5.99 from the total when checking out). The prices on the website are different than in the take out menu in the restaurant. I also received an email (as a member) for $7 off a $30 order. NONE OF THESE OFFERS WERE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ORDER OF $46.38. Now, that is what I call fraudulent advertising. So sad. I can promise you this...you will never receive another order from this family.

Stopped in to Zinger's for an old fashioned, overstuffed deli sandwich after not eating there in a very long time and feeling super hungry. The place was empty and stayed empty throughout our entire meal. Hmmm...we wondered! We remembered when we used to stand out in the parking lot waiting an hour for a table! The posted sign said we could seat ourselves and we did. Our waitress was attentive and came over to our table immediately. We placed our two sandwich orders and my husband asked her if we could get a bowl of coleslaw for the two of us while we waited for our sandwiches. She told him we could not and that cole slaw comes WITH the sandwich. His sandwich didn't come with any, however! My sweet potato fries arrived late... We only ordered 2 items each, plus drinks. When I asked where my order of fries was, I was told that they can only make one order of fries at a time. I guess my husband's fries were 1st in line at the deep fryer.., I don't know. I am not a complainer. I waited and then my fries arrived. The meats on my sandwiches, both the corned beef and the pastrami were a bit too fatty for my taste. That for me is a definite turn off!! The sandwiches weren't "overstuffed" like they used to be either. You live, you learn, and you move on....

I agree with Harvey , higher way less quality . Going here since it was pisstrommy queen . Now it's nothing close to a queen . An empty cafeteria

Empty restaurant except for 2 of us

The service was extremely poor, considering that there was no one in the place. The prices are way too high for the quality and amount of food.

Fairly limited selection of items on the menu for a delicatessen but the pastrami was good and the sandwich was loaded. The potato knish didn't taste homemade but it was good.

Dry ceasar salad I thought they come with ceasar dressing but I guess I'm wrong.

The place won't make it. $20 for a Rueben Sandwich and it wasn't that good. Way too expensive. Not enough help. Won't be back.

Did you know the Crispy Poblano chicken salad is their most ordered item on the menu? It is my favorite too. The chicken has a great flavor and the crispness of the chicken is not too fried. I like the pickled onions and how it blends well with the dressing. The cotija cheese doesn't have a little of flavor but is ok. This time the bread had more flavor. Maybe because I ordered from a different location. I enjoyed the salt and vinegar chips. They were crisp and went well with my salad.

You'd think something of that size might sacrifice quality or flavor, but not this. It was super tasty from the first bite to the last. I started coming here in early 2025 and that first visit was delicious and absolutely memorable... But if you read my original review of Vinny's Cafe, you'll see the issues I initially had... They bring in huge crowds (long lines; sometimes out the door for a good 50 foot)... and they have a lot of staff making these wraps on the assembly line but the staff are not consistent so don't be surprised if one wrap is wet and another day is dry, or one wrap is tightly rolled and another is falling apart; my biggest gripe is the fatty meat I got once so I just avoid roast beef... With that said, I have continued to come and I have learned to (1) order the wraps you know you like (don't experiment) and (2) try to use the staff you recognize from times your wrap was really good. Since then I have been ordering the same wrap every time (CHICKEN CESAR WRAP as it comes with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes) and it's been better... I also come at odd hours to avoid the insane long lines. Overall the wraps are amazing (and huge) but a bit inconsistent

I also asked my fiancee to buy me chocolate fudge protein snack. The sailor wrap was so much better than what we expected. It tasted perfectly seasoned not too heavy on the sauce and all the ingredients on the inside went well together. The bagel gets 3/5 stars but that might be because we drove 40 minutes home and asked everything for togo. Next time we get to try it again, we will try it while we are there and let you guys know with an update. They had ran out of several bagel flavors when we were there, so this place must be a pretty popular stop for bagels for the locals who live there. The chocolate snack that was loaded with 10g of protein had a nice taste and texture. I will for sure get it again next time. We decided to go with their "specialty" -- bagels. They have a dozen and half types of bagels and 20+ types of cream cheese and spreads from which to choose. I got a whole wheat bagel, toasted, with lox cream cheese spread and tomato slices on the side. Just half a bagel was more than enough -- overstuffed with the cream cheese. My husband an everything bagel toasted with sun-dried tomato jalapeño cream cheese spread. He too only ate half of his bagel along with some coffee. We shared a piece of crumb cake for dessert. The cake was so moist and the crumb topping a perfect mix of cinnamon and sugar etc. We were able to find a table inside. There's a small area with tables where you will enjoy chatting with your neighbors about what they got (the tuna was highly recommended by one lady) as tables are close together. There's a larger area on an outside patio but it was too hot today for us to be there. Service was very friendly and accommodating by everyone. They are getting popular, so plan on a short wait. You stand in line to order and then pay the same person who took your order and then prepared your food. We got some extra bagels to go. I know we will be back.
