Marco truly delivers lenses the day you present your prescription and frame. He has his own lab on the premises. Many promise same day lenses, few deliver. Optical centres and optometrists send their lab work out, and most take a minimum of two weeks for delivery. Marco's lenses were accurate and the price was very much in line with what I have paid elsewhere. All credit cards are accepted. Was in need of a place to insert prescription lenses into a pair of Gentle Monster optical glasses I had purchased. With my higher prescription, I needed lenses made at a lab and unfortunately Costco could not work on the GM frames bc they were plastic and could not cold insert the lenses. Luckily I found Zoomer! After shopping at other optical lens places I could not get a 1.67 AR blue light lens for less than 150$ and it would take a week or two. Zoomer was able to finish it up in 30 minutes for much less! Just a trip to south coast plaza and we were texted to return for pick up. Marco and the staff were amazing and we were able to chat a bit about the lab machinery they had in store. Quick update- now that I've actually rendered Marco's and Zoomer's services for sunglass lens repair/replacement and prescription eyeglasses, I wanted to update my review. I walked in because my Rayban aviator's lens cracked. I wanted to reuse the frame. Marco offered a Rayban replacement lens, but I wanted to switch it up and go with a yellow lens for driving, shooting, etc. I love everything about this place- the easy parking and easy to access location, the clean, modern, aesthetic inside, the designer frame selection but mostly the high level of customer service provided by Marco & team. I walked in with a simple repair and walked out with a Gucci frame, Tom Ford frame as well as the repaired Raybans in less than an hour! These guys are a solid local business that can save you a ton of money on glasses and when your glasses are scratched. They did amazing work with a pair of Chanel sunglasses that are very sentimental to me. I brought them in for a lens changed due to scratches. They didn't have the exact color of lenses I liked (not their fault, I was trying to exact match a very specific color for Chanel gradient lenses), but their lens quality is great. AND they offered to fix the hinge for $25. It has been loose for some time after an attempt at fixing by another provider. Zoomer did a great job. And then when I went to go pick it up, they didn't even charge me as a courtesy. It was so nice of them. I came back to get my sunglasses repaired! My glasses unfortunately dropped pretty badly and were incredibly bent.
