I had the Chicken Scarpariella, a true Italian classic, bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced,which I found to be absolutely outstanding, A true culinary delight!! Chi had the Chicken Marsala, a wonderful delicious, classic with with a delightful wine based sauce. The chicken on both dishes was so tender and beautifully prepared, it could be easily cut with your fork.. We finished off the meal with a FANTASTIC Tiramisu and Italian coffee.. the tiramisu was the very best we have had in this city..and we've had it in MANY of the very best of places.. it would be worth going just for dessert!! They also offer four other delectables on their dessert line up! Our server Theresa, was great! She was friendly, well informed, advised us of the evening special, which was a Filet Mignon with pasta and veggies, I was very tempted but really was in the mood for what I had ordered! We ordered a meat pizza for the fellas. It was huge, hot and loaded with meat. I ordered gnocchi in Alfredo sauce. I could only eat half of it. The sauce was creamy and very tasty. The gnocchi was very tender. Unfortunately it is not made in house, but was still very good. I can't remember what my friend had, but I know she enjoyed it. Our server Michelle was outstanding. She was pleasant to speak with, smiled often answered our questions without hesitation and checked on us enough but not too often that it disturbed our meal. The noise level was fine. We could certainly speak amongst ourselves. It give the ambiance of an upscale pizzeria. Having lived in Italy for a few years, I would say the restaurant is close to an authentic Italian local restaurant. I would definitely recommend it! read more

I had a good lunch here today... a 3 1/2 star experience. There are lots of lunch specials at very good prices on the menu. This Italian restaurant has been here since the early 80's. I was surprised to see the sign saying so, as I've driven by here more times than I can figure -- without ever stopping in. It's a casual place. And has a lot of regulars (known by the servers) and even semi frequent visitors coming back each year. Garlic rolls and salad come with most of the lunch specials. I was meeting some friends later, so I opted not to get the rolls -- which I saw a number of people enjoying. The salad is mixed greens with a tomato wedge. I tried their house vinaigrette which was just okay. They also had ranch, creamy Italian, and a number of other dressings that I think I would have liked better. I chose their chicken Francese from the menu. It came with my choice of pasta (ziti or spaghetti or angel hair). I chose angel hair. The chicken was tender. The lemon sauce was good but need another shot of lemon and some salt -- and then it was fine. It was two flattened pieces of chicken served over thin spaghetti. I ate half and took the rest home. I decided I should try a slice of their pizza as they were doing a number of take out orders for that. The first slice delivered was just lukewarm, so I sent it back to be reheated. They made another piece instead (and gave me the partial piece to take home). Much better when served oven hot. The cheese was good. The sauce pretty basic. I ate it all, but the dough wasn't really my favorite style. There's ample shared parking in the lot outside. It's not that large inside, but there are several booths and mainly tables. I sat in a large booth as the a/c was blasting. The service was friendly. Didn't have to wait long for my food. And the prices were pretty inexpensive. read more

am always real honest about all my reviews, i put a review on march 10,2024 of how great this place is, i even took my daughter and a friend to eat & i always have my pizza orders from there, but last night 08/31/2025 i have to say they send me one of the worst pizza i had ever had, i order for delivery and the pizza took less than 20 minutes to get to me, aside from that it was burn and black from the oven, i always order all meats with mushrooms and black olives, with 10 wings those where also over cook and nasty, my name is Rafael figueroa and they know who i,am , they gave me a pizza that was probably there and just put the other stuff on it, it took less to get to me then to place the order, aside from that i end up eating 1 slice and i was so mad i had to go out and get me something else to eat, its sad that a great place like this would do this to a customer that always always order from them, but for sure it will be my last time. read more

Tonight I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat, and we were driving up from Fort Lauderdale, heading back to Palm Beach County. We decided we want to eat Thai food until we crossed paths with this Italian restaurant, and I decided I want to try this place after driving by it for years. Say this was disappointing would be mild; I ordered off your Parmesan dinner with Z D's, and the veal tasted dried out; it actually tasted like it might've been frozen, but the waitress assured me that it was cooked fresh, the sauce was so so. The other dish we had was a chicken piccata. The chicken piccata tasted like it was microwaved, I tried it, and it was dry and stringy, the Francesca sauce was just OK, and the capers made it passable. We also had an order of garlic. The rolls came with the meal, and they were pretty decent; we had a soup that was part of the meal, and It came out hot just the way I like it, but it tasted like it was from the mix. I thought long and hard about talking to management about this but the client. I'm not looking for a free meal, so I gladly paid for my meal and left. I doubt very seriously I will go to this place again. The place was crowded, there was no social distancing going on, everyone was wearing a mask except the people in the kitchen. The kitchen people had a mask on their faces, but it was pulled down below their chin. While it doesn't bother me. There are those people that have concerns. read more

We got two pizzas from here and they were OK. Inside it was wall-to-wall people at elbows length from each other. One pizza was hot while the other was almost cold. I am not sure how that could have happened ? All in all, it was ok and we like trying the local restaurants when we travel. read more

After reading the reviews I thought I would order ... and that I did. Pizza, mushrooms, garlic rolls, and tiramisu. See photos. I ordered the pizza crispy and crispy did NOT happen. Although, the pizza was loaded with many ingredients (added onions and mushrooms) it was not crispy at all. Mushrooms were just ok - not hot and the stuffing was not flavorful at all. The garlic rolls were very tasty and quite garlicky. I will be honest, there are other places I will order again from first. I have given 3 stars due to quantity of food only. Price is fair for as much food as you get, but flavor was simply not there for this Italian gal! Sorry... not a fan ! read more

This review is based on my experience ordering and picking up takeout food. Therefore the format of this review will be different than my typical review. We called to order a pizza and wings to go and were told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived on time and the food was hot and ready for us. I wore a mask as did the cashier and all other staff members that I noticed. The restaurant seemed packed and was quite noisy. We had mild wings and a 14" pizza with sausage and peppers. The wings were tiny with very little meat, but the sauce was very good. The pizza tasted great, however I would have liked a little more sauce on it. At $30, for what essentially was a medium pie and 12 tiny wings, I would not call it a bargain. However, considering that it is a tourist area and during the pandemic, it was understandable. COVID practices - there seemed to be a lot of patrons dining at tables that were not spaced out as much as they should be. I would not be comfortable dining indoor there. read more

Garlic oil all good I ordered a glass of Chianti not bad. Fast service. Back to the garlic bread, it was gone. We stayed at a local resort for a week. After a few days of the amazing fresh seafood, we wanted pizza. Zuccarelli delivered to our hotel and so we thought we would give it a try. Boy are we glad we did. It was just my son and myself, and we ordered two pizzas, one medium and one large. The pizzas were delivered hot. These really are good pizzas. The large was so big that the box of leftovers would not fit in the fridge. Great taste, not too greasy, which is tough for this type of pizza. The value v cost was very good as well. Overall, if you are staying in the area, I would definitely give their delivery a try. read more

We visited this Saturday afternoon and were treated to an entire lunch special menu. Prices seemed very fair overall, and upon entry we were greeted and offered garlic rolls gratis... great start. We decided to try several meals and most came with a complimentary soda or house salad depending on choice. Kids had chic Parm sub and other had dinner plate. The plate version offered a salad and pasta. Momma ordered the meat Stromboli which came with soda and a bowl of sauce for dipping. I ordered the Chicken Napoli which was a pasta meal with chicken, sauce, and mozzarella. It was offered with my choice of pasta, which requested angel hair, and a salad. It was served incorrectly with ziti noddles, no biggie but incorrect. Our waitress was very polite, available, and apologized for delay many times. We were not worried and did not note any significant delay. Meal ran about 10 bucks apiece for fresh hot meal. Very nice deal overall and food was good. First time trying Zuccarelli and it did not disappoint. Since we are still in a quarantined phase, we decided to order deliver. The man who answered the phone was very nice. We ordered a large pizza and split the toppings. The pizza isn't too sauce and it isn't too cheesy, it is literally the perfect combination. The bottom of the pizza was always crusted to perfection. Not soggy at all and I LOVE THAT! The ham and sausage is really good as well. We also ordered the garlic rolls. Let me just brag about these garlic rolls a little. AMAZING. Went today for lunch, arrived around noon and there were 3 tables with 5 people total. I ordered their 2 slice lunch special and waited for over 20 minutes for 2 slices of pizza. I am very confused as to why this particular establishment takes so long so serve 2 slices of pizza???? The only reason I gave them 2 stars was that the pizza was pretty good. My suggestion would be to stop worrying about do we have enough rolls made and work on making pizza/food for hungry customers on a limited amount of time. Best of luck to you! read more

This is one of the better Italien restaurants in South Florida. I am really good at making Italian dishes myself, so I am always disappointed when we go out to eat to an Italian restaurant, and I could have done it better myself. Zuccarelli is different though! I really liked the Spaghetti Bolognese and I also had their Spaghetti Carbonara. I also appreciated the presentation and choice of plating. The waiter was really great at recommending food from the menu. He knew what he was talking about. The atmosphere is a typical family style restaurant. Bathrooms were clean as well.
