Karen is incredibly responsive to my yelp quote request. Came same day and within hours of my quote request (my fault as I was busy and couldn't respond back as fast as she was). She showed up well prepared - with new lock set and a backup latch if it was only a broken latch issue. Good thing we called her when we did. The old lock broke the second she took it off of the door. Watched her take off the lock and the whole thing just break instantly in her hands. It was on its last legs... I'm so relieved she was there when it opened for the last time because it would've been a far more expensive and quite the ordeal if that latch broke while it was stuck inside of the door. She replaced our lock and also matched with our old key in under 30 mins. She also had us check our keys ourselves to make sure it worked with the new lock. By far the best and most efficient locksmith we've dealt with so far. Also, Karen was not fazed at all by our barking dogs which can't be said about our last locksmith. I had her bring a new lock so we paid a transportation fee plus the new lock she got for us. This review is overdue. I used Karen's services in September 2018. We just bought a new home and wanted to change the locks to our doors. I contacted Karen via yelp messenger and she got back to me very quickly. I contacted other lock smiths on yelp and I went with Karen for the following reasons: 1. She got back to me quickly 2. She seemed very knowledgable about locks 3. She was able to change the locks the next day. When Karen came over to change our locks she was already prepared for the type of lock we had since she asked me to send photos to her and that way she was also able to give me a more accurate estimate on how much it would cost to change the lock and for the additional keys. She was on time and took about 35 min to complete the job. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a highly experienced, very professional, locksmith. So we locked ourselves out of our truck... we spent hours trying to slim Jim our window with whatever tools around the house (Hangers, tree branches). Finally, we decided to call a professional. First company we called was listed as 24 hours but told us they didn't have any technicians at this hour (not sure what 24 hours means than). So we called 001 24 Hour Lockout Windward. My husband and I recently had a rather sophisticated smart lock installed on our kitchen/garage door. It never worked correctly, and the garage side lever frequently was loose and fell off. One of the best I have ever seen. Let me just start with the blank canvas I'm about to paint. I was already having a bad day, and locking my keys in my car was the icing on the cake. Now I tried everything to get it open so it was about that time, where I call the professionals. I look online for a couple people and most certainly the reviews. The first one I see is this person and I'm like alright let's check it out. I give her a call and she's willing to help and on top of it her price is under 100 dollars I'm talking about for about half a hundo she'll open your car door and not break anything. Nah it's to good to be true so I decide to just not set my heart on the first person so I call around first. The lowest price I got out of 3 other people was 135..... $135 to open a door?.... at this point I mine as well break my window and get it paid to get fixed. That's ridiculous. So of course, I call her back and she comes fast, so she gets here and she did a superb job! Opened my door, without even breaking a single thing all for an amazing price! My old weiser bolt lock on my 30 year old townhouse started giving trouble. It started locking automaticly. After being locked out and blaming my wife. We started carrying our keys . Being pretty handy I started the mission to repair the lock. I found the trouble but couldn't find the part or a replacement. Called the factory found out lock is no longer made and the parts even more impossible to find. After 3 days on the internet I called Karen.
