It's time I tried yet another nail salon . Located in a small strip mall setting, ample parking. Building small and intimate, very basic. Clean and clear of clutter, well lit. Greeted as soon as I walked in and got seated quickly. Selena was very friendly and welcoming. Started my dip set and proceeded to do my gel pedicure. Very speedy, and service was relaxing and massage chair was strong and hit my tight spots. Eyebrow wax was done with precision. Carol finished off my nails . Very friendly, attentive and precise. She took time throughout to ask if I was ok with the services being performed. (Which I was ) speedy service no complaints. Prices are comparable and competitive. At this point I'm just looking for no communication barriers, speedy professional services and a friendly face. Appointments and or walk in . I regularly get manicure/fill-ins and pedicures here mostly from Carol, she does great work and friendly environment.

I recommend booking an appointment with Carol at this nail place. She did a great job with my nails. She took her time didn't rush like others do, just to quickly get done. She's friendly and great in details in shaping, buffing, and polish. I'm a very picky person and if I feel like you're rushing than you're not paying attention to details that's my opinion, but in this case they're no rush and will be glad to get my nails done at this place by her. RUDE - OVERPRICED - INSENSITIVE - GREEDY My family took my 16 year old daughter there to get her nails done. She was incredibly excited as she was wanting to get her nails done for a very special event. First they kept rushing her to choose what she wanted instead of helping her and making it about her experience. Then after all that rushing, they took 20 minutes (we timed it) just to come over to her and get started. Then they started upping the price an already high amount of $67 and trying to convince my 16 year old that she needed to do pay more. The ladies there were being rude and low-key making fun of her (a 16 year old girl). My daughter began to quietly cry. She got up and immediately left. I would not recommend this place me and my mom went for Mother's Day and they were so ruff that they bruised every toe nail I kid you not I'm so serious and missed paint on one of the toe nails so we had to go back the next day and they keep asking to redo them but they also cut her bug toe nail but still being and ruff me and her toe nails look sloppy paint everywhere it looks a mess. read more

I really don't know what's worse... The pain in my feet from the scalding hot paraffin wax, or the shitty job they did on my manicure. I even asked the guy who did my nails to clean them up a little bit because there was paint everywhere... so instead of using acetone, he proceeded to clip and bath my skin off to get the excess polish off?!! What the hell I would like to keep some skin!! Also, I walked in with a decent length of nail and they were filed off to nubs. Whatever you do, do not let any of the men do your nails! They are horrible and get mad when you tell them you would like to fix it. Customer service is ridiculously horrible & the manager sites with the workers instead of pleasing their customers. And they love to insult you in their native language! Please be aware of where not to take your business....This was our first and last visit and sometimes you just need to stay with whom your immune to. Horrible!!! First off my daughter and I arrived at 850am because they were supposed to open at 9am. The technicians didn't arrive until 930am. Patiently accepting the fact that it could've been an emergency, but no one gave an explanation in regards to their tardiness but did apologized for being late. My daughter who is 12 wanted a French manicure and the male tech painted her entire nails white...totally opposite of what we had asked for. After making a cordial complaint to only female technician in the spa, the male technician started slamming his equipment and forcefully removing her polish and squeezing her hands to rebuff her nails causing her to much discomfort. .. So I made another complaint to the female technician and she agreed to finish up her nails. The male technician got up from his seat slammed a few things and stormed off to the back and slammed the doors and unseen objects several times. I asked the female technician if we could just go because he was being very rude and my daughter was scared. Once again she agreed to clean up my daughter's nails ignoring what was really happening. So waiting another 45 minutes, my daughters nails were not done properly. Her French tip color is half filled and not what we asked for. My daughter is very upset and felt the male technician made her uncomfortable and fearful. The female tech said she would pay but then said I owe $28.00. I went on to ask her for a discount with the disservice we had received and reminded the tech that she had agreed to pay for her nails, but then the male tech threaten to call the authorities on me. This is horrifying. There were several witnesses at the time of this occurrence, but of course no one spoke up although they had witness her offering to pay...I'm baffled. I will never recommend anyone to go and support this poor etiquette entity, and in the event you decide to go and support this business, you better not think about complaining about your dissatisfaction... Went for a pedicure. Never did the tech cut my toenails he just took an emery board to them. Weirdest leg rub at the end. Was literally slapping my legs and punched the bottom of my feet. The place I usually go they actually massage and rub my legs and they cut the toenails etc. The experience was very strange and lets me know where I have gone for years I'm getting a wonderful experience compared to this place. I thought I would try this place because it is very close to my home but I'd rather drive a few more miles to my regular place then go back here. read more

I just moved in the area and was looking for a new nail shop and stop here were Jackie Chan (lol that's his real name) was very helpful. I didn't know what color i wanted I knew is that I wanted a natural look and he took his time and helped me decide. My nails and feet looks good and natural.
