    View during lunch

I am so glad we stopped here. It was amazing. The staff was friendly, the view was perfect, and the food was delicious. We started with the coconut shrimp which had a perfect texture and flavorful combination. The clam chowder was creamy with not too much salt as so many have. We were there at lunch and had salads which we enjoyed. Reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough. We will be back.

On a kind invitation of the owner previous week, we decided to give this place a try for breakfast. The owner greeted us, showed a nice spot outside at the deck. Coffee tasted great. Not much tea selection but not many people drink tea, we assumed. Smoked Salmon bagel was delicious. Ferry breakfast was tasty. Eggs were fresh. Homefry was just right. Service was fast, with a smile. We will definitely try its lunch and dinner menu, soon.

We came on a Sunday evening. We were told it would be a 30min wait for our party of 4. We were never informed the inside was reserved, it was outdoor seating only, and they had live music so apparently no one was leaving. We went to check our wait status after 30 minutes, it was a different hostess and could not find our name on the list. The new hostess told my husband she was going to put our party as the next one on the list and could not give us an estimated time at this point. We ended up waiting a total of an hour and half and no party ever showed up for the inside tables nor was there any signs we would be seated any time soon. We finally just decided to order our food to go. Our only regret was not thinking of this option sooner. The only reason this review got 2 stars instead of 1 was because the food was good. The lobster roll had tons of lobster and the flavor was good too. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their food as well.

Everything from the staff to the food was excellent! We sat outside and overlooked the marina. I had the Lobster Roll and my guest had the Fish and Chips, and I must say, it did not disappoint. I look forward to returning to Jamestown later this summer and coming back here. I may also stop to get some ice cream from the location right next door.

Very good drinks and calamari. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. I wish there were more things on the menu. I would go back.

Went here recently and while the sandwiches were decent the order was not accurate and consequently 2 out of the 4 sandwiches were wrong!

The interior is decorated with a pretty white-and-blue motif that is definitely fitting. It's small, and not usually crowded so we typically can choose where to sit. It's become our favorite spot to go on the weekends, over places like Atlantic grill or aquidneck pizza. It's just so much cozier, and it's women-owned, which I will always support! The food is delicious. The spanakopita is my favorite, its fluffy and perfectly cheesy while not being dense or greasy. The greek yogurt is so creamy and delicious, the bacon is both crunchy and juicy at the same time. My bf loves to get the different wraps because he tends to like a large breakfast. They have lots of options for breakfast and lunch. I also love the vanilla iced latte, I think they put some ice cream in it. It tastes amazing. If you're wondering about YiaYia's cafe, definitely come try it. I feel like lots of people think it's only for those staying at the Sea Breeze Inn, or haven't been for whatever reason. I hope everyone has the chance to come here, local or tourist!

So, I was confused by the widely varied experiences that other Yelpers had posted about. Cue the 20 min car ride and I'm there on a Tuesday afternoon and I'm the only person there. Christine was my server and she was excellent - I mentioned that I was out hiking and this was where I wanted lunch. I ordered the lamb gyro and it came out piping hot. The lamb was tender and the tzatziki sauce was nice and tangy. I added lettuce to mine as it only comes with tomato and onion. The menu is kinda all over the place but it does have Greek items on there but it also has like chili dogs?? - the restaurant you can tell doubles as a weekend venue (bar side I was on) and there's not a ton of Greek decor? Not terribly important I suppose. TLDR: Awesome service, ample parking, great lamb gyro, strange menu for being a Greek pub.

Well I've eaten at a lot of Greek restaurants here and in Greece and this is one of the best places I've ever been to, to have a good sit down Greek meal. Where I live there are great restaurants for any type of cuisine you can imagine and a great Greek restaurant but the one near me is more like the best fast food in Greece. (A gyro wrap is the most traditional Greek fast food you can get). If people every ask me where to go to try other great Greek dishes, I will tell them to go there, 10 minutes from where I live and and on the eat home come by and drop off their left overs. They accommodated us for a table of 7 and although it can be a bit loud, you can still talk to anyone in your party. But i would recommend getting a reservation so you don't have to rely on luck like we did. The prices might be a little higher than some of your typical sit down restaurants, but worth every penny.

We were seated all the way in the back right next to a huge picture window overlooking the outdoor patio. Outdoor patio is nice for the weather but it's in the middle of the parking lot so there's nothing to look at lol but the food makes up for that! We had the trip of dips. Hummus was great (I make mine with more garlic but that's a preference), tzatziki was chunky and a touch briney, the whipped feta with chili was a wild card but it pulled through with flying colors. Grilled octopus appetizer was to die for, on a bed of mushed split peas. It had a char on the outside, and was perfectly tender. The kefta was good, I'm used to more herbs in the Armenian version, but the lamb flavor came through even with the red sauce and cheese. I had the ribeye for dinner. They nailed this. Crispy, caramelized meat and fat on the outside, perfect medium rare in the middle. It was a large steak (maybe 12-14oz) of good thickness. The potatoes and grilled onions and shishito peppers were icing on the cake. At the table we also had the lamb chops. A great portion 3 large chops with thick wedges of fried potatoes. The pork skewer was larger than anticipated, seasoned well and not over cooked, again it came with the fried potatoes. The branzino was meticulously seared yet still flakey and moist. The bed of chickpeas was a surprise and gave major 'wow' flavor. Our waitress was lovely, she floated in when we needed something and left us alone to enjoy the company. The owners' mother also works the floor and she is adorable and so happy to be there. 100% hit this spot.
