I work near Zuccarelli's in Sunrise and recently placed an online order for 12 wings with an extra side of ranch. When I picked it up and got back to work, I realized the extra ranch was missing. I called the restaurant just to let them know--not expecting anything in return--but the person who answered completely surprised me. She told me that since my job was nearby, she would personally bring the ranch over. I even asked if she was sure, and she happily said yes. Sure enough, they showed up right away! I've never seen a restaurant go that far to make sure their customers are taken care of. I already order from them often because their food is always delicious, but this level of service truly sets them apart. They've definitely earned a customer for life. Based on the oversized slices of pizza and the zesty sauce they have earned a strong 4 star rating. The immediate area kept my head on a swivel and ate my slice in my car with the doors locked. Not even sure of the name of the plaza but its off Sunrise Blvd west of the turnpike. Two slices and a soft drink or water for $7.49 you cant go wrong since it was tasty with friendly staff too. We have been ordering wings from here since 2020 or so never a problem. This time we decided to order Thursday Pizza Special, Large Steak and Cheese, Large Salad and a 2 liter coke. Total order was $75 and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. The pizzas seemed to be a little over cooked and swimming in oil and the steak and cheese well let's just say I've never had a steak a cheese that looks like this one barely any steak on the sub. Called the restaurant as soon as my boyfriend came back with the order and the girl who ordered tried to justify that you get 2 slabs of meat. I asked for a manager and a gentlemen came to phone sounding already very frustrated. I told them my issue with the steak and cheese since at that time I had not opened the pizzas yet and he said their steak and cheese is pre-packed with 10oz of meat at no moment trying to offer me a refund or anything. I told him I had taken pictures of the sub if he wanted to see and he again said he knows exactly why it looks like because he made it himself. My response will never order from there again. I proceeded to open the pizza and was even more upset about this whole situation. The salad looks great so I guess that's the only plus of this meal. read more

I grew up on Zuccarelli's pizza. It is the pizza I measure all other pizzas against, because it is the best. As kids we spent so many hours at the old location on Sunset Strip. Their delivery service is great. If I am in the old neighborhood, I am eating Zuccarelli pizza. read more

I had this for the time for lunch at my job. Our trainer had it ordered for us and raved about it. She said the garlic knots were on point but I am always hesitant because being from NYC, there is no such thing as garlic knots in Florida, just garlic rolls. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold when we ate because the training went longer than it was supposed to. But let me tell you, the garlic rolls were amazing! I think the best I have had here so far! A regular pie and veggie pie were ordered, along with salads and the garlic rolls. I had a slice of each and they were good. The veggie slice had an abundance of items on it. There was mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives, fried eggplant, tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach on the veggie slice. We were all commenting on how much veggies were on the pizza and how filling it was. The regular pie was good but of course, not as good as my NY pizza. The delivery dude delivered all the way to the office, which I thought was kind. Most people would drop the food at the front and let the customer worry about where it was going in the building. I have been ordering from this place since middle school. That's a long time considering I am in my late 20's. The best thing to me are the Calzones.
