Like, just being so kind & genuine & welcoming, out of their way. We were carbo-loading, preparing for 150+ miles on our bikes in the rain, & Adrias delivered. Great service! Our waitress was really nice. We came at 11:30 on a Saturday right after the early rush. We ordered biscuits and gravy with diced hash browns and a side of French toast and a breakfast sandwich with hash browns. I ordered an over easy egg on my sandwich and it was perfect. If runny eggs aren't your thing you can order them however you want. The sourdough bread was perfect and the bacon was just right. Honestly best breakfast sandwich I've had (eating out) in a long time. The hash browns were cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy. The biscuits and gravy were pretty good. I like a little more sausage in my gravy. The biscuits were fluffy though. The French toast was good. Nice big thick pieces of bread. The portions for everything were huge. They weren't stingy with the gravy at all. This was a good thing as we had been traipsing all morning around Best Friends animal sanctuary and starving. My wife and I visited Adria's Restaurant for breakfast and found it to be just ok. There were very few people dining when we arrived, yet the service was still very slow. My coffee was good, but it quickly became cold and the server never came back around to check on us or to provide a refill/warm up. The food was about as good as I could make at home-which isn't saying much because I'm a terrible cook. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were a strange consistency. The potatoes had almost no flavor at all and the bacon was chewy and cold. My wife enjoyed the side of pancakes, which I tried, but didn't find them to be anything special. Great experience! I went with a group of friends and we ordered buffalo wings, fried pickles, and onion rings for appetizers. The wings were well cooked and had a great Buffalo sauce. Fried pickles and onion rights were very crisp, and had a southwest dipping sauce that was incredible! Three of us ordered burgers and they were delicious. Our other friend ordered the ribs and they were awesome! Our server's name was Jason and he had incredible service. He was very nice, on top of everything, and was very personal. Not a great dining experience. We are staying in Kanab for an evening on vacation, just got done with a big hike and wanted some dinner. Stopped by Adria's and unfortunately it wasn't a great pick; -Service was slow, looked like 3 people working front of house at max. We waited for probably 10-15 minutes before being waited on. -A table came in and sat after we were sat and they got served first. They also got their food before us and were out the door by the time we got our food. -We got fried pickles as an appetizer which wasn't too bad. Then we got a wedge salad, Buffalo chicken sandwich, and 2 cheesesteak sandwiches. Was told the wedge and the chicken were decent, but the cheesesteak sandwiches were very disappointing. Essentially tasted like cheesy meat mush. Didn't see any mushrooms, very little peppers and my jalapeño's (which were an upcharge) didn't seem to be on my sandwich. We were probably there for an hour and a half, waiting about 50 minutes for our food when there were maybe 14 customers in the entire restaurant (counting us and the people sitting at the bar just drinking) so food times should not take that long. They claimed to be a "new" restaurant on their signage outside, but it looks like they've been there for over a year or so, so I'm not sure that would be a great excuse for the service. I understand being understaffed or being a new restaurant, but ultimately if you want a good bite to eat with a good experience, I'd look elsewhere. They didn't seem to be aware or apologetic of their sub par service. read more

My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy and he said it was one of the best gravies he's ever had. I ordered their cowboy combo, which was a sausage patty, two eggs, potatoes and pancakes. I ordered a side of gravy and wow so good!!! I am not a fan of home fries but these were pretty good. They were smaller cubes and cooked until they were creamy on the inside. Pancakes were standard. We're in Kanab visiting National parks, and when possible we like to eat local. Looking through their menu, we settled to eat there. First thing they did was bring a pitcher of ice water. Awesome. Service was quick, everyone basically got what they wanted and finished their meals. Father in law got fish and chips, wife and nephew got the macaroni and cheese, daughter got pasta, and I got the cheese steak. Honestly, I'd go back again in a heart beat. Their prices are reasonable (from California), and the drinks were on the cheaper side. Dessert was the chocolate lava cake (they were out of the other desserts). Only complaint is the lava cake wasn't lava-ing, but that's so minor it doesn't matter. Excellent! Patron this establishment! read more

Delicious spot for a country/comfort food styled breakfast. We took ours to go but did stop in to pick up the food, and the inside was very comforting and just felt like a home styled restaurant. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant smelt incredible of bacon and other breakfast foods. They have a small menu (which I like, means food is usually prepared fresh) and next time I am in town I will be coming back for a sit down breakfast and to try their biscuits, which I heard from a local are very very good. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and the traditional breakfast. Got our sandwich on sourdough and it was incredible. They give a lot of food and honestly I was pretty full after just the sandwich. If you're traveling through town I suggest you try somewhere else. I just had one of the worst dinning experiences of my life. I will admit I had high expectations because of so many other great diners and small restaurants throughout utah. I'll just stick to the bullet points: - my BLT had one and a half pieces of bacon on it. - I asked for an egg on my BLT and the server said the cook didn't want to put it on so they put it on the side... - I ordered the gourmet Mac and cheese and it took an actual 45 min to come out. That is not an exaggeration. - when I tried to pay our check and cancel the mac and cheese I was told the manager had left and our server couldn't void what I never received. - I was handed a hot styrofoam box of mac and cheese after 45 min and then charged for it. In the end I'm only writing this because I wish someone else would have saved me the $70 (yes $70.) hope this helps someone else. read more
