    A rubber band

I ordered from them and just received a shit sandwich that had a rubber band inside of it. Horrifying.

This is a great spot for soup and sandwich lovers. They have a wide variety of options, and you can customize your order as you go through the line. It's like if you got Panera food with the Chipotle ordering experience. Zoup! is probably in the same price range as Panera, but they're more of a hidden gem. I've gone to the panera near this Zoup! location before and been unable to find a seat to sit down. Yes Panera is good, but that's just a bit ridiculous -- it's still just Panera. This is an excellent option within the same category of restaurant, and it's definitely worth checking out

food was not even edible. I paid almost $15 for a pick 2 tuna salad sandwich and Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese is a generic boxed shells n cheese that taste funny and the tuna salad sandwich was disgusting. I did not eat either.

Zoup is a nice Panera style chain soup cafe. Unfortunately there are not enough around the city. This one is laid out differently but still follows the same pattern. Each day they have a menu of different soups. Some are on a daily basis. The staff is very friendly and willing to explain everything to you. You can sample whatever soups they are offering that day before you make your purchase. You can pair it with either half a sandwich or half a salad and you get a roll to go with it. Drinks are machine style with free refills. What they neglected to tell me but I knew from a previous visit is that they have a rewards card where you get a stamp with each soup you buy. Today's soup for me was clearly French onion. It lacked the cheese but made up for it in the flavor. It was very hearty. I paired it with an Asian chicken salad. Nothing out of the ordinary but descent. Free WiFi is available here. Keep in mind that this is not a bakery cafe so their desserts are extremely limited. They open at 11 am. Zoup makes a nice alternative to a sit down or take out style lunch. This location is in the Fox Chapel strip mall. The one I visited in the summer was in Canonsburg, PA. I also learned today that their 3rd location is now open in Washington, PA. I wish they were closer since they have a nice variety of soups. You can purchase it in different sizes. Prices vary accordingly. Expect to pay in the same vicinity of Panera Bread. It's definitely my go to place when I want soup and with the weather getting colder nothing beats a good hot bowl of it.

The best soup I've had in the Burgh. Seriously awesome soup, soup options change every day. Try mix of Fiery Enchilada and chicken pot pie jalapeno peppers add spice to this awesome concoction! Lobster bisque, New England clam chowder, roadhouse sirloin awesome too.

Lobster bisque, second from smallest size.

For a quick, convenient, healthy option, this is definitely 5 stars. The owner is fully engaged and excited to offer so many great soups!

As always, this is a staple for my first stop while home visiting. The parking was rough and I sure hope something gets figured out but if I have to drive around for 20 min until someone moves, I'll do it! Especially for what's inside. I picked up 2 cold brews for my bff, banana pudding for my pops and for me a cookie butter pudding (I think) for myself. To top it off I picked up a banana smores iced latte. No wonder this place is a diamond in the rough. I have never and I mean never had anything bad here. The waitress was really nice and said one table was leaving soon and she put some tables together for my large group. She was pretty attentive for serving almost the whole bar alone. My mom and I split the burger and mesquite butter wings I think they could've been a little more saucy, I didn't mention anything, but I'm sure she would've brought me more. If I asked. I heard a lot of good things about the ranch and it was good once I really really tasted it. I didn't find it that flavorful off the top but once I really tasted it, it did have good flavor. Maybe this was a fresh batch that needed to sit. My dad got the buffalo chicken eggrolls. They were good, but we didn't realize it would just be chicken dip in the eggroll wrapper We were expecting shredded chicken with hot sauce and cheese or something similar. I came to celebrate my granddad's birthday just to try something new and he generally likes bar food. He enjoyed it as we sang happy birthday to him. The other patrons and the waitstaff also joined in and someone even offered to buy him a drink. this is a really nice bar if you're looking for good food , good vibes and nice people.

An employee promptly greeted us, patiently waited while we decided what we wanted to order, and accurately charged our credit card. At home we ate the Cherry Apple Challah, a large fruity breadloaf that I rate as 4.5 stars, and the 4-pack of large chocolate-chip cookies, which I rate as 5 stars because of their crispy edges, chewy middles, and perfect ratio of dough and chocolate chips. The total price for these two items was about $18. Online ordering is available for pick-up, delivery, and catering.

We came across Patsy's and after reading the reviews on Yelp we were sold. When we arrived the owner met us at the back of the store in the deli section and proudly reviewed the menu with us and discussed our tastes. We wanted to measure Pittsburgh against the delis we've visited in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco so we decided on the Italian Hoagie as a familiar item. Patsy's OVER DELIVERED! The owner gave us his reasoning for each ingredient and why he uses the vendors he does while making the sandwich. It was fun to learn the history of where everything came from and why he sourced those particular items. When we arrived home and opened up the wrapping the bread and ingredients smelled just as fresh as the deli itself. The meats were fresh and each had a distinct flavor, the vegetables were crisp, and the bread was everything you hope for from an Italian deli. If we lived in the area Patsy's would be a regular stop for us! Thank you so much for your kindness!
