The Dan Dan noodles were SO good. The sauce was the perfect combination of creamy and spicy, and there was a generous amount of minced pork that balanced everything out really well. The wontons paired perfectly with the chili sauce that came with them! They were spicy--my ears turned red and my nose started running--but I literally could not stop going back for another bite. Even the wontons alone were incredibly filling. I don't live anywhere near this place, and I genuinely wish I did. I traveled pretty far to get here, and I'd absolutely do it again. So, it's surprising that a place that looks so old and dirty can churn out such great tasting food BUT NEW DYNASTY DOES!!! Price: I believe it was $36 or $38 per person for their unlimited dim sum. We ordered a pot of tea that cost $12, which is insane to me. There were only about three different varieties of sushi, with different sauces and toppings being used to create some variation. The rolls also had very little fish compared to the amount of rice. The salmon was served seared, which I felt masked the quality of the fish. For a restaurant at Nobu's price point and reputation, I expected better quality and a much more impressive selection. Overall, the food wasn't bad, but the AYCE brunch simply didn't deliver the quality or variety I expected from Nobu. There are some good dishes, but for the price, I wouldn't do the brunch again.
