I recieved another short and rude email in responce "fill out this form and send it back to ensure an apointment" Still no confirmation of appointment, nor time, but I assumed that we were set. I sent back the form and provided a debit card number for the $75 non-refundable deposit He replied with a time and that was the last I heard from him. I took off from work and planned to see him. The day before the apointment I recieved a "apointment canceled" email. He said the card did not work. I immediately replied to correct the mix-up, providing the correct account number and asked that we keep the apointment. I did not hear back. The day of the apointment, he was a no-show and I could not get incontact with him on any phone number or email. He is un-responsive and rude. Go elswhere.... new apointment set with Metropolitan.... hopefully a better experience there.
