I drive a white vehicle and I have the top of the line car wash. Lately when i get my vehicle washed and drive away I have brown spots on my vehicle. The spots come from the "tire" shine that is put on so thick that by the time I drive five miles my vehicle is dirtier than when I took it to the wash. I have a monthly pass and I'm about ready to cancel because it is SUPER FRUSTRATING to pay money to have a car wash make your vehicle dirty. unbelievable. sure wish they would fix their problem. Zips purchased Wiki-Wiki Back in May, I wanted to treat my wife to something special when she took the kids out of state for a mini vacation and left her car here. I wanted to detail it for her which obviously included the car wash. Two zips employees greeted me at the payment kiosk stating that they're running a promotion for a free "Manager's Special" car wash with a club membership which they would then void after the car wash was finished. They were all over it and they swiped my card and put the RIFD sticker on the windshield bla bla bla... Here we are, months later and they're still charging us $35 a month for my "free" car wash. The bank continues to credit us for this OBVIOUS SCAM. Zips does not respond to refund request tickets and they are ignoring our bank. You might enjoy a daily car wash but just know...YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT OF THIS TRANSACTION!!! read more

This place needs to just close on down. We pull up, one young man runs over to motion us into the wash bay and then..... just totally walks away. There was no washing of the windows, no washing the windshield or back glass on our SUV, NOTHING! Furthermore, the wash seemed to be hardly working: not much soap, not much water, not much of the wax -we pretty much had what amounts to a useless carwash. This used to be a good place. When it was wiki wash. Then some new owner with no clue bought it, probably pays $7 an hour to the workers. Most of the time most of the vacuums don't work. If you're coming here to vacuum mostly, go somewhere else. Came here today pay $10 for a straight wash mostly so I could just use the vacuums. How about 2 out of maybe 30 we're working the rest were absolutely not working. The 15-year-olds that are working here can't be expected to care. This used to be my go-to place. Not anymore. Was a monthly car wash member at this location for several months. Noticed that my car was not actually getting clean. I would request that the person spraying ahead of wash would focus on the windshield and still had to go through sometimes as many as four times to get clean. They claim they have rags available but never do. Half the vacuums don't work. And the last time the windshield didn't get clean, the "manager" (he said) yelled, I don't know what's wrong with your windshield. Everyone else's gets clean. When I asked for the owners number, he refused. I was taking time to breathe and compose myself before leaving because I was having anxiety attack. He came up to my window asked me to roll it down, stood extremely close and told me he had AIDS, which is not an issue, except if you are close enough to convey bodily fluids, and in a pandemic, with a mask under his chin. I am going to be honest here. I did "flip him off" when he copped an attitude after I asked him to please clean the windshield better the second time. Avoid this place like the plague itself. read more

Horrible service, rude employees. Don't open on time. Three employees showed up at work 2 hours late and laughter when I asked to hurry up and open the car wash. I waited 15 min they still didn't move a muscle so I had to leave without washing my car. Just pathetic. Phone number is useless. You can't leave messages. Asked to cancel my membership ( it used to be a descent car wash under other management) they refused and said to call. Really? Complete waste of money snd time. They make it so easy to get a membership but absolute hell to cancel it. The phone number listed under their location on google isn't even their number- it's a random old guys number who isn't even associated with the car wash! When you call customer service nobody is available to answer, and when you fill out an online request to cancel nobody gets back to you. I ended up having to call my bank to get a brand new card after being charged for two months. Sometimes the car wash will randomly close for many hours without notice, and many of the vaccums are either turned off or do not work. I would just avoid this place entirely. read more

I remember when this location was brand new and was one of the better car washes in Charlotte. Unfortunately, after years of changing ownership (and names), this place is no longer even a option anymore for me. This place is so run down, the car wash itself is partially broken half the time (like once the dryers weren't working and once the spinning thing weren't working). Not to mention how half the vacuums at this place doesn't even have any suction, and I mean ANY. I wouldn't be surprised if someone was to buy this company out again. For the same prices that quality car washes like Sams charges, I recommend that no one come here. read more
