I wanted to love this place but it fell shy in a few places. First, I must say that the fish tacos were really good and the $15 pitcher of margarita on Thursday night was totally worth it. The shrimp ceviche was good; however, it wasn't authentic ceviche because it was just their fresh pico de gallo with steamed shrimp added on top. It was very good but not the traditional ceviche. Also, their bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and smelled like there was a major backup. Don't get me wrong, food was good, BUT I have to take off some stars for these misses. Staff was friendly enough and there was plenty of seating on a Thursday night. I wouldn't mind going back but I hope they fix the few issues.

Love the food and they have great lunch specials. Their patio is so nice and the staff is very attentive.

Came in for a quick dinner at 5 o'clock with my fiance. First visit. I was a bit skeptical at first, but service was great and fast. Sat us to a table quickly. Grande burrito is huge and spicy for those that like a smoky roasted pepper kick. $7 jumbo margarita special on wednesdays

I orded steak and chicken enchiladas. It didnt come with rice so I orded that as a side which was $5 I think. The enchilada shell itself tasted like straight mop water. I dont know what they do with it so I took it apart. I wouldve been better off with just chicken, cheese and rice. I did order a strawberry daiquiri and it was good and strong!! I also orded mozzarella sticks and they were good.

Visited with friends on a weekday. Since it was not packed, social distancing was easy. The staff had masks on. I ordered A carnitas plate. The food was delicious, but I didn't find it to be different from any other Mexican restaurant in the area. I will say -- the queso dip was AMAZING! I almost bought some to go.

Turns out I was exactly where I needed to be. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits, and they were phenomenal. The cornbread was incredible. I ordered the chicken and waffles. While I would've preferred a breast or thigh over the two wings that came with it, the waffle itself was one of the best I've ever had. It had crunchy, caramelized bits of sugar throughout that reminded me of cracking into crème brûlée. Easily an 11/10 waffle. My daughter loved the mac and cheese. The best part, though, was the people. Everyone was kind, the waitress was wonderful, and my daughter made a new friend before we even got our food. Presentation & Variety: The dish is a beautifully orchestrated showcase of premium seafood textures and clean flavors. The plate centers around a high-quality, lightly browned lump Blue crab cake resting atop a smooth bed of rich whipped potatoes. Individual Components: The Crab Cake: Features a golden-brown crust with minimal filler. It is packed with sweet, tender lump crab meat and garnished nicely with fresh herbs. Although there were a few remnants of crab shell within the cake, this was my favorite part of the entire meal as the authentic flavor of Blue Crab was abundant. The Scallops: Four large sea scallops were seared to perfection on one side, displaying an appetizing caramelization while remaining incredibly tender and juicy inside. The Shrimp: Five large, plump, tail-on shrimp circle the right side of the plate. They are beautifully cooked, retaining a vibrant pink color and snappy bite. The Sides: Fresh green asparagus spears rest in the center, providing a crisp, earthy contrast to the rich seafood. I don't eat veggies, so I didn't touch the asparagus. Would have taken a substitute, but the restaurant would not honor my request to substitute. Which is the reason for the service rating of 4.0, although the waitress did an amazing job. A bright lemon wedge and a side of robust cocktail sauce round out the plate perfectly, although neither was needed to make this meal taste any better. Bonus: They did give me a 10% discount on my food, therefore bumped my 3.0 rating of service to a 4.0. Would have been a 4.5 if Google allowed half star ratings. Highly recommend.

What a great decision! When you walk in, you immediately notice that all of the wines are beautifully displayed -- it doubles as a wine shop, which gives it such a warm and welcoming vibe. It feels cozy but elevated at the same time. They don't offer flights for groups larger than five, but we were able to order one dealer's choice flight based on our preferred flavor profiles. From there, we could select a bottle inspired by the flight. A few of us gravitated toward reds. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable -- we told her the flavor profiles we liked, and she brought out three reds to try. The Wade & Wayfarer Pinot Noir was our favorite (so good!), though a bit pricier. We also tried the Alkoorai Cab/Merlot blend, which ended up being our least favorite. Ultimately, we chose the Denner Nightshade GSM -- excellent pick. Bonus tip: if you purchase a bottle $50 or more, there's no corkage fee; under $50, there is. Our waitress also mentioned that South American Merlots are the best Merlots as we all mentioned Merlot tends to be more dry. A few in our group ordered the Masterpiece Theatre cocktail on our waitress's recommendation -- she did not steer us wrong! Food-wise, everything was a hit. Our friends ordered the Cacio e Pepe burrata, pickled shrimp, Caesar salad, mushroom and leek flatbread, and the Brie and pear flatbread (both flatbreads were huge!). They loved every dish. My husband and I shared the bread with olive oil (simple and delicious), the charred octopus (tender with amazing flavor), gnocchi Bolognese, and lamb chops. Everything was fantastic -- the only small note was that the lamb could've been a bit more rare -- but still very flavorful. By the end of the night, all six of us agreed we'd absolutely be back. We're even looking into their wine club -- $60/month for two bottles (pickup required at the shop), which honestly sounds like a great deal. Apparently, they change up their wine flights weekly, which makes it even more fun and gives us a reason to return. Such a great experience all around -- can't wait to go back and try more wines!
