I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. I stopped because they nerfed the coupons and rewards system at some point and it wasn't cost effective anymore. I was excited to get another 50% off coupon recently. The menu is largely unchanged from the previous years, with the addition of like 2 or 3 new plates. There is a lot to choose from with a good chunk of those options being high protein. There's just much more variety than other meal prep services and the meals don't get as boring and repetitive. I was a little annoyed that my order arrived about 40 minutes earlier than scheduled, so I had to rush home from the gym to get it. My impression was that several of the plates felt quite light and looked to have suspiciously tiny portions of protein. You can tell by eyeballing that the provided macros are... optimistic. I couldn't be bothered to weigh every plate, but I did weigh the most obvious offender. The Southwest Chipotle Chicken Bowl claimed to be 411g not including the bowl and it weighed 366g with the bowl. I definitely don't trust the labels, as there's simply no way there's 25g of protein in like an oz of diced chicken. Food was fresh (other than the seafood, which I absolutely do not recommend) and tasted good. Overall, I would sort of recommend for the convenience, but be sure to weigh your bowls so you can make sure you're getting what you paid for.

The double bacon cheeseburger was OK pretty much what you can expect from any similar burger joint. What I didn't like about it was the pickle distribution so I got my burger it looked good so I started in on it. then I was like, what? no pickles?? I cracked the burger and saw one and took another bite and barely got a tiny piece of pickle so I opened the burger and saw that the 4 pickles were basically stacked in the center of the burger I fixed it no problem but the usual bill for me and my wife's burger meals usually comes to be around 11-17 dollars this place was 16 and some change. So the burger was alright, the fries not really (ask for salt.) Oh, and the service was not cool the chick with the tats was being dumb to my wife for nothing. So it just was not worth the drive to Highgrove for a burger that might disappoint or risk getting bad service and unsalted fries. I won't be going back though. read more

First of all, chick at the drive thru was extremely rude!! She basically launched my change at me, then when she gave me my order she did not care to make sure I was actually holding on to it. She just saw my hand extend out and she let go of my food. I had to catch my order so it wouldn't fall to the ground. Didn't bother apologizing or anything. She just closed the window and walked away. Second, the price for two burgers and one order of fries (no drinks) was at 16 dollars, if I remember correctly. A little too steep for me for just three items. And third, the burgers were just average. Nothing special to them, no amazing flavors, or anything like that. Zorbas in Riverside is easily one of the best spots in town if you're looking for a top-tier burger. The food is always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, but what really takes this place to the next level is the outstanding service. A big shoutout to Christian--he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was incredibly welcoming, fast, and made sure our order was spot-on. Good food but HORRIBLE management and customer service. Their menu lists the price of chicken quesidella at 4.95 but charged me $6.00. The manager and owner told me I had no complaint and refused to refund my money or change the menu board. Talk about rude and false advertisement. If you choose to go here, make sure the prices they advertise are the true prices. They seem to charge whatever they want. Even when the customer is right the customer is wrong at this place. Told my colleagues at work and we will not be doing business here again. They will lose more from us than a 1.05cents. read more

Paid $7 for a bacon burger and a medium drink, no fries. The burger looks big but when you remove the wrapper you see its stuffed with lettuce. It was a good tasting burger but nothing to go out of my way for. The service was good. Their drink machine is the kind where you use a touchscreen to select your drink and all soda comes out of the same spot. The burgers are less than mediocre and overpriced. Zucchini is usually greasy, soggy and tasteless. Only thing I liked was their soda machine.
