5 stars for this restaurant! The ambiance is so nice, beautiful and romantic. There are cute brick arches with booths inside to make for a perfect intimate private dinner. The service was exceptional! Very kind, fast, responsive, helpful and even offered to box our pizza for us. The food was so delicious, flavorful and absolutely perfect. The garlic rolls were dangerously delicious, so good, you'll have to watch yourself before you consume too many! Yum! They are soft, moist, flaky, and the perfect amount of garlic. We came here for a birthday, didn't even need a reservation, just walked in and they were very accommodating and nice. We are very thankful and will definitely be back. I only wish I knew about this place sooner. I definitely recommend and wish this business the best! This will be our new pizza spot for our family. read more

We ordered a bunch of pizzas for delivery for a birthday party, and it was a pretty mixed experience. The pizzas arrived on time, but most of them weren't sliced all the way through, which made it frustrating to serve, especially for a group. The cheese pulled apart messily, there wasn't much sauce, and they were all very greasy. The lack of balance in the flavor really stood out, and it just didn't hit the mark for a party where we were hoping for easy, crowd-pleasing pizza. That said, the staff I interacted with over the phone were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. They were helpful during the ordering process and seemed to care about the order. Went there for dinner on a Sunday (after 8 pm) in mid-December. We were staying at the Wyndham Palm-Aire next door and even though they were closing in about an hour, the service was top-notch! Food was very good (we ordered chicken & pasta dishes) and we had an enjoyable, yet casual meal. The ambiance is good for a "strip mall" eatery, but you go there for the food. My friends and I came in tonight for dinner and we were pretty disappointed. Food comes out at different times, wrong orders came out to our table too. We didn't even get our wine until after we had started eating and after one of us had to go up to the bar to request our drinks. The food was mid, the quality was right under olive garden. Service was extremely slow, had to ask for things multiple times. We watched a family walk in, wait for a table and then finally seat themselves only to be told to get up and move and then was not served at all. The family ended up leaving. Loved the food. We stayed in the area a week and ate here twice. First time I had the Clam Linguine with white sauce and it was loaded with clams. The garlic butter rolls that are brought to the table are fantastic. Loved the dressing on the house salad. 2nd night I had a special; Lemon chicken Alfredo. It was great, not too strong of a lemon flavor, just right! Appears to be family ran, you were hard pressed to get a smile out of the lady running the dining room, but our actual waitress was great. We ordered takeout for four people delivered to our timeshare last night. Not only was the delivery earlier than expected, but the food was fantastic. Some of the best Italian food we've ever eaten and believe me we travel a lot and have eaten a lot. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Let me start by saying that I have ordered from this location dozens of times over the years. The food has always been tasty. But the SCAM they pulled on me this week has made me decide to never go there again. I went to lunch with a friend and was pleased to see that they have lunch specials, even on the weekend. My friend ordered a pasta dish and the waitress asked her if she wanted to add a side salad for $1.99. I ordered a medium pizza ($25.99) and a side salad. When the bill came, they had charged me $8.99 for my side salad!!!!! It was the exact salad as my friend got. When I questioned it, the waitress came back with a menu showing this ridiculous price at the very bottom of the page. She pointed out that the $1.99 price was in a different location. She never said to me that my salad was not the same price that she offered my friend. This is such a SCAM. There is no reason to charge $9 for something that clearly costs them less than $2. read more

Went for dinner last night. The young man who waited on us was very nice and attentive. I loved the rolls. I ordered the three meatball appetizer with marinara and ricotta and a side salad. The salad was very fresh and the marinara had a nice flavor. The meatballs were a reasonable size for an appetizer which for me, with the salad, made an entire meal. Came here on a Monday afternoon. Lots of to-go orders and not many people sitting inside which is to be expected for lunch time. There were 3 in our party and 4 open booths but we were told we couldn't sit in a booth because we didn't have 6 people... a little odd considering the only occupied booth only had 2 people. Food was delicious. They have a killer lunch special. For $13 you get a soup or salad, slice of pizza, AND a sandwich (chicken,meatball, or eggplant Parmesan amongst other options) and garlic rolls. This place was recommended to us by the staff at Wyndham. It did not disappoint as far as service and food went. The restaurant tries to give you the feeling your in some small place in Italy but doesn't quite get there with it. We ordered the Alvarado bruschetta for an appetizer. I ordered the veal pitcatto and a Cesar salad. The bread they brought out was amazingly light and fluffy. We ended our meal with the tiramisu. I will say I normally don't care for tiramisu, BUT this dessert was amazing. I would go back just for that alone. The food was good overall, just maybe priced a hair to high. read more

Although I have always liked the food at this place, I will talk about the customer service in this review. I regularly eat lunch at this location and have been served by Rose on several occasions. I want to highlight the dedication and sense of ownership that Rose expresses in her work. Employees like Rose make you come back and feel welcomed... like at home. I recommend this place. I've also had the same gentleman deliver my food each time and he's always been so pleasant and kind. It only happened once that something was mistakenly forgotten on my order, but it was quickly resolved and promptly delivered. I placed an order on their web site on February 23rd, but the web site returned an error, and I never received my food. I went to the restaurant on February 28th to get a refund after I saw that they charged my card. I was told by the lady that she would speak with the owner to process the refund. It's been a full week, but still no refund and no call back. I had to dispute the charge directly with my credit card company. read more

Rotelli restaurants began in Florida about 20 years ago and are now in 5/6 states . The majority of these franchises are still in Florida, however. This location has been here for quite some time, but I hadn't been in the recent past and certainly it was pre-yelp. I stopped by early for a quick lunch between appointments and saw their "world famous" lunch special on the entry door and on the menu. After looking at some other lunch specials and combos, I decided to try the "world" one. This included soup or salad plus a half sub plus a slice of cheese pizza. I ordered the salad without onions and a creamy Italian dressing. It was a nice sized portion with mixed lettuces, black olives, carrots, and a big wedge of ripe red tomato. Everything was fresh and crispy. Quite good. It came with two garlic rolls which I saved and took home. Then was my half meatball Parmesan sub. It looked small but was filling. The bread was nicely toasted. And then a slice of cheese pizza! You can upgrade with more toppings for an additional cost, btw. The pizza was served hot from the oven with a thin and crispy crust. It was okay. The cheese was chewy. It's certainly a bargain lunch well worth trying if in the area. There are several choices of half subs, too with this special. There are regular Italian specialities on the lunch menu section, as well. read more

This place I would not recommend at all. The old lady in this place is an old racist specimen. I'm literally sitting and waiting for my food. I was told I can sit anywhere so I sat at the bar. This was probably the best Italian meal I have had since I returned from Italy. I had the seafood pasta and had just enough lemon to make it perfect all the shellfish shrimp and calamari it was cooked to perfection. Everything was tinder nothing was tough. Though the front door states "World Famous Lunch," my thought is such might be somewhat of an exaggeration. At least until I happened up Rotelli's, I had never heard of it and when in Rome chatting about restaurants in Florida, nobody ever asked me about lunch at Rotelli's. But be that as it may, I didn't have any of their sub or pizza lunch. Instead, I had their dinner and one of the reasons was that they had a good menu consisting of six different dishes of veal; a more varied number than you'll find in most places. For my dinner I selected their Veal Francese, and though I didn't find it to be anything exceptional, it was certainly decent enough. The veal had been pounded to total tenderness, it had been properly breaded and the sauce, though having a certain seemingly thickening added taste about it, was distinct in fresh lemon flavor. The accompanying pasta, however, instead of having a slight bite to it as in al dente was on the soggy side. The overall ambiance of the place is distinctly neighborhood, and though of decent décor has that typical pizza joint feel about it and indeed that is what most others were eating. read more
