This is such a neat place. It's so unexpected. Walk through a gas station to paradise. Gorgeous ambiance, great service, and yummy food! I come here often for the laidback atmosphere. It's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a nice glass of wine or beer. I almost didn't leave a review because I'd like for this hidden gem...to stay hidden. Nonetheless, come and enjoy. I know you will!

Finally stopped in the check out this place! Didn't expect it to live up to all the hype but it did not disappoint! We ordered the nachos and an order of wings - the waitress let us know that the wait would probably be longer than normal which we appreciated! It didn't even end up being that long and the nachos were delish! We took the wings to go and our son said they were one of the best he's had in town (he's tried most everywhere!). We had to stay up top since we had kids with us but it was a great atmosphere and will definitely be back in the summer with no kids so we can check out the garden area!

This is a fantastic place to hang and on the right weekends, to hear live music. Lots of local folks to greet you and share a story.

But wow, we were both floored by how absolutely delicious our meal was. We shared a big bowl of perfectly seasoned and chunky chilli and a margherita Pizza that had such a generous amount of basil on it and, according to my son, the best tomato sauce he's ever tasted. On top of that, the bartender mixed me up one of the best old fashioneds I've had in a while and my son loved his grapefruit rosemary mocktail. Add to all this delicious food the fact that we could look out on the runway and watch the planes? Seriously one of the best local eating experiences there are. And as a plus, our waitress was wonderful.

She was always there for all of our needs and took care of the whole family. We had a total of six adults and two children. I thought the brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing. They were cooked to perfection and the sauce and the bacon just made the flavor better. The Reuben sandwich that I had was great, but I just thought the bread got a little soggy due to the grease, which tends to happen but not all Reuben's are like that. The fish and chips were just regular fish and chips and there was no special component to them. The build your own pizza came out very big and looked absolutely delicious and the kids were fighting over pizza. The grinder was absolutely the star of the show. The grinder was absolutely phenomenal and great flavor all-around taste and would highly recommend to order that every single time. I'm still giving this five stars, even though some of the food was a little lackluster, but the main star of the whole experience was Taylor our server. She did absolutely amazing again. If I was her employer, I would definitely give her a raise or make sure she's always there for every single person which can't happen in reality.

I haven't seen the usual setup, but I'm assuming there's usually tables and chairs in the middle. THE FOOD: - Kitchen is currently closed, but outside food is more than welcome. Snack foods (chips, peanuts, similar) available at register. THE CIDERS: - I had a flight and they were all amazing. Standouts were: vanilla bean (sweet but not too sweet; light, refreshing, true vanilla flavor) and dark maple (not saccharine sweet; just on the edge with a dryness and truly outstanding flavor... dangerously delicious). - I kept expecting all of them to be overly sweet; but they all kept surprising me. Watermelon was another favorite. SERVICE: - Quick and kind with a smile. You'll love the vibes. SIDE NOTES: - We traveled from the Seattle area as Locust Cider had the Winchester Mystery House pinball machine on loan for the weekend. Only 500 were made, and this is currently the only one in the state. Your next closest is Next Level Museum in Oregon if you want to play this extraordinary machine. It's worth it! - We came on a salsa lesson night, so most pinball machines were blocked by tables. That's alright because 7 were unblocked and provided plenty of entertainment while the salsa lessons happened. - I think pinball + salsa music + sipping refreshing ciders is the new best way to enjoy a Saturday night. EDIT: some spelling mistakes on my part, oops.

First of all, the property is huge with various areas to hang out in. There's an indoor space downstairs, and upstairs space with a bar and video games, uncovered and covered outdoor patio areas with equipment for live musicians, and a little forested enclave with seating and a fireplace. Beyond their awesome ambiance, their ciders were all varied and delicious. They have 26 taps to choose from. We tried a bunch of their 4oz pours. My favorites turned out to be (surprisingly) their seasonal Chai and their Honey Pear, but each one that I tasted was unique and flavorful. I felt the intentionality in each one. They have a full food menu that includes gluten free tater tots and chicken nuggets. Service was awesome, by the way. Two of the kegs we wanted to try had blown, so the bartender brought us a few extra pours for having to wait. I'm super bummed that I never made it back for a second visit. I implore you to try this place if you haven't!

This is actual brewery so they sell their beer can packs to go, as well as some Merch (apparels etc). Newest second location (Narrows Tasting Room) recently opened on Proctor district as well. If I were to get crazy picky, tasting of 1.0oz beer is still going to cost you a dollar. There's no "taking a sip" to see if you wanna commit to ordering a full pint, so just keep that in mind. My favorite here is Narrows Lager and Summer Lager is great too, and if you're an IPA drinker, Tempest IPA is a good option. They also do not prep food here so they got a Chex Mix + Pub Mix snack for $4.00 for about a small bowl, and some charcuterie boards. You can order some food downstairs/next door from Boathouse19 and or bring a small snack bag to nibble on. Parking is ample but can get filled very quickly, especially during Summer time when lots of wedding and other events are happening at the Narrows Marina warehouse, and I also see some food trucks parked by exclusively for those events from time to time. Lastly, they have non-alcoholic beers too! It's not their own, but I've seen them pour "Bero" canned non-alcoholic beer, so you do not need to be a beer drinker to enjoy the space here, but this place is 21+ only, which is another reason I love it here. Oh and last but not least, they have several rooms for event rentals, so I've seen many retirement, birthday parties and other events hosted in those rooms. Pretty cool! The room next to the bar area can be a bit noisy because of the exhaust fan running that is connected to the brewery room. All in all, a great brewery tucked in on the Narrows Marina that's worth a visit if you're in the area, and you might find me here too, just hanging out on a Summer evening : )

We usually go to Gig Harbor restaurants that are exclusive to the town so that was part of the reason for not coming here sooner. I liked this location however like the Tacoma location it is very popular. Which isn't a bad thing at all but it made parking a challenge. Unlike the Tacoma location where it seems like there is always capacity to park your car to go in the lot here is fairly small and street parking can get filled up pretty easy so you have to get a bit creative. Once I made it inside it wasn't a problem at all to get seated and there was no wait for a table. I pondered on what to get and decided to go with the Asada Y Chile Relleno or Steak and Chile Relleno. I also got a large size Spicy Cucumber Margarita as it sounded very good. I had this margarita before and liked it very much! The size of my meal was fairly large and it looked like it could be a case of where my eyes are larger than my stomach. But as I got into it it was indeed a big meal but very manageable. The steak was a fairly thin strip which didn't make it daunting and the Chile Relleno was a reasonable size. I loved this dish! The steak was great and that Relleno was just amazing tasting. Definitely a very enjoyable and satisfying meal! My margarita was very good as I knew it would be and was a very appropriate beverage to have with my meal. The service was very good as it was very prompt and quite friendly. A very good experience all the way around. If there was any drawback to my experience here it would have been the parking but don't let that be a deterrent in coming here. It's worth the "creative" parking effort.
