I want to follow up on my previous review because credit should be given where it's due. After posting my original review, ZROADZ Offroad reached out directly--within 24 hours. Ben, the owner, personally responded and addressed the issue head-on. That matters. They acknowledged that moisture intrusion is unacceptable, explained that the issue was escalated to the manufacturer, and made it clear they take this seriously. More importantly, they didn't deflect or argue--they immediately offered to make it right and are overnighting replacement light pods to me. Yes, the original product failed, and yes, that was frustrating. But products do fail sometimes. What separates companies is how they respond when that happens. In this case, they stood behind their product without hesitation. Looking back, I'll own that I was reactionary because I was frustrated. Lesson learned on my end as well--next time, reaching out directly before assuming the worst is probably the better first step. Based on their response, accountability, and willingness to stand behind what they sell, I'm giving them another shot. That kind of customer support matters, and it deserves to be recognized. read more

Absolutely great products..I installed the F350 grill lights and the rear bumper lights. Initially had a question on how to eliminate the supplied switch and relay. I was installing them to be controlled by my upfitter switches. Customer support answered immediately. Even emailed me a diagram of where to separate. Install was easy on both sets of lights. Function is incredible.My previous truck had rough country lights upfront and some other in rear, which were both just ok. These are super heavy duty in comparison. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommended. read more

I've purchased a few things from Zroads since jumping into the Jeep life. Their products are exceptionally better crafted and it's apparent as soon as you hold them in your hands. The installation has always been very easy with their detailed instructions and attention to exact fitment specs of my vehicle. I can't say enough, other than I keep returning to Zroadz when a new need arrises for my Jeep. Their customer service is also top notch. My last purchase was given a ship date a little longer than anticipated due to COVID, but three days later the package was on my doorstep. Highly recommended read more

**update** I had to change my rating. I was told about 5 days ago they shipped out the correct bolt. Found out today that never happened. I decided to go to another brand of lights that had no issues. Since their lights didn't work. When I asked about the bolts I was told they never shipped it and it would go out tomorrow. I told them not to worry about don't ship it. That was the end of the conversation. There was no we are sorry or anything. I was going to be buying another light bar from them but after their mistakes and the way I was treated I think not. Great company. I had a ton of questions about a bracket for my truck. These guys spent over an hour with me answering all my questions. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is their pod lights came with the wrong screw. But they are sending the correct one. But I don't think I will use their lights. I like the 6" triple row led bar better. But all and all I am about to order another bracket for my led bar. read more

Well I don't have a review yet because I haven't had it installed. But I bought a light bar for my 2018 Jeep,which I don't have to tell you is not cheap, I'm really hoping the thing works because from what I'm hearing it is almost impossible to honor a lifetime warranty with Zroads. Have my fingers crossed. I will say though it looks very well-constructed and sturdy. Going to give it three stars just because it looks very well built. read more

It's a shame I'm having to leave this review. I have spent over $2,000 for pretty much every light ZroadZ offers for a Chevy Colorado. Their products look great. Unfortunately, two out of the 9 lights I purchased from this company failed to hold out moisture and started dimming before they quit working entirely. That's not really my issue with ZroadZ. The problem is that I have sent over 20 emails to their customer support staff because I need to return the two lights for a warranty replacement. Marco in their customer service department has been the only person to respond back. I've spent hours creating documentation to substantiate the warranty replacement need, uninstalling the faulty lights, and attempting to be helped by both calling and emailing ZroadZ. This company had literally treated me like I don't matter. Emails I've sent have gone unanswered for days and even weeks. It's been weeks now, and their customer support team still hasn't even provided me with an accurate return shipping label. I've told them 5+ times what my address is, but they refuse to update the shipping label to the correct address. How hard could this actually be? It's a 5 minute task. I have HAD IT with ZroadZ and T-Rex. What good is a warranty if you can't even ship their faulty products back to them for replacement? Stay away from this company. They'll take your hard earned money, ship you sub-par products, and then never respond to you when it comes time for them to honor their "warranty." Don't buy from here. Get some quality Rigid lights. Rigid actually honors their warranty and treats their customers right. Buy from these guys and prepare to be treated like crap. read more

Great Products and Great Quality, I installed the light bar myself on a Saturday and am very pleased with the look and results. Their instructions good with a photo of each step on the truck it's going onto so it's not just a generic step by step list of directions. The fit and finish are better than I have seen out there and the products come with a satin finish. Lastly, the light bar actually ties into the factory roof bolt holes so not too much drilling, it only requires that you expand one of the bolt holes for the wire to go through. One thing I would recommend is to feed the wires through the roof before installing the bracket. read more

will give only two stars becouse they do not help you if you bough there product from someone else.we bought led lights part z2415471 kit for a 2019 ford f 250 and well they look great but they fit like shit in the grill and worst of all the wiring they are no help at ALL. Lights look good if they would have mad the mount for the 2019 but i beleive they are for the 2018 as they do not line up in the grill and they only bole to the plastic of the grill where the bottom is two layers and the top of the grill where you bolt to is maybe a 1/16 thick plastic and you drill a 1/4 hole yo bolt to. no metal backup or anything except the 3/16 bolt and nut and not lock nuts. beware if you buy these as they will not help you if you dont buy direct from them it is not there problem becouse you bought from someone else. read more

Steven Baker is one cool guy and knows his stuff. He helped me out today. Now I'm at a stand still in what part I want to use on my new truck. The shipping was freaky fast. I received constant emails with updates. I spoke to Steven today about an issue and maybe a return. He was more than helpful and very understanding with my issue. I could write a novel about it. No need for that. Just need to know this company will support you and will be chill about it. I recommend this company and I will be using them again. Victor was great to work with. Lights look great under the hood. Ford F-250 top and bottom row. Two toggles overhead in the cab operate the lights separately. They work great and look better being more conspicuous. Had the cheep-os mounted on the bumper but some crack head tried to rip them off and created $3,500 worth of damage to the bumper, grill, etc. Sad part - they did not get the LED lights since they were hard wired and the losers left the mount and lights tethered on the ground. ZROADZ had the best solution from this happening again. read more
