    Lemoncello Raspberry Cake!
    Sylvia E.

I actually checked into the Westin, which the 024 is inside of, instead of going right to bed, which I should have,I decided to look at the menu because as everyone knows.... I love food! While perusing the oh so delicious choices I came across the *Cue heavenly music..... Limoncello raspberry cake..... so here I sit with a completely empty plate that would, in complete honesty, would be licked clean if I were not in public.... still not out of the question. The cake was so light, fluffy and had the perfect balance of all flavors so that one did not over power. And made every single bite from the first to last an absolute eye crossing delight! If you're ever in the area, even if you're not, it's definitely worth the trip for a taste of this lemon heaven. And a bargain at only a $8 per slice.

The Huevos Rancheros was a good portion and nicely flavored. The avocado toast was had so much pile up on it wasn't enjoyable to eat. Service was fair.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and relaxing and the decor is a nice touch. We visited for lunch and our waitstaff was very kind and considerate. I had the three egg omelet, toast, and grits as well as a glass of Prosecco. They had a large selections of hot sauces to choose from. We were told that valet was free since we ate at the restaurant but it ended up being $4. No biggie but kind of annoying.

    Redfish Tacos!

Excellent friendly service, and clean! The Redfish corn tortilla tacos (fresh fish) are perfect! They have a nice kick of heat on the end -most likely from the diced jalapeños, but not too hot, just right. Spicy margarita is also, muy bueno! Cool vibes here at the Westin. Look forward to trying more dishes during my stay!

    Pepperoni flatbread

Popped in tonight to see my Lakers get swept and even though I caught the kitchen near end of service I was able to get a pepperoni flatbread pizza and it was definitely worth it! The Chef Sebastian personally brought it out piping hot and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is truly underrated as I've eaten here before but didn't review last time so I made sure to give the nod this time. Wide variety of foods so don't feel like you can't have a good meal in a hotel. It's the WESTIN for goodness sake why wouldn't it be great. If you're looking for a good meal, pop in and get your belly full.

This is a three part review Part 1 Dinner: We came in for dinner after a full day of travel and we were exhausted. Service was a little slow so I'd really only give 3 stars for this dinner experience. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant besides us so no reason for it to be slow service. The food was great - buffalo chicken flatbread was delicious! The cocktails were made perfectly as well. Part 2 Breakfast: I would give this experience a 5 stars! We were having breakfast so that my mom could meet her baby brother for the first time in 60 years (we flew in from California). The wait staff knew what was going on, as we imagined we would be there awhile we wanted them to know what was going on. They were so patient, so accommodating and the manager even bought us a round of mimosas when he heard why we were there. It was great service! I couldn't have asked for a better place... they didn't rush us out, they kept checking on us, it was an overall great experience. Side note - the pancakes in the buffet were cold which was a huge bummer and everything else was just warm. Next time I would probably order off the menu. Part 3 Lounge: We went to the lounge after a long day at a conference. They had 1 bartender taking care of the bar and the tables. It was about 8:30pm on a Tuesday. It took her forever to take our order. She was not very attentive at all. We would have probably ordered more drinks had she come back sooner to check on us. Maybe sitting at the bar is the better choice if you're going to come here for a drink. I'm giving them 4 stars for the combined 3 stars dinner, 2 stars lounge and 5 star breakfast. Thank you again breakfast crew!!

This was a nice bar area in the Westin Hotel with a beautiful waterfall and contemporary furniture, The food and drinks seem average and reasonably priced. After the very bad experience at the last place for I ate for dinner, I was pleased to find quiet, relaxing lounge to spend time with my friend.

They had one server taking care of the entire restaurant. I had to bus my own table and get my own clean silverware. Salmon served charred on the outside and raw on the inside. I used a gift card and my Amex to cover the remaining balance. 3 days later I got a fraudulent charge for $110 on my Amex card. When I talked to the restaurant they said it was a legitimate charge even though they didn't have a signed charge slip and even though that wasn't the cost of my dinner.

Pork chop with brussell sprout and mashed potatoes, $35.
    Lard Belly E.

I liked the two meals I ate here, one being the chop and the other being the scallops (which I ate at the lounge), but I found the glasses to be super dirty. It was so gross. I didn't notice the lipstick on one right away. *GAG* and there was a plastic sticker on the food of my chop, which is not a flavor enhancer it is a poorly trained cook mistake. Try as you might to be a nice place for dinner you fail!

The dining room is chic and feels very upscale but comfortable with a large open fire kitchen that was really fun to watch while dining. They were very on top of service with both our dining captain and waiter checking on us throughout the evening. For appetizers we ordered the deviled crabs, tuna tostada and wood roasted carrots. All were great but I especially loved the carrots which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. For my main course I had the chicken and dumplings, husband got the NY strip, our friends shared the whole fish and we had the cabbage and crab rice as sides. Everyone was very happy with both their main courses and the side dishes. We were too stuffed to order dessert but they sent out a s'mores inspired sunday for my birthday which was both thoughtful and sublime. Overall we were very impressed with our meal. We were greeted by three different people - one that took our drink order, one that cleared our plates, and one that took our order. All were very nice people and gave excellent service! Between me and hubs, we had a Pan de campo, an order of Gulf Oysters "casino", (4) dressed oysters, a 16 oz dry aged ribeye, a snapper entree and a side of crab fried rice. We finished almost everything except a quarter of the Pan, about a quarter of the rice, and about a third of the ribeye. All were great dishes and would definitely order again. We skipped dessert because honestly none stood out to us. He said their popular dessert is the souffle but they were sold out. Our total before gratuity was about $250 and that included one cocktail. Hubs had their "classic" old fashioned which he said was excellent! Overall, highly recommended if you don't mind the splurge or for a special occasion!

Me and a friend split the Kebab Land mix that was recommended for 1 person, but it was the perfect amount of food for two people. The shish kebab skewer was super tender and had good flavor and the beef skewer was also tasty, but just a bit tough in my opinion. The chicken was moist and had a good charred flavor. The rice and grilled tomatoes were standard though the homemade bread was a bit thin and bland. Considering the bold flavors from the other elements of the food, the bread did complement it well. (6.5/10) Overall, the food is very comparable to other restaurants that serve this kind of cuisine. I think this place is definitely filling in a gap as there are not many other places in this area that serve this kind of food. If I were craving some kebabs and didn't want to drive too far I would definitely come back here. The owner was also super kind And the service was quick. Something else to note is that they only have bottled water that they charge for but the hot tea is free. The ambiance is super casual and parking is super easy because there are a ton of spots around as it is apart of a huge plaza.

The signature cocktails were definitely mixologist curated, well balanced in flavor and alcohol, the espresso martini made with rum as opposed to vodka was probably one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had and I think they should all be made that way now. I visited on Valentine's evening so we did make reservations but I do believe reservations are a standard regardless of the day. My only disappointment was that you have a two hour table time limit which is fine. The problem came in as it was very apparent that a lot of reservations including ours were booked over a private party so we were, albeit politely, rushed to close out before our allotted time limit to accommodate the party reservation. I'm glad we were able to enjoy a good amount of time here but I really feel bad for the people who arrived after us as I'm sure felt the same pressure to leave as well.
