Pre-teen boy (probably owners son, was watching videos on the phone and it was kinda loud while we were eating lunch. We staying in area for a couple nights and decided to try (had mixed reviews). So, first, the yellow fried rice issue: We got the House special and it was great. Just needed some soy sauce and badda boom... Had good amounts of chicken, pork, shrimp, and other delights. So, don't worry about the yellow rice unless you are really picky. Rest of food was also very good: very good egg rolls, swoon over the Crab Rangoon, and the sweet and sour chicken was fork a' licking good (chicken all white meat -way I like it. Everything was hot and right on time. When we are down then again, and I'm hankerin' for Chinese Food, I will go again!! read more

This is one of those solid Chinese takeout places if you are in a rush and don't want to cook. It's not bad but really nothing special. The portions are also small for the price in my opinion. Also if you order stir fry or mixed vegetables the standard is the white sauce not the brown sauce. read more

NO STARS! JUST GROSS, YELLOW FRIED RICE??? SINCE WHEN... save your money and taste Buds, this place is just flat out disgusting. Ordered beef and shrimp fried rice, ate 5 fork fills and dumped the rest. Aside from it being yellow, it smelled like fish and the taste was terrible... Even after 2 listerine shots I still have that nasty taste in my mouth. The egg role was awful, took 1 bite and dumped it! Again this tasted like fish. Will NEVER go back, that's for sure. Wow we have looked all over for good Chinese food. This area is so hard to find a good one. Tried 1 wok prices were ok looked and smelled good from outside. Boy was I wrong we got home there was a puddle of grease in my fried rice, the chicken with vegetables was greasy . Egg roll was just burnt and filled with grease. It was awful. Stopped by here for lunch and ordered the Chicken Sesame. The portions are immense but the food was terrible. The chicken was tough, rubbery, sinewy and uneatable. The fried rice was actually steamed saffron rice, bland and tasteless. Ate 1/4 of the meal before giving up and trashing the remainder. Can't recommend this place - there have to be better options in Naples for good Chinese. read more

I have considered this the best Chinese take out in Naples for the past 15 years. Now there are new owners. I gave them 2 try's before I made the decision to never return. Nothing that I ordered was even close to it used to be. Congealed sauce, burnt and dry egg foo yong, shrimp with breading sliding into the sauce. Horrible and inedible. Have always enjoyed 1 Wok and is our go to place for Chinese food, but had a less than stellar experience in the fall of last year (fall 2019) and didn't order from again until this week. It was FANTASTIC! We ordered at least 6 or 7 different items and always prefer all fried rice instead of white rice. Very, very happy with latest and will continue to frequent 1 Wok! Can honestly say every bite was fresh, flavorful and back to the high quality we expected. read more

This is only takeout. Very reasonable prices compared to what is being charged for takeout Chinese food on Tamiami farther north. For the purpose of comparison, I eat the same thing at each Chinese restaurant I review. 1. $1.25, 1 Roast Pork Egg Roll, filling nicely spiced, wrapper was crisp. 2. $4.50, 6 Fried Dumplings, unusual spicing for filling, it was kind of curried flavored. The wrapper was thick, chewy and well browned. The cashier told me that they made the dumplings and egg rolls on site. I was given 3 fortune cookies. Brightly lit. I'd go again. read more

The only good point abut this Chinese takeout is that food is prepared fresh and hot. The quality and flavor was acceptable. On the day the four of us ordered, the place had a dingy feel, faded food posters, grimy windows, messy kitchen and dirty bathroom. To top it off, the egg roll we ordered came served with an aluminum rivet embedded into the egg roll. Fortunately, it was discovered before swallowing it or ending up with a broken tooth. It was not pleasant. Upon bringing this to the attention of the cook, an offer was made to replace the egg rolls which we refused. read more
