I had been a long time customer years ago as these were one of the few folks who offered delivery to my neighborhood. With the advent of UberEats and Grubhub and others I hadn't ordered from them in awhile. Sadly the place has gone downhill. The food was badly prepared and inedible. The special instructions were ignored. My lomein was a greasy pile of mush that I had to throw out after the first bite. My wife's food got all the special requests wrong and she spent 20 minutes picking things out of her food only to toss it after a couple of bites. I opened a dispute with my credit card company which was partially refunded to me but they kept going back to the card company saying they had delivered the food. That was never in question, I got the food, and I gladly paid for the soup that was hot and tasty, it was the rest of the food that my pets wouldn't even touch that I had a problem with. So now that I have a charge on my card after 4 months again I guess I have no recourse but to pay the bill and move on. Given this horrible lack of responsibility for the garbage they serve and all the fees I've paid to them over the years for delivery I will just take my business elsewhere. It is obvious they don't care about their customers nor the product they put out. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Love this little place. The service is the best, speedy and complete. We order regularly from here and are always happy with our food. We have some favorites; beef Lo Mein, Chicken fried rice, honey chicken and sesame chicken. The portions are plenty to have for leftovers. Love the crab ragoons as a treat. Sometimes I think that take out places need a separate rating system from normal restaurants, so I 'm giving extra stars. Z's is likely the best Chinese take out place in the Carrollton area. We had the shrimp fried rice. A tad bit greasy and bland, and the rice needed a few extra minutes in the steamer, but the flavor was good, and a lot of shrimp was in the dish. Also, we had the sweet and sour chicken. Good sized pieces of white meat, and properly cooked, I wish there had been some vegetables present. The real star was the honey seared chicken. Great flavor, and a nice texture as well. The place itself is very small, with a seating capacity of 18. Additionally, the young man at the front desk seemed a bit disinterested, though the chef was very friendly and smiling. Finally, the food was cooked very promptly, much faster than other places in the area. All in all, I'd like to try some additional items from their menu. This was a mistake. Stick to Panda. Ordered Kung Pao and Hot/Spicy Chicken, fried wontons and sugar biscuits. Not sure why, but the chicken was really strange in both dishes. Pieced really small and texture was off-putting to say the least. The fried wonton was stuffed with pork(I'm assuming), it was also not good- I chewed on what felt like a coin of rubber. Ate maybe 1/3, then both of us felt nauseous and experienced severe indigestion the hours following. The sugar biscuits were great. read more

Have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Lewisville so gave this place a try. This was a take out order. Extremely disappointed. Had the beef broccoli and chicken fried rice. Both were less than average. The beef broccoli had so much grizzle most of the meat was not edible. Only a few strips of meat were actually tender and tasty. Hands down my favorite Chinese spot. We always order from this place as delivery and pickup. During covid times we did order more than usual and the food has been consistently great. I love the Lo Mein and I don't know what it is but it's the best Lo Mein I've ever had. We got another Lo Mein from another place and couldn't even stand a chance to this one. They do a lot of offers like buy this much and get certain things for free. Honestly the prices are like amazing too. We've gotten like 7 things from there and the total was probably like $60 or so. I recently realized they have great lunch specials too. I feel like at times like this we should be supporting small businesses like this compared to this big ass coroporations. This was the worst Chinese food we've ever had. The so called fried rice is brown rice only with no flavor, nothing fried about it. The chicken dish was leftover grisly parts of chicken drenched in so much sauce it choked us. The beef dish only had onions in it and mostly onions not beef. Threw most out! A local Chinese-ish place that delivers - not a bad little discovery. Per a friend's recommendation, ordered from here recently. Not perfect, but overall very tasty. They said it'd take about 45 min for delivery, so... not super fast, but okay. It was closer to an hour when the food arrived. I got the cashew chicken, medium spicy, and he got ... Hunan pork, I want to say. Nice little containers for delivery - sealed plastic, not styrofoam. Will reuse nicely. First thing I notice about mine is it's packed with cashews. Sweet. Next thing I notice is red pepper flakes. Excellent - my medium spicy wasn't forgotten or ignored. I combine the rice with my dish and tuck in. Perfect medium spicy and veggies are cooked perfectly. Chicken itself is decently good - not perfect. Rice is pretty good - not amazing. Flavor of everything / sauce is good, but it does have the fast food Chinese undertone - not like a clean Thai cashew chicken dish. It was heavier and sweeter. After going in starving, I was full after half of my meal. And it sat heavy. Long story short: delicious - but fast-food Chinese heavy for sure. I'll enjoy this from time to time because of convenient delivery and excellent value for a LOT of tasty food, but my normal go-to Asian is typically healthier than this. We got the general chicken and peppered steak with fried rice and it was hard and the rice was stale and tasteless. Ended up coming here when I got hungry while doing some beer tasting at TKO. I walked over here and ordered their shrimp and broccoli. Not a bad price for dinner at just $10 and it came with rice and an egg roll. My food took a while to come out, so I ended up talking to the guy taking orders. He was super nice and great to talk to. He recommend the shrimp and broccoli as well as their orange fried chicken. He said that all of their food was made without MSG and was healthier than many other Chinese places. So, why did I give it three stars...well the horrible allergic reaction I had to their food. It had tons of additives and soy that made me break out. My lips were swollen, my throat was scratchy, and I felt horrible afterwards. The food was religious, but if you have any kind of soy or other allergies stear clear. Looking back the kitchen was very small and in tight quarters, so there is a big chance for cross contamination. I hope in the future this will change as their food has a great quantity--just the ability to accomodate various allergies is not there yet. read more

I was told they couldn't change it because it was already cooked. I was given some brown sauce that was nothing but soy sauce warmed up the chicken I was given was also very dry. Since moving to Texas a year ago my husband and I have tried and tried to find good Chinese food with no success until today ! Wow this place is so good!!! I read some reviews that said the price was too high I totally disagree the portions were great I actually was surprised when I saw how much food I got for $25 ! I highly recommend this place. This is the 4th or 5th place in the area I've tried and it is by FAR the best! I ordered the General Gso with fried rice as I stayed above, the chicken sticks (so bomb), crab puffs, and extra egg roll = $22 with delivery fee. Price was on point and the portions are big!
