Shane and Victoria were great, this was our first time at pacific creek zip line. We did the 1.5 hour tour. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Shane and Victoria for the laugh and great care and making my son first time and birthday special.

Some experiences remain etched in the human mind for years, and recalling them brings a sense of joy. Today was one of those days in my life. I've embarked on numerous adventures, and the Pacific Crest Zipline stands out among them. These exhilarating experiences wouldn't have been possible without the guidance of two expert coaches, Sean and Noah. Their patience, reliability, and extensive knowledge made this a truly remarkable and unique moment for me. Moreover, beyond the thrill of the zipline, one should also savor the city's beauty and its inviting environment. Live music and delectable food add the finishing touches to a perfect day. Sean and Noah, thank you for making this day unforgettable!

This zip line tour is one for the books! From checking in which is super easy, to getting up to the zip line course it's self! We had an absolute blast! Ray and Everette (if I spelled his name wrong I'm sorry! lol) were the greatest! Super informative, calm with answering our questions and making sure we fully understood the whole process. They made the experience a blast. Our group was also really awesome and couldn't have asked for better individuals to have been on this tour with us. Definitely will be back but for a longer course next time!

My mom has terminal pancreatic cancer and ziplining was #1 on her bucket list. We chose Ziplines at Pacific Crest because it was close to home and had amazing reviews, and I can't overstate how awesome this experience was for both of us. The guides, Casey and Noah, were so encouraging throughout the entire experience when she needed a little break or encouragement during our Mountain View Tour. During one of the ziplines, she accidentally got her glove stuck in the wheel and was stranded about 100 yards out. Casey quickly came to rescue and brought her back, walking upside down, which was astonishing. At the end of the trip, I felt compelled to let the guides know about my mom's condition and how they exceeded every expectation we had for the tour. Their reaction showed genuine care and made the moment even more special. This truly was an experience of a lifetime and one I'd recommend for any and everyone

Wowowow!!!!! This was the most incredible experience ever! We really didn't know what we were signing up for, but everything was AMAZING, the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Bought two admissions of the "mountain view" tours and it was well worth it! Ziplines at Pacific Crest was very accommodating and we essentially got our own private tour. Our tour guides, Noah and Alex were absolutely phenomenal and they made our tour very memorable. I highly recommend requesting Noah and Alex as your tour guides after booking your tours.

I love ziplining and most things adventurous these days. I have been here twice now with very similar yet very different experiences. Steven first treated me to a zipline tour here in 2018 right before my birthday. He purchased the Mountain Tour for me. It was nothing but amazing. This tour was the biggest/thrilling tour I had based on previous zipline events which were small, or not as pretty. This was also in the middle of the forest and the views are beautiful, most zips are fast, and some are very long. I do not remember the instructors names but they were both awesome. They were fun, funny, friendly, and made sure we had a great time. The pictures came out vibrant and beautiful. I had gone solo on this tour but the other customers in my group were also having fun and they were funny. So based on this amazing experience I randomly asked my best friend if she would like to join me and I wanted to try out the Canopy Tour since this was the other one I had not tried. She was nervous but joined. The main differences I saw between the two is that the Canopy Tour had two extra zips and went for an hour longer. In a nut shell, I still had a blast. I was having so much fun in fact, that my friend and I seemed to have annoyed the other people in our group. We laughed and had fun pretty much the whole time while most of the group was pretty quiet with the occasional stares, etc. I was still having a blast when my friend did make me aware of all the complaining from one instructor and as I think more and more about this event I am feeling a little disappointed despite the fun I had. It started even before we got our equipment put on inside the building. The two instructors we had asked if anyone had to use the restroom because we would be gone for 3.5 hours. When two members of the group said yes the staff working at the counter threw a fit and said now we were going to run behind. It turns out the bathrooms down the street were locked up so they had to use the ones inside the office and we didn't run a minute behind on that factor because they were putting the equipment on us. The views were beautiful. I wish I had pants with zippers that I could have zipped my phone in and had the opportunity to take the beautiful forest filled with snow all over. One of the instructors was awesome the whole time. Chill, funny, laughed, had fun, joked, never in a bad mood. Now that I think about it, the other one complained most of the time. The instructor was then already concerned after the second zip and asked if my friend was going to be okay and if she would need to leave the tour. (She was stopping too early, and pulled herself the rest of the way as instructed), Then I was asked if I would be. (I wasn't stopping fast enough). I said I had done this before and just had to figure it out again. It was only two zips in too and one was basically a practice. The instructor was very concerned about the big and very fast zip that would appear halfway for reasons like this I guess. Half of the group went through that major zip and the rest of us were waiting on the other side for a very long time. It turns out the emergency brake went off when it wasn't supposed to and tangled itself on one of the members in our group. Nothing bad or harmful but it was an accident that happened. Unfortunately, it delayed us for a long time and really set the mood off. When we all made it over the instructor said we were lucky we missed out but I looked and everyone was even more quiet at that point and the instructor was in a very bad mood now. After this there was a ton of complaining about the situation, the other instructor, work, the particular tour they had to keep working as opposed to the other one, the day, couldn't do this and that now because they were going to be stuck at work late etc. I totally get it. To me the job sounds fun but I don't actually work it. I get that things happened that shouldn't have and its frustrating. I get that everyone gets frustrated at work. But, I already deal with this every day and I am sure most others do and I do outside of work too. We paid good money to go out and have a blast and breathe and have fun. Couldn't things be a little more subtle for customers? So our tour ended up being five hours because of this as opposed to the 3.5. Steven came with us but enjoyed the town while we were gone and he noticed that the same instructor stormed out of the office when we got back to get a sandwich and was annoyed about being late and not doing their other activities. I still had a blast. I highly recommend coming here. The views are beautiful and the instructors are usually having fun and making you laugh and having a good time. Hopefully you will end up in a fun group that wants to do the same. I just suggest that the employees be a little more aware of why customers are here and try to keep a good vibe and keep the complaining/bad vibes/bad day/etc. to themselves, even in the office.

Ziplines at Pacific Crest is amazing and I can't wait to come back to do the Canopy Tour! Alex and Nolan were excellent guides, and the group we went with couldn't have been better! When I go back, I'd definitely request them to be my guides again. This is a super fun, interactive, outdoor activity! Unlike the ziplining in Catalina, prepare to be a more active participant than tucking your legs in and hopping off the platforms! It was a blast from introductions to goodbyes. The pictures they took were great too! Loved the experience and can't wait to do it again. Mad it took me this long to check out! Totally worth it! And remember, trust your equipment! :)

Casey and Tat were Fantastic! These two were so encouraging the entire trip and instantly made our entire group comfortable from the start. I can sense their enthusiasm and heart for this type of activity and it truly shows in their character. Shoutout as well to Conrad for the Off Road journey in the van up the mountain. I know that's part of the package to deliver us safely but I admired his driving skill up the dirt road on the mountain trails. I would recommend this to anyone, especially for those who may have a fear of heights. This is the perfect way to face your fear and have a great support group to walk you through it. I booked the Canopy Tour with Shawn and Crush and It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. Both Shawn and Crush were very friendly, helpful, patient and experienced. I never doubted their skills and they made me feel very comfortable zipping down a 300 foot high platform going 65-70 mph.

I did the Canopy Tour which was incredible. The lines were amazing, each one better than the one before. 2 rappels and a couple of bridges. I loved every minute of it. Including the van ride up to the course (tip: hold on tight) My guides were Alex and Nolan and they made the adventure! They were knowledgeable about the course, safety, the surrounding nature, and of course filled with terrible jokes. I went as a solo rider mixed in with a couple and a b-day group, and for those of you who do things like this alone the tour guides are the make or break. They did a great job of breaking the ice, communicating with everyone, and getting the whole group to socialize. And when it came time to the last zip which is a head to head race. They made sure I was still able to race someone and not be the odd man out! (I beat guide Nolan by a hair!) I highly recommend Ziplines at Pacific Crest and Alex and Nolan. You can request guides too I hear! Also make sure to check out Wrightwood for a bite or a drink after. It is the cutest little town and you'll be right in the center when you finish. read more

I will start this out with I did not want to zipline. At all. I was part of a group that had this booked as part of a leadership learning event and felt that participation would be good for me. But I was terrified. Our guides were Emily and Fox. They were outstanding! After the first zip I was shaking, crying. Emily had strong, patient, confidence and made me feel as though she and I were doing this together, and that she would fiercely protect me. I continued to have experience some fear with stepping off throughout the day but did learn to lean back and trust my guides and trust my equipment so that I could enjoy the view, freedom, and experience. We purchased this adventure through groupon. We were not disappointed. We had a great time and was thrilling. Casey "Jones" and Travis were our guides and they made it very fun. "Awful" jokes to go along with a great adventure. Both of them were very nice and great to talk to about what we would be experiencing. Very positive vibes and could chat about anything as well. They made the trip that much more fun. The tour itself was great the zip lines the small hikes the jumps hell even the car ride up to the starting area was a thrill. My husband, 11 year son and I just got back from the Canopy Tour. All I can say is WOW! It was so fun!! Jessie at the front desk was delightful! Our guides (Ray, Alex and Shane) were perfect - respectful, funny, nice and the perfect balance of easy-going and professional. I felt both safe and relaxed. The scenery was gorgeous and the ziplines, bridges and rappelling areas were exhilarating! Plus, Wrightwood is a cute little town to visit before or after if you have time. All in all, I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Worth every penny! read more

Ok so let's start out by saying I have a fear of heights and wanted to try this!! So if that helps anyone to push your limits at all I would say deff come here for your first time!! Shane was so patient with me even when I thought I was going to give up. My other tour guide was nakita and she was also so patient and made jokes to ease my fears !! So glad we got them as the tour guides. I'm sure everyone else is amazing as well but I'd recommend them :) This was worth it for sure! There was a van ride up to the first zip line not much hiking up which was nice as well ! read more

100% enjoyed our adventure with Rich and Sean! We were celebrating a friends birthday and it was his first time zip-lining. He loved it! Rich was "rich" with all the jokes (he's a punny one). Sean was very patient and encouraging throughout, especially when we were scared sh*tless at the "leaps of faith." We had a beautiful view of the mountain and trees plus we had a (very) mini snowfall halfway through. Overall, recommend this place for first time zip-lining or for anyone just wanting an adventure outside the city. read more

My family and I went zip lining for my husband's birthday and it was so much fun! We had a small group of 3 guides (Nick, Noah, and Fox) and 7 people. Our guides were were knowledgeable, sweet, and super hilarious. They made sure everything and everyone was safe and that everyone had a good time. Glasses are safe to keep on as long as it's snuggly, but unless you have pockets that zip I probably wouldn't bring a phone. They take a bunch of photos of you along the journey anyway that goes up on their website for up to a year. The scenery was so beautiful too! Our guides pointed out cool mountains at the top and told us about the local culture during our ride to the location. I definitely recommend this! And ask for Nick, Noah, or Fox! read more

What a fun day! Casey and Garrett were our awesome guides. Instructions were clear and approachable and didn't seem too complicated (I'm sure there is a lot that goes into dumbing it down lol). I especially loved that I didn't have to fuss with any of the gear, they did everything for us. Jurassic Park van ride up to the zips was exciting, great conversation and smiles along the way. One person in our group had a bad ankle and our guides went out of their way to accommodate so they didn't miss out on anything. Mountain Tour was perfect, enough to feel the nerves but good confidence booster after the first few. Epic day, epic course, epic guides. Grab a beer at the brew house after! Will 100% return. This was seriously SUCH A BLAST! I cannot wait to go again. We did the 3.5 hour Canopy Tour !! 9 ziplines at the tippy top of allll the treees! With the longest one being 1500 ft long. 2 suspended bridges.....INDIANA JONES style!! 90 feet up in the air! Did I mention there's suspended sky stairs?! . Our guides were Marissa and Emily! This was my first experience ziplining of any kind and I'm glad I got to do this one despite a bit of windchill. My GF planned this out for me and her two cousins so it definitely added to the enjoyment. This business is very professional when it comes to introducing first-timers as well as veterans so no need to worry about sketchy instructors. Ben and Rich, our instructors, were very knowledgable about the field, funny, kind and awesome. Be sure to ask for their availability if u have the chance. We chose to do the 2.5-hour ziplining tour which consists of 6 ziplines and 2 drop-downs where u repel off a tree! There's also a bit of an easy hike and canopy tour to get to some of the vantage points in which you get a nice view of the San Gabriel mountains so break out your hiking shoes! Also, layer up if you plan to go during fall/winter time. As for the ziplining itself, our instructors were easy and patient with our group and made us feel very comfortable about speeding down a mountain at 55 mph. We had an awesome group of 9 people and we all had a blast. Thanks again Rich and Ben for this memorable experience! read more

I was so scared to go zip lining! But, I did it and had the best time ever. My husband and I went for our 33rd wedding anniversary and I knew when we booked it, it would be a challenge for me. Upon arriving, Lauren was a wonderful, calming presence and locked our keys and phones up and got us started. We met Main Shane and Carson who gave us the low down and got us set with gear and lots of dad jokes which eased my fears. There are videos to watch and they take any and all questions, which also made me feel better. We were with a family of four who were also great fun and all of us jumped in the van to travel up to the zip lines. Our adventure was at 9:20 so Manny, the driver, got us up quickly and there were more terribly fun dad jokes. (Best driver of all time). We hiked a bit (maybe 100 steps) and got to the practice zips. Main Shane made sure we understood all of the key points while also realizing we wanted to GO! I decided to go first just to go- the first zip was super short and was just enough to build my confidence (everyone else was completely fine). We zipped a second, little longer zip, and practiced braking. Again, both Main Shane and Carson were supportive, patient and so helpful! Shane told us there was a point of no return so, when we got there, you could say, "I'm done," and leave the experience. I felt so much better that there was no way I was stopping. My confidence was all because of the practice zips and Shane and Carson. We also did two jumps off the zip landings. They explained it wasn't a bungee jump but where we would step off the edge, fall a couple of feet and then they'd catch us with the special rope (like they use in rock climbing), and lower us down. That was the hardest for me. Helpful tip: don't think, just step out and it's FINE and fun! We finished with three more zip lines and a final jump and then took the van home with Manny and dad jokes . This was a great experience and worth every penny. Tessa checked us out and made sure we had a fun time. We had lunch in the village and drove home. Knowing how scared I was at the beginning, I'm so happy and proud that I did it! My husband had a blast and so did the family! We are already planning our next visit! Maybe in the snow! We highly recommend Pacific Crest Zip Lines because of the GREAT people who work there! We've already told all of our friends and they're ready to go, too! read more

We had issues arriving on time previously and had to reschedule (twice!) but the staff was kind and prompt with providing information for rescheduling. SOOO good!!!! I did an all-day with guides Ray and Jessi and they were SO funny and SO personable. My nerves left as soon as we started the set-up!!! I will say that for the all-day package there are 2 non-ziplining activities that are more of a "freefall" that I had absolutely no idea about... But I swear they are doable!! I would just feel like a bad person if I didn't mention it lol. You are attached to everything like normal, but you jump off the platform instead of zipline across. The freefall feeling lasts ONE second and the rest is a slow descend. My guide had been working there for 8.5 years and the systems set in place were nothing short of impeccable! read more

My entire group had a blast on Monday. Crush and Sean was so awesome. They were super patience with our entire group. We had two people in our group that were deaf and myself who typically walks slow. But Crush and Sean was so genuinely nice and patience with all of us. The best parts were all the jokes during the entire trip. Keep us laughing for hours. My friend and I had a lot of anxiety in the beginning of the trip but these two guys helped us so much that we regretted even letting them know we were scared. At the end of the trip we came in like pros lol thanks to the help of Crush and Sean. read more

My friends and I decided to do this as a treat to ourselves finishing our school year and although, a couple of us were hesitant and quite nervous, we had a BLAST. We had Ray and Cool Matt as our guides and they walked us through the whole thing and were extremely patient with us. My cousins and I came for my sister's birthday. It was so much fun! Conrad was a great driver and had us entertained during the drive up to the hiking trail. Sage and Sean E. were great tour guides. They went through everything clearly. They were patient and answered all of our questions. We got a great deal on Groupon and booked the Canopy Tour for 6 people. I was expecting a much easier hike, but this is definitely not a course for beginners. The good thing is that everyone in our group was able to finish. The hike does leave you winded throughout the tour and those zip lines are high. So if you're terrified of heights, you will be struggling. Because Sage and Sean were so attentive, we were able to put fear aside and get through the course. In the end, it was all worth it and we have some awesome pictures to remember the day. I recommend bringing cash to be able to tip your guides. Also because it was my sister's birthday (actual date), she got a free T-shirt. So make sure to let staff know if it's your birthday. read more

Best experience ever!! The canopy zipline package is amazing! The amount of adrenaline that runs through your body is incredible. The speed, the heights and amazing and beautiful views makes this experience incredibly unique. Our instructors, Rich and Miles were the best. They were extremely patient with us and very kind. Great jokes..... They made our experience so much fun. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high adrenaline adventure. read more

A couple friends and I decided to do the canopy tours and it was definitely worth it. It was my first time ziplining and Nick and Daniel were our tour guides. They were super helpful in easing our fears and were very knowledgeable about the area we were in. We all loved Daniel's puns and Nick's enthusiasm throughout the tour. We would definitely request those two again. I would say the tour guides definitely make your zipline experience better. I am planning on making another tour in the winter and maybe the moonlight tour because it was so awesome. read more

I've been wanting to zip for a few years now, but never made it happen. Once I found Ziplines At The Pacific Crest on line, I refused to let summer go by without going zip lining. My sister and cousin were up for the adventure, and by not looking at videos from Ziplines At The Pacific Crest, I had an extra layer of excitement. IT WAS SO WORTH IT! Ray and Justin were our instructors on this journey, and they are skilled professionals. As a group you could tell everyone felt safe. We laughed a lot, released some tribal screams, and you could see the confidence grow in group members over time. 3.5 hours of zip lining, rappelling from trees, crossing sky bridges, and I can't leave out the van ride that kicked it all off with a bang! read more

We did the canopy Tour Today for my Friend Birthday we were a party of 7 with 2 people scared of height's and let me tell you not only were our Guide's patient they kept us laughing and having such a wonderful time, we all most forgot all about being that high off the ground... We all would highly recommend going to the ziplines at Pacific.. I would love to go back before august to the night ziplines. . Definitely thinking about the all day trip with lunch.. Decided on the Canopy tour. Amazing stuff! Casey and Maddie did a great a job in guiding our group but most of all they made us feel safe and secure. Their presence made the whole experience that much more! For those that are not as active be ready for a short hike. They provided us with water, pictures were taken by the guides for later purchase, it's best if you leave your belongings behind, and enjoy the ride. We definitely will be booking again! I usually don't write reviews but wow! This experience was fantastic. We did the canopy tour that includes not only 9 zip lines but bridges and repelling. When you get to the mountains the air is so fresh and smells so nice from all the trees! And on top of that our tour instructor Ray was so amazing and made the experience so much better! He literally made us laugh the whole 3.5 hours with this witty and funny sense of humor. MUST ask for Ray! Andrew was very helpful and funny also. Tip: On the longest and most breathtaking zip line ride, two of the instructors will take one person each that's not that good at breaking so you don't have to worry about breaking and enjoy the long zip line! XD so pretend you're bad at breaking. Just kidding don't do that. Haha (I obviously sucked at breaking) Awesome experience. Would recommend to anyone. read more

So went ziplining on Sunday took off about 12:30 PM, there were 4 of us plus 2 other people. We had our two guides, Noah and Carson. We had a BLAST! Noah and Carson were great. So personable, helpful, teaching us what to do and what not to do. The ride up there was like Mr. Toad's wild ride, which was fun. Not alot of walking. The first three zip lines were teaching ones, which I thought they did a great job. We all had so much fun. The great thing about it was that all of the lines were different. We did the 9 ziplines, two suspension bridges, 2 repelling towers and then a I think it was called sky stairs. I can't tell you enough, how great the whole experience was. It was so thought out well, and at the last zipline we got to race with one of our friends, which I went with my BFF. I beat her! Was great! Then after everyone got done with that, they had us all stand on this suspended tree truck, which was flat on one side and took all of our pictures! We got done somewhere around 4 pm. Did this for my 30th birthday. The staff here are awesome,funny, and extremely professional. Definitely will be back to bring my nieces once they are old enough. You are the primary brake. You use a gloved hand to apply light pressure to the cable. However there are back up brakes the lead guide works. The lead guide will also instruct you on when to start or stop braking.

You drive most of the way up to the1st zipline, then walk the rest. Its a lil bit of a steep incline but its not a long way you hve to walk. Their short hikes throughout the duration of the trip.

We did the Master Zipline course, and it was definitely worth it! It includes 7 zip lines and about a one-hour hike. Be prepared for the hike it has a bit of an incline, but it's absolutely manageable. The longest zip line is around 1,800 feet, and the highest one is approximately 380 feet. The Sky Gym was challenging but super fun, with tons of different obstacles to do. They also gave us plenty of water and breaks during the hike, which was really nice of them. If you're thinking about doing it, absolutely go for it! It's a great physical activity while having the most fun. We would definitely do it again! Thanks to our instructors for being super helpful.

[img 1 of 4] Sat, Mar 7 -- When I finally make plans to go, the resort closed. Not just that, they (unintentionally) pulled a bait and switch a couple times. My complaint isn't the weather. My complaint is the repeated false hope from their announcement approach. Seeing how bad the weather had been, wish they had just announced early that they will not open the next day, well before the dilettantes had already gone out and rented ski gear the day before. Save me the trouble of repeatedly refreshing their mountain report webpage every hour beside my expensive snowboard rental eagerly waiting to shred. - "WIND HOLD - UPDATE AT 10AM" For a while it had already been well past 10AM and no update yet... - "We are planning to open Chair #1 at 11AM ... with full operations by 12PM" almost made me start the ~2hr drive to their resort already. Imagine the infuriating waste of gas that would've been. - "Snow Play will be open Saturday" Sounds like an assurance... - Finally! Around 1pm, "Closed Due to High Winds". ¡No me digas! - lol below that, still "Snow Play will be open Saturday"... [2/4] Sun Mar 15 Round 2 of Mt Baldy disappointment after having already eagerly rented the expensive snowboard package a 2nd time, here we go! - "Snow Play will be open Saturday" ok, the assurance again. - "We'll be open through Monday" so we're for sure for sure now, right? - "... tomorrow March 16. Unfortunately we will not be open" Again?? Mer alors! + Silver lining: Thank you Mt Baldy at least for notifying me before I already started driving up the mountain. - "we're still hopeful!" (at this point, ) lol suuure -- "bring any unused tickets to the mountain for a gift card" ....uhhh what? After EVERYTHING, I'm now being encouraged to drive allll the way up to the mountain?? Gas prices must be an all-time low these days... [3/4] -- Prepaid parking disappointment. Their website kept saying "Please select at least one rate type to continue", so I kept selecting the single parking ticket rate, but the website wouldn't relent. - Occasionally it'd give me a tease by loading a new page... only to reveal "Not Confirmed" or "404 Page not found". . Note: I eventually realized by "rate" the website meant to buy an actual ski ticket, meaning you can't buy a parking ticket without buying a ski ticket... Well that defeats the purpose of a free ski ticket, innit? (lol I did slang in Spanish, French, and British) - lol so much for the online marketing tease "prepaid parking is discounted!" [4/4] Wed Dec 3 - Their email correspondence seems to have technical difficulties. After 5 days without response, I tried again. ~ Finally, 13 days since my thumb-twiddling had begun, they finally get back to me. Kinda. Ultimately, Mt Baldy's free ticket wasted me +$60 and much time and emotional energy. Mt Baldy? More like Mt False Hopey. lol just send me $120 (ticket price) flat and we'll probably be good.

I took my teen boys up on Thanksgiving weekend. I adjusted expectations as I have heard a lot of…read morenegative reviews but Mount Baldy is much nearer to us than other SoCal resorts and so we decided to check it out. The lift tickets and rentals are significantly cheaper than the bigger resorts in the area but you will need to book both online in advance. You can also book parking in advance and it is cheaper to do so. I wish there was more information on the website to tell us what to expect. So here is my experience. Once you arrive at the parking lot, they will ask for payment. If you have booked in advance, you just tell them and they will wave you through. Just follow the staff's directions to park. We arrived at about 8:30am on a Saturday morning and there was plenty of parking available. You will then walk up a short but steep hill into the check-in hut. At this point, the will request that you fill in a waiver, which you should fill in online prior to arrival to speed up the process. You only need to fill this in once per season. Then you will be handed your parking ticket (for proof when you exit - but no one checked, as well as your lift ticket. You will be directed to the sugar pine chairlift #1, which is about a 20 min ride up to the resort area. This was probably the coldest part of the trip in the morning as the sun had yet to reach into the valley and the wind was quite strong. Once we got up onto resort level, we headed to the right which was the renal hut. The rental fitting process was quite smooth. You had to complete a form to, and when it's your turn, you hand the form to a member of staff who would send the relevant size to you. You start with the ski boot and then skis (or board). While you are waiting, you can grab helmets off the shelves in the waiting area. The last piece of equipment would be your poles (if needed) as you exit). On the day we went, the snow was packed powder and pretty good to ski on. As the day wore on, it got a little slushy in places but still very nice to ski on. It was quite warm and there were people who removed their jackets. The trails are not well marked so we spent quite a lot of time staring at the map. Turns out we went onto a wrong trail at one point! There were barely any lines at the lifts, nor was it super crowded, so we could get our runs in quite quickly. On the other hand, there isn't a wide variety of beginner runs. As for food, well, the food is standard ski lodge food - not great and quite expected. There was a line but unlike other ski resorts, we were able to get seating pretty quickly and the line was not too long. I imagine it could get worse in peak season when you have more folks coming up for snow play. So maybe bring some food. Talking about bringing food, there aren't any lockers for your valuables. We were told we could leave our bags in open cubbies. I carried my bag since I wanted water on my, but in hindsight, since the mountain wasn't big, I could have left it and just carried my wallet and phone. Overall, it was a lovely first experience skiing here. I would like to check it out in peak season when there's more traffic to see how the infrastructure handles the crowds. It's really nice to be able to ski without my toes and fingers freezing up or waiting in long lines.

Unfortunately, due to a mistake on our end when marking our calendar, we missed our original booking date. We absolutely acknowledged and took full responsibility for the error, and respectfully reached out to Big Bear Zipline to explain the situation and see what options were available to salvage the experience. As shown in the attached screenshots, we approached the situation kindly, respectfully, and understanding that businesses must balance policies with customer service. We shared that we were not asking for a free experience, but simply hoped for some understanding given the circumstances and the significant payment we had already made. Despite our efforts to find a middle ground, the business remained firm, reiterating that although they "have compassion," they would not accommodate further without additional payment. While we respected their right to enforce their policy, the interaction felt very transactional, and sadly did not reflect the spirit of hospitality we had hoped for when planning a meaningful family trip. We received one email when we purchased the tickets two months ago and one phone call 10 minutes before our scheduled reservation. In the end, it may have been a blessing in disguise. We explored other activities around Big Bear that felt incredibly welcoming, fun, and family-oriented -- experiences that created beautiful memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We share this review not out of anger, but to offer honest feedback: mistakes happen, and sometimes, a little flexibility and kindness could leave a much bigger, positive impact on families looking to create lasting memories.

For this most recent long three-day weekend in Lake Arrowhead we decided to finally give this place a try. We are two adults in our 30s with no kids. It is important to note that because honestly, this place is for children 10 and under. It is not for teens or adults. It is honestly pretty underwhelming if you are an adult, but it can be quite charming if you are a child. It is also $55 per person and $15 for parking which is a bit expensive, but I understand the inflated price due to the location and having to staff it. One thing about this place that is nice is they don't have a bunch of add-ons once you get inside, so you really do just pay one price unless you decide to get food as well. The other part of this park is specifically designed for people into mountain biking. They have six different trails ranging in difficulty from easy to difficult and about half of the visitors seemed to be doing that which we would go back specifically for. The activities for adults are pretty limited, so the main ones that we did were the bike in the air that goes around the rim of the property. This is the ride that you see in all the marketing and is the most popular. It was probably the most fun we had but it was honestly a bit scary once you get to the steepest point. It's about 50 feet above the ground so it would be quite a fall down. After that, we tried some archery and ax throwing which was surprisingly fun. After that, there was honestly nothing else that we could really do given our age and size so we headed out after that. This would be a great place to visit during December with children 10 and under because they do have Santa Claus and people in costumes and what not and each of the buildings is alpine themed and is very quaint. They also have a very large area that serves as a wedding location so I'm sure that is also another part of this place. There is a large free parking lot attached in front with EV charging available as well.

The crowd varies during the year, when we came during the fall weekday, it was empty and there was no wait for any of the activities. We came last week (3 days before Christmas) and we had to wait for each activity. It wasn't bad, but it did make the day longer. If you plan to eat, I would eat earlier because in the afternoon lunch our food took about 1hr. The highlight of the trip for my kid is santa and I'm glad we did that first to get a reservations. We did the mountain bike part earlier in the fall and that was nice if your kid is into it. We rented all the gear and opted for the tour guide to help us get use to it.

Some people were bringing in EZ-Ups, but I don't know if that's always allowed. The restrooms were also very well maintained. I'd definitely come here again!

It is just repetitive dunking of your baby's head in water while he looks off into the distance at the clock counting down the 30 minutes. I can do this on my own time. Waste of $55 and your time, I guess you get what you pay for. I will be taking my baby elsewhere to an actual reputable swim class with instructors who are actually trained and maybe give a damn. Shame on management for just assigning some random kid to teach a class of babies how to learn fundamental water safety/exposure.

What an exhilarating birthday for me! If you want great athletic challenge, interacting with energetic, knowledgeable and safe guides, savoring the scenic view from above the trees, then ZPC should be your next destination! Our guides, Emily and Casey truly made the all/day adventure fun for us. Emily was so patient with reluctant people but was also firm in her decision to discontinue their trip to keep everyone comfortable and most importantly, SAFE. Her expertise and wisdom clearly showed she wanted to provide the group an exciting experience but that safety was first and foremost! Her energy was contagious! Casey was a hilarious caboose. He was the quiet side kick but his constant attention to our equipment and to how we were feeling before each zip made everyone very comfortable. It became easy to trust Emily and Casey. They were able to make me jump off a tree and 'fly like a bird" after all. The Ultimate All Day Adventure was accurate in describing what we experienced! Our canopy tour with Alex and Justin was fantastic! Our original tour date was cancelled due to weather, but the team at PC made the rebooking process easy and the wait was definitely worth it! We were lucky to have the tour to ourselves with our guides. Alex was our tour lead and he was so much fun, knowledgeable and kept us engaged throughout the entire tour. He knew so much about the forest we were in and gave great recommendations for what to do around town! Justin was just as great! He ensured we were safe before every take off and he checked our equipment and how we were doing throughout the tour. He was kind and answered all of our questions! Both of our guides made our tour very enjoyable and laid back and we shared great moments with both of them. AND they took incredible photos!!! If you're hesitant about doing this, just GO FOR IT!! Had the last appointment of day today at 1pm. They canceled on us! Claim they don't offer refunds. Don't pick up their phones. They said they called us to let us know it was canceled. Checked my phone log... Called 20 mins before our appointment. You had all morning to call us and the other guests! No manager on site. No return call. This place is a legitimate SCAM Edit: what a joke. Adam the manager called me ten minutes after this review after I've been calling him and his business all day. He didn't offer a refund. Blamed the cancelation on us because we missed our original appointment. News flash: on the day we called to schedule the nice lady who picked up the phone offered to reschedule us at no cost. The fact you're refunding $50 less than our full costs is scummy. No apologies. No trying to make things right. Just pointing fingers. You'll be out of business in no time with your practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

Well, what I thought was going to be a mediocre tour, turned out nothing less than AWESOME!!! From start to finish was nothing less than amazing, positive experience. Everyone here was super nice and welcoming. (We had the best duo instructors... KC-J and Justin.. a loud shoutout to these two rockin gentleman....and super funny and fun). So long story short, my mindset was to get this even out of my bucket list to move on to the next event.... let me just say that my fiancé and I are booking our next two tours.., (moonlight zipping is a must do before I die on the list now)... of course we are going to book them with KC and Justin! If you are like me and aren't sure about trying zip lining, well let me just say that YOU are missing out in some adrenaline pumping positive experience... it's almost as cool as beating on a double bass drum-set... almost but definitely rockin!!! First of all, the trip was AMAZING. This was my first time zipping, it was something I always wanted to do. From the moment I walked into the office and began my tour, my guides, Nick, Crush and Ben, made me feel welcome, safe, at ease and excited. Nick, Crush and Ben were so fun. They explained everything and made sure you knew what was going on, how safe I was and how much fun I was going to have. Being the middle of April, the weather was perfect, the views were fantastic and zipping and repealing were more than I could have ever dreamed. Not only were Nick, Crush and Ben hilarious but very knowledgeable about the surroundings and compassionate about the environment. I can't wait to go to Pacific Crest Ziplines again and experience even more tours. read more

What a great experience it was for my family and friends on the Canopy tour with our guides Emily and Zach. It was sheer fun for us all and also a life changer! I actually overcame some very serious fears of heights and letting gooooo. I wasn't sure I could do it, but being with such knowledgable, caring, and good-humored people in such beautiful mountains made overcoming my fears feel so safe, at ease, and fun. In addition, the regard and respect Pacific Crest Ziplines has for nature can be seen in their conservation and knowledge of the trees, trails, and wildlife making the experience go far beyond the sheer thrill of ziplining through it. Best hidden local adventure in our local San Bernandino Mountains. Beautiful views, awesome ziplines!!!!, great hikes, and excellent free falls. My family and I had the best time ziplining with Pacific Crest and Kita and Clark our guides. Not only were they good at their jobs of keeping us safe and making sure we were doing things correctly, but they were also super funny and easy-going! For us, it was our first time ziplining, and it was exhilarating and exciting and we laughed a lot. I liked that our guides were so knowledgable about the wildlife and trees during our hikes. It was nice to see the giant pine tree which was struck by lightning. Thank you, Pacific Crest, Kita and Clark for making our day.! read more

i never leave yelp reviews but this place definitely deserves it....best day ever!! brought my mom up to wrightwood to go zip lining and it was out first time here, we were both a bit nervous at first but it was amazing!! all the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the girl who checked us in, to our tour guides who are both named sean! they were very funny, friendly, and super informative, they made the whole experience so much better! i highly recommend this place and that everyone do the canopy tour, so many ziplines and SO MUCH FUN. will definitely be coming back again so soon! thank you guys for such an amazing experience, cannot say enough great things about our experience!! read more

If your look for a fun adventure full of adrenaline here is the place to go! This place is so beautiful to zip line and the staff is just an added plus. They are very nice and you can tell they are passionate about their job. Shane and Rich couldn't have mad my group of 8 experience even more fun. We were laughing the whole time we were there. Not only that but they made sure we felt safe and were very patient with my group who mostly were scared of heights. After this experience I'm definitely coming again :) thank you so much for a perfect birthday adventure we had so much fun we even lost a shoes this definitely one for the books read more

This place is AMAZING! We had Fox and Matt as our tour guides and they were awesome! We couldn't have asked for better guides honestly. They had a lot of patience with my boyfriend and I, which we really appreciated. They made us feel safe and very secure since they would regularly check our gear. They were both very knowledgeable and very funny, always making jokes which made our adventure even better than it already was! Matt took some great photos, wish I could thank him for that! My mother, a friend, and me did the canopy tour and it was amazing. The drive up was a fun and bouncy Indiana Jones ride performed by their very skilled drivers. Once we hiked up a bit more our tour guides Shane and Casey explained to us the safety rules and actions. Ziplines give a beautiful view as you glide and can be crazy fast on some Ziplines! Casey and Shane were by far some of the best tour guides we have been with. They showed their passion of zip lining and taught us about the geography of the land. They are friendly, funny, and happy to help with anything. You must ask for them as your tour guides! read more

I've been on 2 other zipline tours in other cities run by other companies and Ziplines at Pacific Crest is definitely one of the best! From a safety standpoint I'd give the tour a 10 out of 10 considering all things including structural support of the lines, rigging, and process the guides follow for clipping in and unclipping guests. The ride is very smooth, enjoyable, and fast! Maddie and Alex were great tour guides and in addition to being safe, told lots of good jokes during the van ride and the short hikes between lines. I did the canopy tour and will consider going back for the Mountain view tour. read more

I went ziplining with my best friend for my graduation gift. Honestly we had an amazing time. It was such a fun experience! The instructors we had honestly made the trip. Casey and Daniel (hope I spelled right) were so personable, optimistic, and funny. They really made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time. I've never met workers who were so friendly! If I happen to be able to try another tour, I'll definitely try to request them. This was my second time Zipping and Nick and Casey made it way better than any other. There main focus was Safety first however, they found a way to make it extremely fun and memorable. Nick and Casey were both very polished professionals and had great knowledge of the environment which made the trip more memorable. When we were faced with some challenging wind conditions they let us in on the their secrets to keep things fun and enjoyable. Nine of us took the "Canopy Tour" Zip line over this past weekend. We had a blast. 3 1/2 hours of pure excitement and adrenalin rush. I recommend this zip lining adventure to everyone. We were fortunate to have Madis Dog and Nick as our tour guides. Professional, Funny, Encouraging, Patient and Informative. Not to mention our driver taking us up to the start line. What a ride!! We wanted to do a zip-line tour for quite some time now, and we finally made it at Pacific Crest. Our choice of place was random, but it was definitely worth it. Our guides, Fawkes (the only Fox out there) and Miles (beware, he has a twin brother-guide), they did a great job. We did the canopy tour and it was a blast. Our guides Brian (Ray) and Tess were fantastic. Knowledgeable about the local forest and Brian (Ray) kept us laughing with his corny jokes. The ziplines were fun and exhilarating and the bridges and the rappelling were fun also. All the equipment and the lines themselves seemed to be in very good condition and we felt very safe throughout our little adventure. Matt & Fawkes were attentive, easy going, and made the entire experience relaxing and fun. My husband and I had some nerves and anxiety of heights going into the activity, but felt safe and encouraged throughout the entire experience from our two tour guides! We especially appreciated the facts and discussion about different plants and animals in the forest. The ziplines were each different and offered amazing views of the tree line. I absolutely LOVED this experience! Our guides Nick and Fawkes were truly amazing. I am a person who is terrified of heights and this is the year of conquering fears so I wanted to give this a try.
