I didn't want to drag down the ratings but I have a few quibbles. It took 20 minutes and I was the only customer. The schwarma/al pastor are so huge. Fine to split one between two people but I'd never go back on my own. And I prefer a traditional yogurt-based sauce. That said, the atmosphere is special and comping us with baklava was nice. I just wish we had split two instead of throwing away so much. read more

I got a chicken gyro and diet coke from Zorbas at 315p. It look like of weird like processed meat, but figured with such a high Yelp rating it was fine. Ate it at 330p... at 630p, I had severe gastrointestinal issues...(aka you know what). I know I shouldn't have expected much from the Angus Burger, but I couldn't not order it, as well :) And it was good - the quality level here for everything seems pretty fantastic - but I don't like ketchup or mustard, and I suspect this burger would have been helped by either of those. Man, where do I even start! This place is great! The place is an originally good truck, that has an area made around it. The vibes are really amazing, nice seats, a really cool drawing, and a Nahil Tree and ribbons placed so those who want to can make a wish. The owner is extremely nice, and, please don't skip over this, THE FOOD IS AMAZING. We ordered the double hot dog, and we were treated with something a little special, 24k gold placed on our double hot dogs. The beef gyro was the bomb; like my first bite I could taste the really tasty and quality flavors. Was thinking it was a little overpriced at $13 per gyro but I would definitely get this again! Really good authentic Shawarma! This is a nice find. I shop at Goodmans building supplies a lot and this place is right by the garden center. Decided to pick up lunch there in the form of their chicken shawarma. A very generously sized serving with very nice meat, plenty of tzatziki and harissa sauce with crisp salad inside. My husband and I picked up our lunch order: 'everything hot dog' and a chicken gyro. Soon after eating his hot dog, he started having digestion issues. mine started later and had an awful gastrointestinal reaction as well. All that for poor quality food. The gyro was tasteless: bland chicken barely 'roasted' like gyro meat should be with iceberg lettuce and bland tzatziki sauce- no seasoning, no onions, no tomatoes. I love this place. I also get the beef gyro and it's the best I've had. Very generous amount of beef, too. When I call to put in the order for pick up, he answers the call greeting me by name which feels very personalized and familiar and the food is ready quickly. This is a food truck located right next to Goodman's Hardware store in Mill Valley. The menu is small and limited, but it's a great place to get some quick lunch snacks like Gyros, tacos, and meatball sandwiches. This is a one-man show, and the owner takes great care in making up your plate and everything is cooked to order. The owner is very nice, and has a sign out in front with a nice message about supporting local businesses. That said, this is a great little business to support. read more

This is an unsolicited review. Zorbas is worth a visit for the food alone. My son, a foodie, Google maps sleuth and navigator, found the place and we gave it a try. It lives up to the 5 stars on all of the expected items...food, service, and atmosphere. The location is easily accessible, and the decorations are attractive and Has has an eye for color and art exhibited in design and his mode of dress. I also bought a cool Nazar bracelet available at the register that I was drawn to. But, today, I'm writing a review mainly based on the noble character of the owner. A man of atypical patience, grace and strength. Has is a man I would search out for life advice and inspiration, as well as for a good hot dog, swarma or gyro.... All generously portioned and satisfying. I'm not given to go blow smoke up another's arse at this point in my life, but I'm going to give credit(and lack there of ),where credit's due. Has is stellar in his own right. My son and I witnessed this firsthand after an issue ensued with payment and my inability to pay the bill with Google Pay, which Has was unable to take because of Internet unavailability at the food truck and my lack of funds available in my bank account for Venmo or cash. I won't go into detail out of respect for the privacy of parties involved, but a minor issue ensued that was unrelated to Has and his business, that came to light in the in the process. My son and I were left feeling inspired by his story and persona and the classy way in which he dealt with the situation. We spent the good deal of an hour after lunchtime hearing his stories and his passion for fatherhood, sport and life. His uncommon common sense and presence of mind will never be forgotten, and my son and I count him as a true man of his word and an enviable example of the best in humankind. Wow! Wonderful guy, kept the place open so my son could bring his friends to celebrate his birthday. Some of his friends follow halal and so we were looking for somewhere that could provide, and boy, we found it! The lamb and beef shawarma is SO juicy, and this is no dainty little roll of dry meat, it is overflowing. This so made my son's evening, and his friends had a blast. There are also kosher items as well, so come one come all. My son's Mom ordered the kosher hot dog, and was surprised to receive two large and flavorful foil-wrapped dogs, fully dressed. I must thank Has for his kind hospitality, including throwing up some decorations and treats for the birthday party. I'll be back! read more

Food is decent. Greek Salad was okay for the price. However, the man staffing the truck on Nov .2 made some political statements. Pro Trump, nasty comments about Bill and Hillary. When a customer suggested it wasn't good for business to talk like that, the man became argumentative and threatening. Who needs this when there are so many other places to get food? The gyro is decent, meat is delicious but the tzatziki seems to be mayonnaise based rather than yogurt based and is not very good honestly. Also the lettuce has a very strong flavor of the spray to keep it from getting brown. I suggest ordering without lettuce. read more
