I needed a car to go to work so my cousin referred me to ZRV Auto I'm so glad he did Zora and the staff there are friendly and they have a very good selection of cars I was able to purchase a car at a reasonable price and down payment it's a 2002 Honda so of course it had a few problems some months later so I called Zora and he told me to have it towed to his shop I was hesitate so he offered to send his Mechanic to my house to replace the fuel pump which I thought was the problem he came out and changed it but that wasn't the problem so he told me to have it towed to their shop so they could check it I did and within a few days Zora's Dad and his Mechanic fixed the problem and my car is working very well and another great part of that is he didn't make me pay again. I bought my 2011 ford truck a few weeks ago in March From Zora and love it. I 1st went to the ford dealer in Yucca valley, Palm Springs, La Quinta (Chevy Cadillac), and Fiesta ford, plus Pacific Autos before I drove 2 Hours to ZRV Auto. I had seen a beautiful truck I wanted at a good price they had posted on the internet, so I made the trip.. They are the best to deal with. The truck was cleaned and prepped before I got there. All the other dealer showed me dirty trucks at high prices. Plus I had a another truck to trade in and ZRV gave me $4,000 more than any other dealer offered. I had shopped the internet since January to educate myself on the value of my truck and the one I wanted to find. So please believe me when I tell you to just go see ZRV first. To say our car buying experience was good with Zora would be an understatement. It was fantastic! We traveled a couple hours away to ZRV Auto and we would do it again in a heartbeat. I had an unbelievably great experience with Zora and his team. My wife and I purchased a used land rover lr3. When we looked over car we noticed the tires looked worn and a couple of cosmetic issues. Zora said they would replace with new tires and get it detailed at no extra cost! The process to actually pickup the car took longer then I wanted but they made up for this by making me feel they truly had my best interest. When trying to get approved for the loan they came back with a much higher interest rate and was able to battle with the loan company to get me a better rate. Been driving the car around and one of the sun roofs aren't closing called Zora and said to bring it in and they will fix at no extra cost.
